Responsibilities:
Serve as the senior subject matter expert who facilitates execution of brigade level intelligence certification events encompassing the Decisive Action Training Environment (DATE), Mission Rehearsal Exercises, and other specialized exercises as required.
Provide liaison and direct support to the INSCOM Brigade Commander and Senior Intelligence Officer (SIO) responsible for generating an operational environment for unit training exercises, assisting and mentoring in the overall planning and delivery of the exercise.
In conjunction with conventional force maneuver and other war fighting function planners, coordinate, integrate, synchronize, and prepare doctrinal and grammatically correct exercise control products. Documents include, but are not limited to, intelligence portions of operation orders (OPORDs), warning orders (WARNORDS), fragmentary orders (FRAGORDs), scenario scripted events, Combat Instructions, and other tactical and exercise control intelligence related products.
Assist in providing the necessary military direction and guidance within which the Brigade will conduct the intelligence components of its planning. Assist the HICON in issuance of orders and collecting appropriate reports from the training unit in the execution of planning and training. Assist in maintaining the integrity of the scenario, ensuring synchronization between the HICON and O/C/T during staffing processes and exercise execution.
During CTC and major exercises, serve as the intelligence representative in a replicated HICON element, as well as advising intelligence Soldiers serving in similar HICON roles. Monitor programmed life-cycle requirements, develop purchase requirements and costs, attend meetings with contract equipment maintainers, and assist with packaging and shipping of equipment.
Provide business executive support in linking Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and Budget Planning with Budget Execution and Control. Support the development, coordination and governance management of Request for Change (RFC's) and Engineering Change Proposal (ECPs) requirements documents.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Plans, develops and conducts intelligence analysis training to military intelligence analysts. Provides instruction, instructional assistance, and appropriate scenario development support for intelligence personnel, teams, and units in support of AS/DCGS-A. Supports FASTIC SME’s in the development and revision of AS/DCGSA TSPs, including Individual to collective training materials and scenarios.
Provides support to MIB/ BCT MITS events and conducts training ISO intelligence operations / unit intel architecture. Facilitates training in large and small group settings utilizing a variety of instructional environments including classrooms, MTT locations (requires travel to external customer/military
sites), video teleconferences, virtual/computer-based training sessions, team teaching environments,
and collective active learning environments. Serves as Oracle Database engineer and JAVA developer.
Applies creative solutions to complex problems and work through technical challenges as they apply to intelligence requirements.
Required Qualifications:
• Ability to support development of an operational approach for the Decisive Action Training Environment and Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield, as identified in ADRP 5.0.
• Proficiency in DCGS-A software applications, including Analyst Notebook, ArcGIS, M3, Query Tree, and Google Earth.
• At least 1 tour as an MOS 35F (All-Source Analyst) DCGS-A All- Source Analyst or equivalent experience as an All-Source Analyst on DCGS-A.
• Working knowledge of the DCGS-A Enterprise.
• Candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills and must be able to communicate on all levels both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities
The Contractor shall assist the Government Program Manager by providing Strategic Communications/Information Environment (SC/IE) SMEs in support of the Global Mission Support Center (GMSC). The SMEs are responsible for monitoring and analyzing the information environment, producing products that enhance awareness of the information environment, and providing recommendations to the commander and other decision makers. Other responsibilities include coordination of information environment analyses and products with the USSOCOM J2 intelligence directorate and other key stakeholders, and ensuring alignment of strategic communication in coordination with public affairs and other USSOCOM information-related entities. Specific tasks include:
Monitor the information environment IAW the Commander’s priorities and CCIRs to enhance planning and SOF resourcing decisions.
Prepare spot/routine reports of the information environment as required.
Coordinate with other entities within DoD, USG and partners that are conducting similar activities to increase situational awareness of the information environment.
Aggregate research, analyze data, and develop solutions and courses of action as required in support of the Command’s information operations, plans and strategies.
Integrate appropriate actions, activities, and products into applicable GMSC, USSOCOM J24 (SOF Geo-Spatial Enterprise or other command adopted systems or tools), Knowledge Management (KM) office, and/or broader USSOCOM staff procedures and processes with Government approval.

Qualifications
Required -
10 years of experience related to strategic communications

10 years of experience as a staff officer within HQ USSOCOM, a Service headquarters, or a combatant command headquarters (4-Star military HQ)

Examiners must be able to act as subject matter expert-level technical resources to federated partners, internal customers, and forward-deployed elements. They must provide timely and on-demand remote support to various operational and non-operational elements in order to ensure mission success
Examiners must be able to rapidly produce and concisely brief technically proficient triage-level, analyst targeted and deep-dive reporting products, intelligently prioritizing the depth of examination based upon current operationally imposed time constraints
Examiners must be able to generate professional technical exploitation reports of interest to the U.S. Government (USG) and their partners, Develop device, collection, and cross-collection based reports to meet mission demands
Examiners must be willing and able to design, plan, integrate, support, and execute full-spectrum technical exploitation training and exercises
Demonstrated understanding of the technical fundamentals and core forensic principles required to perform all the aforementioned tasks with competency and accuracy
Demonstrated fluency in at least one, but preferably multiple, core commercial forensic imaging tools such as Cellebrite UFED products, XRY, AXIOM Acquire
Demonstrated fluency in at least one, but preferably multiple, core commercial forensic analysis platform such as UFED Physical Analyzer (from Cellebrite), XRY (from MASB), MAGNET Axiom™ (from Magnet Forensics®)
Possess at least one active industry or DoD standard forensic certification (i.e. CCME, CCO, CCPA, CMFF, CUFO, XRY Certification, MCFE, EnCE, ACE, CCE, GIAC, CFCE, DC3/DCITA Certified Digital Forensic Examiner)
Experience conveying highly technical information effectively and concisely to a wide range of audiences via both briefings and technical reports
2+ years of technical exploitation experience (or directly related experience). Examples of qualifying experience includes, but is not limited to, conducting digital forensic investigations, providing technical MEDEX/CELLEX/DOMEX/TECHEX services, targeted forensic software development, binary file or application reverse engineering

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES As a Patriot Defense SOF Desk Officer, you will monitor data and information for aspects of physical security, operational security, security classification, and other control mechanisms to protect and mitigate risk to personnel and operations. You will also provide in-depth intelligence cases and assessments research, utilizing all-source and classified information, and support pre-deployment activities including Staff Mission Briefs and pre-mission coordination.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance
• Current CI Poly
• Seven (7) years of combined experience providing direct support to O-5 level (Battalion, Group, TSOC, etc.) SOF units, SMUs, Commands, or Interagency offices conducting Sensitive Special Operations, SOF HUMINT or Clandestine HUMINT operations, Preparation of the Environment and SOF clandestine operations to include performing associative targeting (individuals, cells, network C2, and logistics); experience using HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, and OSINT to support operations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience and in-depth knowledge of the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) to include mission analysis, COA decision and CONOP approval briefings, D3A execution matrices, CONOP documents, and FRAGOs.
• Experience and capability to perform tasks with Microsoft (MS) productivity software and applications.
• Practical understanding of MS SharePoint and Google Earth Spatial Analysis software as well as web-based intelligence tools and databases available through SIPR and JWICS.
