What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) Irregular Warfare Analyst, you will serve in both a deployed and reach back role, conducting irregular warfare analysis on threat networks that employ or facilitate the use of improvised threats such as Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs). You will support SOF and conventional units in comprehending how irregular warfare threats are organized, manned, equipped, and sustained and provide intelligence support to policy makers, planners, and operational forces engaging these threats.
More About the Role:
While deployed, you will embed with warfighters to assist operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units and apply irregular warfare analysis to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks. You will apply irregular warfare analytic expertise and make recommendations for future products, anticipate customer intelligence needs, and explore anomalies, new developments, and trends that could impact or threaten US operational capabilities or intelligence requirements. Most deployments are 180 days in length.
While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other tactical units; and work closely with a wide variety of units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI-WGI Irregular Warfare Analysis Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.
Among the topics you will analyze are insurgent political and military organization, military capabilities, and combat tactics, techniques, and procedures as well as recruitment, training, sustainment, population influence and control methodologies, material procurement, development, and proliferation, transregional logistics and financing.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
Minimum one-year experience in forward deployed locations supporting tactical operations.
Minimum two years of experience conducting analysis of irregular warfare problem sets to highlight insurgent or threat network organization, key nodes, and vulnerabilities.
You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
You will be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.
Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.
Willing to work rotating shifts if needed.
Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience, or associates degree and seven years of experience, or nine years of relevant work experience. We will also consider five years of directly relevant work experience.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
More than three years of experience conducting irregular warfare network analysis in support of attack the network operations.
Formal training or more than three years of practical experience utilizing the CALEB or Irregular Warfare Analysis methodology.
Expert understanding of network analysis tools such as Analyst Notebook and Palantir.

As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) Counter-Corruption Research & Analysis / Advisor works at the direction of the Deputy Director, Counter-Corruption Advisory Group, you will analyze intelligence and reporting for lead development and assist in the generation of Criminal Patronage Network, Corruption Narcotic Network, Ministry of Interior, and Ministry of Defense requirements for all-source analysis, collection, or exploitation in support of counter corruption mission.
More About the Role:
Perform daily review of intelligence and other incoming reporting for lead development and follow-up.
Assist in the generation of Criminal Patronage Network (CPN), Corruption Narcotic Network (CNN), Ministry of Interior (MoI), and Ministry of Defense (MoD) requirements (HCRs, IIR evaluations, SDRs etc.) for collection or exploitation in support of counter corruption mission.
Respond to requests for information from Target Coordination Forward personnel who will be embedded within major subordinate command locations in Afghanistan and assist in limited scope analysis and when, appropriate, provide actionable intelligence from that analysis.
Maintain liaison with the US Embassy, Resolute Support Headquarters, Inter-governmental agencies, non-governmental agencies, and inter-agency elements.
Participate in coordination meetings to include targeting VTCs within theater and via CONUS, as required. Develops and maps all criminal patronage, corruption narcotics, corrupt MoI, and corrupt MoD networks for coordination purposes.
Complete required personal weapons qualification prior to deployment.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI clearance.
Ten years of analytical experience and a master’s degree or equivalent experience.
Five years of experience with network analysis methods and tools and expertise with critical node analysis of insurgent and terrorist financial networks.
Demonstrated working knowledge of DataExplorer, the Voltron Tool Suite, ANTS, and Palantir. Previous deployment experience with US military, Department of State, or law enforcement.
Medically deployable.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Graduate of the DIAC Advanced Counter Threat Finance Course.
Three years of experience with Counter-Threat Finance methods and tools and expertise.
Five years of experience with Special Operations Forces (SOF).

(K2 SI) Intelligence Analyst, you will provide embedded and reach back support to Improvised Threat and C-IED efforts and operations executed by committed war fighting units and partners. You will provide multi-intelligence analysis and fusion that integrates existing national-level products and databases to define patterns of threat and IED network activity and narrow the search space to conduct counter-threat and C-IED operations. As required, you will interact directly with the deployed intelligence consumer during the development of intelligence products to meet unit and subordinate element intelligence requests for information. As required, you will plan, develop, and deliver tailored intelligence capabilities and tools training to supported intelligence consumers and partners.

