Overview
Mayvin® is currently seeking Full Motion Video (FMV) analysts who are interested in joining a team of professionals providing direct intelligence support to the Global War on Terror. The successful candidate will be a part of an Aerial Reconnaissance Surveillance Team based out of Fort Gordon, GA.
Must have current TS/SCI Security Clearance
This position will require shift work.
Responsibilities
Successful candidates must be able to work a rotating shift schedule, to include holidays and weekends, which can be changed at any time by the customer. FMV Analysts are expected to exploit FMV collected by sensors on ISR platforms, applying related intelligence information to the overall analysis as well as using an electronic light table to exploit NTM imagery in soft-copy. Imagery-derived products and reports are created by the FMV team and published for distribution. Candidates will also need to compile intelligence materials for use in briefings to high-level government personnel.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Within 3 Years) A- ISR FMV experience
or
Associates degree AND 2 years of CURRENT (Within 3 Years) A-ISR FMV experience
or
HS diploma/GED AND 3 years of CURRENT (Within 5 Years) A-ISR FMV experience
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least three (3) years of experience in tactical intelligence analysis
- Experience and proficiency using at least three of the following systems or software: MAAS, DCGS-A, PIDGIN, SOCET GXP, ArcGIS, GETS, FalconView, AIMES, TIGR, NGDS, OMAR, TLV, UNICORN, and/or CENTAUR
- Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office and Google Earth
- Familiarity with US Army and US Air Force manned and unmanned A-ISR systems
- 1 year of experience with A-ISR FMV systems and programs
- 1 year of operational experience as a FMV analyst
Highly Desired Qualifications:
6 years of experience with A-ISR FMV systems and programs

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
CENTCOM-based ground combat experience with a combat arms unit within the past seven years.
Minimum of two years of deployed combat experience from the post 9/11 era.
Minimum 10 years of service within a Special Operations unit.
Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
Must be fully deployable to the required theater of operations, wear uniforms as prescribed by the supported unit commander, and bear arms as prescribed by the supported unit commander.
Bachelors degree and five years of experience, or associates degree and 10 years of experience, or 12 years of relevant work experience.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

Orbis is currently seeking a full-time Collection Management Officer (CMO) to support a customer’s operational requirements in the DC area (and potentially Tampa, FL). The position requires an active Top Secret and Sensitive Compartmented Information with a polygraph examination. Successful candidate will work well in team environments and will be capable of operating independently with minimal supervision. Candidate will interact with customer personnel at all levels within the customer organization. The position requires prior experience as a CMO and experience supporting HUMINT operations.
JOB DESCRIPTION: The primary functions of a CMO is to actively manage the two-way dialogue between the intelligence organization and intelligence consumers, establish and identify intelligence collection requirements, and evaluate intelligence to ensure collection is providing US foreign policy and national security decision-makers with timely, accurate, clear, and concise reporting. CMOs also provide detailed knowledge of cases and demonstrate objective analysis to specific operations that result in assessments and recommendations for collection requirements and operational testing methodology. CMOs will utilize client-specific databases to conduct multiple layers of research and write summaries, reports, official correspondence, and guidance. Daily activities include:
Guide intelligence collection and dissemination by serving as the bridge between the client and intelligence community
Draft questions and areas for follow-up and work with the client to draft reports that convey the information accurately and clearly
Provide operational guidance for ongoing cases, ensuring any CI issues are identified to protect the client’s personnel and facilities
Establish and identify intelligence collection requirements, validate sources and evaluate intelligence production
Provide briefings on cases to senior officials and identifying potential issues
REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS:
TS/SCI with Polygraph and 3 years of experience as a Collection Management Officer and prior experience supporting HUMINT operations.
Bachelor’s degree is required

• Apply pressures IAW the Resistance Training Government Operating Instruction (GOI) to enhance student learning.
• Instruct cross captivity guidance and adaptability survival principles to satisfy needs during captivity.
• Provide appropriate role-playing costumes for each of the three captivity environments.
• Perform resistance training activities at Survival School Remote Training Sites approximately two (2) to four (4) times annually, to include but not limited to, student searches, processing and field tactical interrogations.
• Notify the contractor Site Manager or Alternate Site Manager a minimum of three (3) weeks prior executing field tactical interrogations.
• Perform management, training, and instructor certification functions during academic, laboratory and operational training.

