Primary Tasks:
Assist with retrieving, assembling, analyzing, and monitoring interagency
intelligence reports and analyses on current/anticipated adversary offensive and
defensive capabilities in support of Naval Special Warfare (NSW) mission
planning.
Assist with querying, assembling, analyzing, and monitoring operational
intelligence data-streams existing on interagency computer systems.
Assist with fusing multi-source intelligence information in order to prepare
operational risk and threat assessments that impact NSW operations.
Assist with using multi-source intelligence information in order to identify
targeting opportunities for NSW against an adversary and assess operational
feasibility.
Assist with preparing mission planning graphics (e.g., annotated imagery,
geospatial operational intelligence plots of an area of interest, nodal analyses of
critical adversarial resources).
Assist with preparing and presenting briefing slides, and conduct correspondence
suitable for presentation or submission up to national-level agencies and/or joint
unified commands.
Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of NSW tactical capabilities and
limitations, operational employment methods, and national level tasking.
Participate in all steps of the intelligence cycle in accordance with Joint
Publication 2-0, to include planning and direction, collection, processing and
exploitation, analysis and production, and dissemination and integration.
Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of offices within the intelligence
community and be able to coordinate closely with interagency organizations and
other agencies throughout the intelligence community in order to support
operations.
Assist with planning, organizing, coordinating, and integrating with other
functional activities within the interagency and the intelligence community in
order to collaborate on the development of solutions to operational intelligence
gaps.
Provide a monthly status report to the Contracting Officer’s Representative
(COR), to include but not limited to project status, on-going efforts, and
deficiencies. The government will provide direction on the reporting format and
template at the Kick-Off Meeting.
Qualifications:
Possesses a bachelor’s degree from a regionally/nationally accredited institution
college or university OR four (4) years of working experience in the field of
naval operational intelligence or special operations intelligence support.
Possess ability to perform maritime operational intelligence and special
operations intelligence tasks as enumerated above in primary tasks.
Contractor with a regionally/nationally accredited bachelor’s degree
from a college or university shall have two (2) years demonstrable
experience outside a classroom environment in conducting research;
gathering, assembling, processing and analyzing data; identifying and
mitigating cognitive bias and logical fallacy; fusing results with other
information; and formulating and presenting conclusions. Examples of
demonstrable experience includes internships or post-graduate
employment supporting a United States Government (USG) office or
USG-affiliated organization performing these tasks.
Contractor without a bachelor’s degree from a nationally/regionally accredited
college or university shall possess a minimum of three (3)
years of demonstrable work experience conducting operational
intelligence (OPINTEL) in support of US Department of Defense (DoD)
operations in the maritime or special warfare environment and four (4)
years of cumulative employment within the USG. Contractor should be
experienced in operational and intelligence preparation of the
environment (OPE/IPE) through fusing the following intelligence
disciplines: Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Electronic Intelligence
(ELINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), Counterintelligence/Human
Intelligence (HUMINT), and Technical Intelligence (TECHINT).
Contractor must be proficient in conducting intelligence research;
gathering, processing, assembling, and analyzing multi-intelligence data
sources; and forming and disseminating assessments to the warfighter.
Examples of demonstrable experience include military deployment as
part of an Operational Intelligence (INTEL) watch as part of a Special
Operations Task Force or aboard a US Navy surface combatant
performing these tasks.
Possesses an active/current TOP SECRET security clearance with access to
Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Contractor must be experienced
with handling SCI and be able to identify and protect information critical in
maintaining highly sensitive USG and NSW capabilities and methods.

Current SECRET security clearance and be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance within 6 months of hire is required.
Shall possess demonstrated knowledge with plans, policy, and strategy development at senior leadership level.
Proof of Training completion of a MS WORD, EXCEL, and POWERPOINT class/course is mandatory.
Must be able to proficiently read, write, and speak English and write in proper, formal English grammar and sentence structure, in order to complete the research and written assignments associated with this contract.
Must meet at minimum Level 5 – “Advanced Proficient” based on the English Language Proficient Assessment (ELPA) or equivalent testing measure.

Qualifications and Experience

This candidate shall perform duties planning and preparing recommendations concerning the integration of technical devices and equipment into mission and training arenas. · The candidate shall possess knowledge of Department of Defense, USSOCOM, Joint SOF and interagency technology working groups.

Training Requirements
· Candidates must have a current CompTIA Security+ Certificate or be able to acquire it within six months of being hired to facilitate mandated DOD 8570 IAT Level II Requirements.