The Senior All Source/DCGS-A Instructor will:
Serve as the senior subject matter expert who facilitates execution of brigade level intelligence certification events encompassing the Decisive Action Training Environment (DATE), Mission Rehearsal Exercises, and other specialized exercises as required.
Provide liaison and direct support to the INSCOM Brigade Commander and Senior Intelligence Officer (SIO) responsible for generating an operational environment for unit training exercises, assisting and mentoring in the overall planning and delivery of the exercise.
In conjunction with conventional force maneuver and other war fighting function planners, coordinate, integrate, synchronize, and prepare doctrinally and grammatically correct exercise control products. Documents include, but are not limited to, intelligence portions of operation orders (OPORDs), warning orders (WARNORDS), fragmentary orders (FRAGORDs), scenario scripted events, Combat Instructions, and other tactical and exercise control intelligence related products.
Assist in providing the necessary military direction and guidance within which the Brigade will conduct the intelligence components of its planning. Assist the HICON in issuance of orders and collecting appropriate reports from the training unit in the execution of planning and training. Assist in maintaining the integrity of the scenario, ensuring synchronization between the HICON and O/C/T during staffing processes and exercise execution.
During CTC and major exercises, serve as the intelligence representative in a replicated HICON element, as well as advising intelligence Soldiers serving in similar HICON roles. Monitor programmed lifecycle requirements, develop purchase requirements and costs, attend meetings with contract equipment maintainers, and assist with packaging and shipping of equipment.
Provide business executive support in linking Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and Budget Planning with Budget Execution and Control. Support the development, coordination and governance management of Request for Change (RFC's) and Engineering Change Proposal (ECPs) requirements documents.
Experience and Education:
REQUIRED:
Minimum 2 years as an instructor on the DCGS-A system
Minimum of 6 years of experience as an All-Source analyst
Graduate of the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) or equivalent
Active TS/SCI security clearance

Most deployments are 120-180 days in length.