JOB TITLE: CONTINGENT – S-V88-AL ECAC Training Instructor I
SUMMARY: The Evasion and Conduct After Capture (ECAC) Training Instructor I will conduct course instruction, course administration to include completing student training reports and forms, and logistical, operational and administrative activities for SERE academics, field training, and resistance training.
WORK LOCATION: Lackland Air Force Base (AFB), TX
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct ECAC instruction IAW with all applicable documents
• Conduct course instruction and course administration to include completing student training reports and forms, and logistical, operational and administrative activities for S-V88-AL academics, academic role play laboratory, operational conduct after capture training, and operational evasion training.
• Contractor personnel providing instruction shall prepare lesson plans and training aids, and present academic, laboratory, and operational lessons.
• ECAC will have 48 training classes per year with two one-week stand-down periods.
o The purpose of these two, one-week stand-down periods is to provide military, civilian and contractor personnel in-house training opportunities, address on-going USAF concerns regarding training, cadre interaction, and to ensure the safety of both Airmen attending the course and the course cadre.
o These semi-annual training events will take place in approximately April and October.

• Maintain master files for inventory and dive related programs.
• Maintain and update government furnished regulations, publications, and directives required by MAJCOMS, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and the Naval Safety Center pertaining to waterborne operations.
• Maintain the Naval Safety Center Dive/Jump Reporting System (DJRS), provide quality assurance inspection of dive related information, make entries into the system and provide SERE Safety Divers with copies of Personal Dive Logs.
• Maintain the DJRS of all types of dives performed, equipment used, and note any dive related injuries/accidents to be entered into the Command database.
• Maintain the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and hazardous material program for the Dive Locker.
• Advise users concerning equipment capabilities and maintenance requirements, work to resolve maintenance problems, and advise users of problems outside the contractor’s ability to overcome.
• When requested, advise/assist in Air Force investigations and analysis of accidents, incidents, and failures.
• Provide technical expertise and assistance in report writing.
• Provide operational support to the SERE Safety Diver program by providing Dive Supervisor support during training dives conducted at home station and TDY locations.
• May be asked to support off station trainer support (on a non-interference basis with primary duties), for unit continuation training (4 times/year).
• For all dive operations, ensure the SCUBA tanks are within hydrostatic test and annual visual inspection dates, filled and serviceable for employment.
• Function as liaison between AETC Dive Program Manager (DPM) and SERE Safety Divers to ensure standards are applied to all contracted Dive Locker/Maritime operations.
• Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs on equipment listed in Appendix F, IAW 3M System (PMS or manufacturer’s specifications).

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

27. SERE Training Manager & Admin Support / Lackland AFB, TX / Secret
JOB TITLE: CONTINGENT – Training Manager / Administrative Support
SUMMARY: The Training Manager / Administrative Support will conduct course instruction, course administration to include completing student training reports and forms, and logistical, operational and administrative activities for SERE academics, field training, and resistance training.
WORK LOCATION: Lackland Air Force Base (AFB), TX
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide Training Manager/Administrative Support in accordance with (IAW) all applicable documents
• Generate multimedia training aids and presentations for instructors.
• Track, maintain, and update training logs, instructor evaluations, and student handouts, note taking guides, course critiques and phase critiques.
• Perform pre-trip coordination and planning, post-trip debriefs and after-action reports.
• Perform pre-class coordination and planning, post-class debriefs and after-action reports.
• Perform tasks in logistics, plans, programs and administration in support of course instruction requirements.
• Accompany personnel to the field training locations, Resistance Training, and EL’s.
• Prepare lesson plans and training aids, and present academic, laboratory, and operational/field training lessons.
• Perform management, training, and instructor certification functions during academic, laboratory and operational/field training.
• Provide instruction and logistics support in all aspects of operational/field training and technical training program (i.e. personal protection, sustenance, sanitation and hygiene, navigation, signaling practices, on-base logistics, and operational/field logistics) and provide assistance to the SERE Recruitment Liaison Office (SRLO) program.
• Instruct in the use of maps and compasses and have a working knowledge in the area of overland navigation.
• Provide their own rations during Field Training evolutions. Transportation to the field training sites will be provided by the Government, however, contractor personnel are authorized to use personal vehicles at their own expense for transportation to the field, if desired and approved by the Det 3, 66 TRS/CC or designee.
• An appropriate camouflage uniform, in a pattern matching the Government’s field uniform with an aircrew style name patch (ASNP) will be provided for laboratory and field training operations.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience/Education
• Must be a graduate of the SERE Specialist Training (SST) (S-V81-A) course
• Must be capable of performing all aspects of instruction in support of the SERE Specialist training Orientation Course (S-V70-A) syllabus.
• Must be able to complete a four (4) mile ruck, on flat ground, with 25-30lbs in under one (1) hour bi-annually.
• Be able to operate under austere conditions in a humid subtropical climate.
• Must meet one of the following qualifications:
o Must be a graduate of USAF Course S-V81-A, SERE Specialist Training.
o Must possess a minimum of two (2) years of experience instructing at a Level-C Code of Conduct course or suitable related experience to provide a core of full spectrum resistance training experience.
Experience shall include classroom instruction and role-playing in resistance training scenarios IAW all applicable documents
• Qualified to provide instruction for training IAW course syllabi for the functional areas of the courses they are responsible for supporting.
• Must be able to pass an initial Government approved HF Evaluation administered by the assigned Resistance Training (RT) Qualified SERE psychologist.
o This evaluation is based in the standards of practice of DoD RT psychologists and Joint Personnel Recovery Agency. The initial evaluation will include psychological testing, a clinical interview, review of records (if available), and collateral contacts

