JOB SUMMARY: This position will serve as the corporate expert that designs and maintains company processes to ensure clinical activities are aligned with business objectives. The Manager of Medical Affairs will collaborate with internal stakeholders to define strategic focus for clinical programs and dissemination of clinical evidence. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide accurate reporting on study progress, milestone achievement, and issues across organization and to senior management escalating any challenges or issues with respect to budget, timelines, or compliance that might impact achievement of business objectives

Develop clinical plans for high growth business segments to build clinical evidence for key clinical value propositions addressing short term as well as longer term needs through various forms of research including review articles, health outcomes research, post-marketing studies, and clinical trials to support regulatory submissions (PMA, IDE, 510(k))

Develop publication plans and strategies to disseminate Medical Affairs information to internal and external constituents
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for clinical research
Travel to key thought leaders, clinical trial sites, and key scientific meetings/tradeshows (20%).

QUALIFICATIONS
· Knowledge of clinical research programs including methodologies, processes, and timelines.

5. Senior Manager QA – Field Actions and Service – Chicago, IL

JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Manager QA will be responsible for ensuring compliance to regulations for Hillrom’s global field action process and the quality system for the US Service organization. The position serves as the primary liaison between manufacturing sites, corporate field action committee, regulatory, and service organizations, and is responsible for ensuring the company’s timely assessment, escalation, reporting, and execution of field actions. This position will also be the QA business partner for the US service organizations driving prompt resolution of emerging product issues, developing a robust global service Quality System roadmap and plan to ensure continued effectiveness and compliance to all applicable regulations and standards, identifying areas of process improvements, and participating in global service strategic projects.

You will support SOF and conventional units in comprehending how irregular warfare threats are organized, manned, equipped, and sustained and provide intelligence support to policy makers, planners, and operational forces engaging these threats.
More About the Role:
While deployed, you will embed with warfighters to assist operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units and apply irregular warfare analysis to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks. You will apply irregular warfare analytic expertise and make recommendations for future products, anticipate customer intelligence needs, and explore anomalies, new developments, and trends that could impact or threaten US operational capabilities or intelligence requirements. Most deployments are 180 days in length.
While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other tactical units; and work closely with a wide variety of units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI-WGI Irregular Warfare Analysis Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.
Among the topics you will analyze are insurgent political and military organization, military capabilities, and combat tactics, techniques, and procedures as well as recruitment, training, sustainment, population influence and control methodologies, material procurement, development, and proliferation, transregional logistics and financing.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
Minimum one-year experience in forward deployed locations supporting tactical operations.
Minimum two years of experience conducting analysis of irregular warfare problem sets to highlight insurgent or threat network organization, key nodes, and vulnerabilities.
You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
You will be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.

Background:

Two (2) years demonstrated experience working in a field related to OSINT research, collection management, or analysis or the exploitation of publicly available information or social media.
Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
· BA/BS degree from an accredited college; preferred degree in Information Technology or Information Security area.
· Current active Top-Secret security clearance is highly preferred.