Network Installer
This position is to provide DLA with daily maintenance, repair, new installation, removal, and testing of Telecommunications cabling infrastructure.
Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:
Serves as a IT/Telecommunications Installer with a primary focus of Low Voltage ISP twisted-pair copper cabling, fibre-optic cabling (FOC) and associated infrastructure.
Designs, surveys, installs, removes, terminates, tests, troubleshoots, repairs, inspects and maintains IT and telecommunications infrastructure including but not limited to: twisted-pair copper cabling; fibre-optic cabling (FOC); audio-visual cabling such as display-port and/o r HDMI; COAX; multipurpose low voltage cabling and infrastructure; cabinets, racks and shelves; telephony blocks; patch panels; grounding bus bars and circuits; conduit, cable trays and raceways.
Performs site surveys and gathers required data in approved format as assigned by task.
Installs IT/Telecommunications equipment and devices as assigned by task. Performs patching and cross-connect actions as assigned by task.
Receive and obtain materials from onsite storage locations, transport and deliver materials to work locations, and return unused materials to storage locations as instructed by task.
Maintains and organizes telecommunications rooms and facilities and keeps work locations and materials clean and free of obstacles and debris.
Coordinates and performs trouble-ticket resolution as assigned by task.
Evaluates, interprets, and delivers as required by task: pre-implementation drawings; redline drawings; as-built drawings; network diagrams; block diagrams; connectivity diagrams.
Works independently and with others and serves as a team member to accomplish tasks.
Performs inspections for IT and Telecommunication Systems including, but not limited to: cable plant; infrastructure; communications distribution systems.
Delivers inspection reports as required including, but not limited to: discrepancy reports and remediation criteria; status reports; test results; punch lists; redline drawings.
Delivers list of materials (LOM) for project implementation as applicable.
Delivers Status Reports weekly and trip reports as trips are completed.
Contractor is required to take applicable DLA and host activity site-specific safety training and obtain relevant certifications.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be able to write English effectively, using correct spelling and grammar, to generate reports and documentation (e.g., status, trip, and deficiency reports)
Experience in telecommunications network design and management. Must demonstrate the ability to work independently, or under only general direction, on requirements that are moderately complex to analyze, plan, program, and implement.
Experience in analysis and design of voice networks, LAN and WAN data networks, wireless networks, and/or network management systems to support voice and data services.
Analyzes and develops telecommunications networks supporting a wide range of capabilities, including voice, data, video, and/or wireless services.
Develops designs and plans for installation and maintenance of telecommunication systems from project inception to conclusion.
Analyzes the problem and the characteristics of the information to be transported. Defines the problem and develops system requirements and network specifications.
Closely coordinates with other information system professionals to ensure proper implementation of network services. In conjunction with functional users, develops alternative solutions and backup plans. - - Must also have experience in on complex applications involving all phases of telecommunications network design, implementation, and analysis.
Experience in managing the evaluation and cost estimation of voice and data WAN services from telecommunications carriers, designing access and backbone networks using carrier services, or in managing the analysis and design of wireless voice or data networks (using private radio facilities or commercial services).
Provides technical and administrative direction for personnel responsible for telecommunications network design, implementation, and operations tasks, including the review of work products for correctness, adherence to the design concept and to user standards and progress in accordance with schedules.
Makes recommendations, if needed, for approval of major network installations. Prepares milestone status reports, and deliveries/presentations on network progress to colleagues, subordinates, and end user representatives.
Experience, including supervision of contractor's personnel; analysis, design, and installation of local and wide area networks; and analysis and installation of communications systems.
Familiar with engineering documentation, network configurations and topologies, X.25, TCP/IP, frame relay, bridges, and routers.
General experience includes increasing responsibilities in technical management. Organizes and directs network installations on site surveys.
Assesses and documents current site network configurations.

Licensure:

An equivalent combination of education, certifications, and relevant experience may be considered.
5 years' experience using communication skills, both written and oral, to include preparation of written products for senior leader (general officer/flag officer/senior executive service level) use and the ability to communicate at all levels
5 years' experience working with USSOCOM, subordinate organizations, DOD, and knowledge of each U.S. military service's roles and missions.
3 years' experience utilizing the Defense Travel System and 2 years as an Organizational Defense Travel Administrators (ODTA).
Ability to effectively work in a team environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Description:
The Africa Bureau, Office of Security Affairs (AF/SA), has a requirement for full-time support services of one (1) advisor embedded at the U.S. Embassy in Niamey, Niger. Job Description: Cyberspace Solutions seeks exceptionally qualified individuals to serve as Expert All-Source/Targeting Intel Trainer to support a USSOCOM contract. The contract will require intelligence analysts capable of fusing intelligence information from multiple disciplines, to include Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Communications Intelligence (COMINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), Counter Intelligence (CI), All-Source Analysts, Targeting Analysts, Collection Management, as well as Industrial Security Professionals. The Expert All-Source/Targeting Intel Trainer will have advanced targeting skills and a comprehensive understanding of the operational cycle as well as the data, tools, and techniques used for each phase of targeting. Expert All-Source/Targeting Intel Trainer shall have firsthand experience targeting networks or individuals within networks and identifying vulnerabilities for exploitation. Employees on this contract will be responsible for providing intelligence analysis and all aspects of information gathering, research, threat assessments, Intel development and predictive analysis as part of a Special Operations Forces (SOF) analytical team. Employees must maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones. Deployments may be to a theater of operations with permissive, uncertain, or hostile environments while living in austere conditions for extended periods.
Job Responsibilities: The Expert All-Source/Targeting Intel Trainer shall conduct training for individuals and small groups with a wide range of skill sets, capabilities, and intelligence background (All-Source, SIGINT, GEOINT, etc.) in order to introduce custom built analytical tools and their application to the F3EA targeting methodology. Training requirements will include the development, evolution, and maintenance of internal and external programs of instruction covering analytic tools and methodologies, the coordination and compliance of annual community training requirements, and collaboration in identifying and facilitating training opportunities for organizational personnel. Incumbent shall be proficient in scenario development and support of exercises. Proficiencies using analytic tools and data bases including, but not limited to: ArcGIS, Analyst Notebook, M3,TAC, IC Reach SKOPE web-based tools, and SKOPE SIGINT Toolkit are required.
Job Requirements: The position of Expert All-Source/Targeting Intel Trainer shall possess the following qualifications:
Minimum of ten years analytical experience with DoD equivalent Government agencies required with five years at the operational level with support to SOF operations
Shall be proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development
Shall possess strong briefing skills and be capable of effectively directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments
Acute knowledge of SOF and/or counterterrorism intelligence experience
Recent experience in Afghanistan or Iraq or other hostile fire zone supporting SOF operations
Bachelor's degree preferred
Current Top Secret clearance and SCI eligible