• Establish milestones and monitor master project plans and schedules
• Identify program problems and solutions and fully brief Government officials
• Regular communication and coordination with NSWC staff and leadership

• Evaluate employees’ performance and provide appropriate feedback, write and brief After Action Reports
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience/Education
• Must have at least 10 years’ experience as a member of a SOF team (Ranger, Green Beret, SEAL, SWCC, Combat Controller, etc.)
• Preferred to have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and experience as a program manager for a military/DOD contractor
• Preferred to have two (2) years of experience in planning joint maritime SOF exercises
• Preferred to have supported at least four (4) SOF exercises as a program or project manager in the past five (5) years
• Program Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
• Highly preferred Naval Special Warfare Command experience.

SUMMARY: Provide management, materials, equipment, services and facilities to enable Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) and participating forces to execute joint maritime certification and validation mission readiness exercises directed to meet Joint Chiefs of Staff, High Interest Training Issues for Special Operations Forces and Conventional Force Integration, Interoperability, and Interdependence.
Services required under this acquisition occur simultaneously at various geographically dispersed training sites throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) to include on land and at sea. Some locations are on military bases/training areas and some outside of military installations.
WORK LOCATION: CONUS Locations (San Diego, CA and Virginia Beach, VA regions)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Remain adaptive and proactive in the operational environment (OE) to effectively predict events, engage the threat, and protect friendly forces in support of NSWC training exercises
• Predict events to defeat the enemies’ systems and networks
• Battle tracking includes monitoring the current location, activity, and combat power of task force elements; monitoring the progress of adjacent and supporting units; and updating templates to support training exercises
• Process all reports and information in regards to the following:
o Situation maps
o Adjacent unit and joint, interagency, intergovernmental and multinational activities
o Status charts
o Emerging enemy tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs)
• Perform information management to include defining the tactical problem; understanding requirements, capabilities, and shortfalls, both current and future; providing feasible options; and recognizing the time for decision(s).
• To enhance battle staff training and effectiveness and improve performance at the combat training centers, units should conduct predeployment training that encompasses the following, as requested:
o Doctrine-based scope and task organization
o Centralized planning and control in response to enemy actions
o Doctrine-based opposing forces
o Top-down intelligence direction and products
o Detailed planning and preparation for a discrete, short duration
o Standardized performance of the battle staff process, procedures, and products as measures of effectiveness.
o Doctrinally precise tasks and conditions
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience/Education
• Must have served in a J2/J3 Staff Position at either a MAJCOM or a Joint SOF Command
• Must be familiar with interagency coordination requirement for SOF operations
• Preferred to have ten (10) years’ experience on J2 staff in support of deployed SOF operations
• Preferred to have planning, designing, executing JNTC level exercises experience
• Must have experience supporting training exercise, preferably with NSCW
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License
• Have extensive proficiency with Microsoft Products (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Physically able to walk in urban/cross country terrain of varying difficulty for up to six (6) miles at a time, work up to 12 hours a day for up to 22 days

