1. Lethal Targeting Analysts/TS SCI/Charlottesville, VA.
VICTOR42 has multiple Lethal All-Source Targeting positions located in Charlottesville, VA with up to $5-$15k in deployment bonuses available. Interested candidates must have between 3-8 years of experience, a TS SCI, be deployable to all theaters of operation, and able to successfully complete 3-months of training in Charlottesville, VA. We are currently staffing candidates that can report to work on or before May 1, 2020.
Responsibilities:
Develop regional network assessments of IED and insurgent networks.
Produce targeting support products.
Prepare and present intelligence briefings and presentations.
Evaluate information reporting and sources.
Answer Requests for Information (RFI).
Develop Source Directed Requirements (SDR) Populate and Maintain databases, production trackers and files.
Qualifications:
Knowledgeable of the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle and intelligence analytic techniques including trend and pattern analysis, geospatial analysis, link analysis and network or social network analysis.
Be experienced with data processing systems such as DCGS-A, CIDNE, and SIPRNET and JWICS search engines.
Working knowledge of i2 Analyst Notebook, AXIS Pro, WebTAS, ArcGIS, and Google Earth.

Job Description: Seeking exceptionally qualified individuals to serve as an Open Source Analysts at the Mid, Senior & Expert level to support a USSOCOM contract. Analyst is a trained and seasoned intelligence professional who drives collection to identify persons and locations of interest. They focus on discovering vulnerabilities identified through open source collection efforts. An Open Source/PAI analyst fuses open source targeting leads with all-source analysis and provides inputs to the Commander for interagency and foreign partner release coordination via interagency partners. They use all intelligence disciplines to collect, exploit, and analyze target vulnerabilities through the fusion of information and dissemination of new operational targeting solutions.
Job Responsibilities: Must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence cycle, research databases, analytical tools and mission across the CENTCOM AOR at a minimum. PAI analyst must have a fundamental understanding and knowledge of Syria and Iraq-based insurgent groups. They must be a critical thinker, and possess a fundamental understanding of counterterrorism operations, the targeting cycle, all-source intelligence fusion and key concepts of target development. They must possess a working knowledge of open source mapping tools and imagery databases (Google Earth), Analyst Notebook, and the Microsoft Office Suite. Additionally, knowledge of Proton, IC Reach, Voltron, Gossip, and Palantir is preferred.
Job Requirements: The position at the Mid, Senior & Expert Level shall possess the following qualifications:

· Develop exercise TPFDD: Distribute TPFDD worksheet to deploying units/personnel, build/update ULNs in the theater/exercise PID for each person/UTC. Continuously monitor and update TPFDD as required utilizing JOPES/DCAPES. Review logistical requirements, bed-down plans, and budget constraints/needs. Establish support requirements.
· Understand Airfield limitations for aircraft parking, ammunition storage and loading, and Max on Ground (MOG) for large body cargo/passenger aircraft
· Participate in strategy development, identifies planning factors, prescribe methods and procedures relating to the management of personnel, and synchronizes subordinate and supporting command personnel.
· Provide pre/post conference briefs and message development for approval and coordination with DOD and inter-agency entities.
· Develop and execute logistics across multiple military operations.
· Identify, plan and coordinate SOF participation with all points of contact necessary to mitigate SOF integration shortfalls in required exercises.
· Ensure SOF unit training objectives are integrated throughout the JELC and synchronized and de-conflicted at all levels.
· Comprehend and articulate through verbal and written communications SOF logistical operational capabilities and command relationships.

As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) Joint Expeditionary Team (JET) Member, you will provide embedded support to tactical units conducting ground operations primarily in the CENTCOM AOR. More About the Role:
While not deployed, you will also provide subject matter expertise on improvised threats to various CONUS offices and organizations associated with training and technology integration. What You’ll Get to Do:

More About the Role:

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

General Description:

The Lead Enterprise Architect works as a member of a strong technical team in conjunction with the program office, the Combatant Commands (CCMDs), and the services to develop and manage the global Enterprise Architecture (EA) to improve US Intelligence Community capabilities in support of our warfighters and coalition partners.
The Lead Enterprise Architect has three primary responsibilities:
Customer Engagement Representative: Act as the Lead Enterprise Architect with the goal of collecting strategic, operational, and tactical information, requirements, and activities.
EA Decision Support: Manage the development the larger Enterprise of Enterprises architecture to support Combatant Commanders, CCMD J2s, and other intelligence community partners
Architecture Analyst: Use architectural data to support decision makers, strategic roadmaps, programs and projects, and others to maximize intelligence capabilities, and reduce risk.
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
Manage the collaboration of Enterprise Architecture products to include the required DoDAF products, the program’s roadmap, and fit-for-purpose views as required to support innovative architectural analysis and business management