JOB TITLE: CONTINGENT –Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Survival Field Training Instructor
SUMMARY: The Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Survival Field Training Instructor will support the Naval Special Warfare Advanced Training Command (NSWATC) provide advanced training to Naval Special Warfare trainees and other select groups.
This effort includes full professional, technical, logistic, and curriculum service support for four (4) different courses of instruction related to SERE and Personnel Recovery (PR). The courses are taught to both Navy SEAL/Special Warfare Combatant-craft Crewman pipeline students and Combat Support/Combat Service Support (CS/CSS) personnel.
WORK LOCATION: San Diego, CA and Kodiak, AK
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Apply direct knowledge of SERE based training to influence training technique and structure
• Display high personal standards of technical knowledge and professional competence in delivering training material
• Perform in a military environment
• Use technology available during instruction
• Produce and update training materials, as required
• Deliver lecture type setting teaching to students
• Potentially handle classified material, publications (DoD SERE and Personal Recovery) and possess knowledge to access required documentation
• The length of the duty day shall vary depending on the scheduled training
o Shift work may be necessary to support training requirements
• May need to provide support to maintain and train U.S. Navy specific and Personnel Recovery communication systems to include:
o AN/PRC – 148 Multi-Band Inter/Intra Team Radio (MBITR), RF 5800 HFN HF Radio

• May have to assist to operate and maintain personnel tracking systems such as Blackbird Asset Tracker and Garmin GPS tracking system
• May be responsible for assist with operating and maintaining the Information Technology equipment required for administering the COI
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience/Education
• At a minimum, must be Ex-military with a rank of E-4 or higher
• Must have a minimum of four (4) years of honorable service in the U.S. military
• Must have prior experience as a military instructor
• Must have successfully complete an approved DoD Instructor Training Course (ITC), or other equivalent.
• Instructors shall have graduated and have qualified as an instructor of an approved DoD JPRA SERE Level "C " Course to include:
o Completion of an accredited SERE training program such as the SERE Instructor Naval Enlisted Classification (NEC)
o SERE Air Force Specialty Code (AFSC)
The qualified SERE instructor requirement can be waived for former SEALs, SWCCs who have previously qualified as a high-risk instructor
• Must be able to successfully complete medical (OPNAVINST 1500.75B) and psychological screenings.
• Must have passed a physical examination within the past 12 months administered by a medical doctor.
o Kodiak, AK Instructors will have a minimum physical standard defined as a score of Good or better in accordance with Navy Physical Readiness Standards outlined in OPNAVINST 6110.1J. Compliance shall be verified on an annual basis.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be qualified and familiar with all role-play and live fire weapons used in the performance of their duties in accordance with NSWC policies and procedures
• Must possess the skill and expertise in weapons handling.
• Must be CPR, AED and First Aid certified.
o Military medical training may be substituted for these requirements (i.e. Combat Life Saver, EMT, etc.)
o Preferred to have Wilderness Medical Training
