disseminating contract modifications, conforming contracts, as well as providing other administrative support.

The team is responsible for developing and maintaining the contingency and crisis action plans, concepts of operations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), operating instructions, and other operational planning products used to guide CISA operations during Steady State, in support of special events, and in response to all-hazards threats and incidents. Responsibilities:
Provides contingency planning support to CISA/IOD based on priorities established by senior leadership;
Assists in the research, development, maintenance, and revision of contingency and crisis action planning documents;
Authors internal plans, annexes, SOPs, and other planning products (including position descriptions and other job aids);
Coordinates and collaborates with senior leadership, subject matter experts, private sector partners, and other stakeholders to develop and revise planning documents;
Organizes and facilitates IOD and CISA working groups and planning teams;
Participates in task forces, working groups, and other planning teams to support Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and interagency planning initiatives;
Documents proceedings of task forces, working groups, and planning teams and distributes meeting minutes to participants and key stakeholders; and

Minimum Experience: Ten (10) years’ experience working in a maintenance organization with no less than one-year supervising individuals performing maintenance tasks or conducting maintenance training. Previous experience as a Security Assistance Team (SAT) Team Chief or SAT member is highly desirable (but not required). Must effectively conduct classroom instruction, demonstrate maintenance procedures, observe/evaluate student performance of hands-on maintenance tasks, and provide oral/written feedback to the student. Qualification as an Army instructor with experience teaching at the Army Logistics University is highly desirable.

Overview

ITA currently recruiting for an Intelligence Specialist located in Fayetteville NC.
Responsibilities
The Contractor shall have knowledge of Preparation of the Environment (PE) requirements.
This position requires a knowledge of current international affairs (with primary focus on world trouble spots), intelligence, security, and operational matters in order to assist the program manager in developing and compiling PE survey lists, imagery support, radar capabilities, and low visibility objectives.
The Contractor shall be knowledgeable of a wide range of technologies/techniques applicable to assigned tasks.
The Contractor shall perform duties in various levels of compartmented security, each with separate policies and procedures.
The Contractor shall support decisions and actions taken, which are made more difficult by changing international or
interagency roles, complex relationships, controversial issues, and national priority missions.
Contractors may be required to use signature reduction mechanisms.
Qualifications
The Candidate shall possess:
Comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of concepts, principles, and practices to include the intelligence community missions, functions, and capabilities as demonstrated through a minimum of 5 years of experience as an intelligence targeteer.
Knowledge of all intelligence disciplines (HUMlNT, SIGINT, IMINT, and MASINT) and special operations intelligence activities and programs.
Knowledge of the various intelligence data systems to include Special Operations Command Research Analysis and Threat Evaluation System (SOCRATES) AND JWICCS.
Knowledge of intelligence principles and concepts sufficient to monitor and evaluate contingency plans and training. The Contractor shall have the ability to respond to policy questions for intelligence as prescribed in applicable regulations and guidance.
Knowledge of special operations tactics, techniques, and procedures.
The ability to communicate effectively both orally and written.
Current Top Secret Clearance and eligible for Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) and Special Access Programs (SAP)