ITA International (ITA) is a provider of integrated support services to include analysis, planning, training, acquisition management, cyber/intelligence, engineering, logistics, and maritime support services to government, non-governmental organizations and commercial customers worldwide. ITA is currently recruiting for a JTAC SUAS PM to join our team in Fayetteville, NC.
Responsibilities:
Small Unmanned Aeriel System (SUAS) PM for the 724th STG who is responsible for the oversight of the unit’s SUAS training program. Contractor personnel will be both pilot and trainer and will maintain required currency and qualifications. Certification and designation will be documented in the individual’s SUASMAN training records IAW AFI and 24 SOW Operating Instructions.
Personnel must develop and maintain SUAS specific training media, realistic scenarios, folders for maintenance of flight logs and SUAS training documentation. Personnel are required to train selected personnel in SUAS operations. Additionally, personnel will perform equipment custodial duties IAW 720 STG OI 10-501. Possess 2 years of cumulative SOF JTAC background or augmentation during operational deployments. Candidates must have started the application process or hold an interim TS Clearance until read in is complete.
Establish and maintain the unit SUAS folders and program in accordance with USSOCOM, Air Force, AFSOC, 24 SOW, 720 and 724 STG, and unit guidance and instructions which include but are not limited to: USSOCOM Directive 350-9, SUAS interim guidance CONOPS Annex A, B, and C, Receive initial and recurring SUAS evaluations from the STG Chief Stan/Eval, AFSOC SUAS Program Manager, or evaluator approved in writing by 724 STG commander, if not available. Contractors will not receive evaluations from another contractor.
Provide duties as JTAC-Instructor when necessary.
Provide simulator training as SUAS or JTAC Instructor and assist Simulator Operator, as required.
Coordinate/schedule ranges and/or airspace for SUAS operations.
When directed attend SUAS conferences/symposiums for program continuity.
Submit unit SUAS pilot status quarterly in accordance with AFSOC/A3OU guidance.

Active DoD TS/SCI clearance

You will assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the Bluehawk Irregular Warfare Analysis Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.
Among the topics you will analyze are insurgent political and military organization, military capabilities, and combat tactics, techniques, and procedures as well as recruitment, training, sustainment, population influence and control methodologies, material procurement, development, and proliferation, transregional logistics and financing.
Qualifications

Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
Minimum one-year experience in forward deployed locations supporting tactical operations.

Bluehawk, LLC is seeking an Senior Intelligence Analyst (JAST) based in RESTON, VA.
Responsibilities
The Senior Intelligence Analyst will provide intelligence and forensic expertise as a member of an OCONUS deployed team and CONUS reach-back support.
While deployed, you will embed with warfighters to assist operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks. You will identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DOD, interagency and international partners.
Most deployments are 120-180 days in length.
While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other tactical units; and work closely with a wide variety of units, institutions, and partners.
You will assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the Blueahwk Joint Analytical Support Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.
You will work closely with other members of your team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their relationships to the targeted enemy networks.
Qualifications
Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Education
Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
More than one year of deployed Intelligence analysis experience within the CENTCOM AOR.
You must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
You should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.
Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.
Willing to work rotating shifts if needed - that may include nights and weekends.
Bachelor's degree and more than three years of experience, or an associates degree and five years of experience, or seven years of relevant work experience. We will also consider candidates with four years of directly relevant experience.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
More than three years of experience conducting network analysis in support of attack the network or CT operations - including counter-facilitation.
More than three years of experience providing C-IED intelligence support and/or asymmetric threat analysis.
More than ten years of military experience, and/or a combination of military and IC Agency experience, including recent combat deployments, and be well-versed in all areas of military intelligence.
Expert understanding of network analysis tools such as Analyst Notebook and Palantir.
Expert understanding of Intel-related databases such as M3, TAC, NCTC Online, TIDE, ICReach SIGINT database, Cultweave SIGINT database, PROTON SIGINT Database.

Overview
Bluehawk is currently seeking Special Operations Forces (SOF) Intelligence Integrators to serve on a unique, multi-discipline team assisting Special Operations Forces' (SOF) operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and their subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information in an effective, seamless process to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks that facilitate or employ Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs).
The Team will ensure SOF assets are kept abreast of all current and emerging customer processes, methodologies, and Tactics, Techniques & Procedures (TTP) for attacking networks that utilize IEDs.
Responsibilities
The SOF Intelligence Integrator will:
Assist in developing processes that focus on developing SOF Situational Understanding of threat networks and enabling DOD, IA, and IC communities of action focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks.
Prioritize and categorize requests for support, conduct near- and long-term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets, fusing multiple intelligence disciplines to support the application of operational capabilities in order to facilitate disruption and defeat of threat networks that employ or facilitate IEDs.
Focus on problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of ISR integration and the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of information (to include unevaluated intelligence and open source data) associated with IEDs and their employment/facilitation by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.
Work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations, identify trends, patterns and key nodes and highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks.
Must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise.
Able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.
