QUALIFICATIONS:

Position Summary:
The Senior Associate Vice President and Chief Communications Officer (CCO) provides leadership and strategic direction over all
aspects of the university’s external and internal communications, marketing, advertising, media relations, and executive
communications. This position develops and directs the university’s communications vision and strategy, serves as a senior
spokesperson with the news media, and reviews, edits and approves the university’s most visible strategic communications,

Most deployments are 120 to 180 days in length.

You will assist with SOF pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI-WGI SOF Support Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.

Position Description:
The Intelligence Exploitation Analyst (EX SME) shall provide analytical and planning support to screening, exploitation and other HUMINT missions. Intelligence Exploitation analysts interface with intelligence organizations, IA, and other DoD organizations to fully prepare teams, as well as prepare analytical products and assessments supporting targeting efforts, source development and threat analysis.
The Intelligence Exploitation Analysts shall provide analytical and planning support to Interrogation, Exploitation, and Detainee operations and other HUMINT missions. Intelligence Exploitation Analysts shall perform analysis, provide intelligence products and perform intelligence research to support HUMINT/Detainee interviews. Intelligence Exploitation Analysts shall provide intelligence summaries as a result of each supported HUMINT/Detainee interview in accordance with JSOTF procedures.
The Intelligence Exploitation Analyst- Subject Matter Expert (EX SME) shall possess the following qualifications:
-Minimum of ten (10) years of analytic experience within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with five (5) years at the operational level.
-Shall be proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and intelligence related automation to support Intelligence Exploitation analytical efforts and product development.
-Shall possess strong briefing skills and be capable of effectively directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.
-Have advanced working knowledge of screening, exploitation, and detainee operations and other HUMINT missions including methodologies and systems.
-Strong background and firsthand experience in the following analytical areas: Sensitive Site Exploitation (SSE), data at rest Regional Analysis, Geo-Political Analysis, HUMINT/SIGINT Analysis, and Collection Management.
-Expert knowledge of SOF and/or CT intelligence operations.
-Must have the ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
-Must have the ability to work as part of a team to identify trends and information of value within data-at-rest to drive reporting and production to alert decision-makers of new developments and to meet specific customer requirements.