Reporting to our Director of Operational Audit, you are responsible for reviewing wagers and lines that are offered within trading as well as oversee the Wager approval process within multi- jurisdictions. What You Will Do:
Review, update and standardize the Multi-Jurisdictional Wager Approval spreadsheet against each jurisdiction regulation for accuracy and compliance
Provide updates of any wager approvals or findings in weekly trading meetings
Assist each Manager, by jurisdiction, to ensure accuracy of the approved wager sheet in multiple systems (CBS, Liberty, IGT, and Stadium)
Submit wagers for regulatory approval
Provide ongoing support and communication with, compliance and trading department to ensure compliance with all opportunities rules and regulations
Notify VP of Compliance and Director of Operational Audit of any discrepancies, irregularities, or potential trading compliance violations
Perform periodic trading audits on approved wagers

Qualifications
Experience:
10+ years of Program Management or equivalent
10+ years of ATD support or equivalent (preferred)
DAU PM level II certified or equivalent
DAU T&E level II certified or equivalent
DAU level III certified or equivalent (preferred)
Must be thorough and possess a strong attention to detail.
Ability to be flexible, able to work independently, and be self-motivated

Overview

Responsibilities

Qualifications
Experience:

The JET Member will typically deploy 1-2 times a year OCONUS for 4 months at a time, with additional sporadic CONUS pre-deployment training.
Personnel in these positions perform missions in various remote locations, typically in high threat combat environments and are often “outside the wire”. This is an armed consulting position where you will be embedded with forward deployed SOF and conventional military units in combat.
Requirements:
SOF E-8/ E-9 or Special Forces Warrant Officer (SOF Commissioned Officers or E-7 Senior NCOs may also be considered based on background)

· Performs quality control of PAI/OSINT reports before release.
· Subject matter expert on PAI/OSINT related issues.

Minimum Qualifications
· 5-8 Years with Bachelors or 3-6 Years with Masters or 0-3 Years with PhD or JD or HS diploma + 9-12 years of relevant experience.
· 5 years’ experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on the production of intelligence analysis.
· Previous experience working PAI/OSINT analytical support with a focus on the PRC.
· Detailed knowledge of various PAI/OSINT collection sensors, platforms, and sources within collection disciplines, including associated collection strategies and tasking procedures.
· Detailed knowledge of a wide range of PAI/OSINT concepts, principles, and practices, and its sub-disciplines, policy, operations, tasking, and procedures to process, analyze, and report intelligence findings based upon theater and national tasking.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Identify qualified and trained personnel for Capability Development which includes, but is not limited to technology research, vulnerability assessment, software development, capability integration, system test, and product maintenance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidate shall provide on-site support in research and development of software designed to exploit vulnerabilities of adversary technology, algorithm development, script, writing and software utility development, analysis and reverse engineering of source code, software integration and testing, technical writing and documentation, and lifecycle maintenance of customer software programs.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in a Technical Discipline Preferred, but Not Required
Expert in Vulnerability Analysis, JavaScript Development, ARM/AARCH64 Assembly Development, and C Programming
Low-Level Operating Systems experience for Android
Proficient with Reverse Engineering using tools such as IDA Pro, Binary Ninja and Ghidra
Full Understanding of Exploit Mitigations such as ASLR, DEP, PXN and ROP
In-Depth Knowledge of V8, JIT and WebKit

Mayvin® is currently seeking experienced applicants for a Asymmetric Threat Operations Research Analyst (ORSA) professional to support our government client, and forward deployed units, focused on countering improvised threats and the networks that finance, build or employ such threats. Duties will include taking structured and unstructured data and distilling the information into a cohesive analytical product for the senior military audience.

This position will be based out ofReston, VA.
Travel to CONUS and OCONUS. May be up to 50% of the time.
Responsibilities
You will execute your mission through integration of data from diverse intelligence disciplines, including SIGINT, MASINT, GEOINT, IMINT, and HUMINT to illuminate entities and networks of interest, supporting both conventional and other forces CONUS and OCONUS.
Deployed Analytic Support-
Provide operational support which shall include, but is not limited to, mining and analyzing C-IED and improvised threat data to identify and categorize trends as an element of supported forces.
Produce C-IED and improvised threat analytical products, operational trend assessments and analysis.
Produce analysis of unit operations using Operations Research techniques.
Facilitate reach-back analysis with the DTRA-OI DTRA-OI-OPR, as required.
Work with embedded staff, such as HUMINT Teams and data collectors.
Assist in evaluation of deployed and non-deployed DTRA-OI initiatives.
Facilitate data transfer from theater to CONUS.
Perform causality assessment and mitigation analysis.
Provide support to units in mission training events, readiness exercises, and pre-deployment rehearsals.
Provide geospatial analysis and reporting.
PROVIDE Global Response Force Support-
Provide analytical support to the Global Response Force (GRF) and its organic elements on response timelines commensurate with assigned missions.
Provide Commanders tailored analytical products and trend assessments using current operational data based on specific intelligence and assessments within a specified Area of Operations (AO).
Personnel shall deploy at anticipated lengths up to four months.
During non-deployment periods, shall provide reach-back support, support the readiness brigade, and prepare to deploy through a series of staff training and pre-deployment exercises and will provide region-specific CIED and improvised threat analytical products.
Support may take place at CONUS and OCONUS Government-owned facilities.
Personnel may travel up to 50 percent of the time to assist the readiness brigade.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
Eight years of experience conducting Operations Research.
Three years with a master’s degree.
Clearance:
Current active Top Secret/SCI.
Minimum Qualifications
JUNIOR: Up to 3 years’ experience and a BA/BS degree.
JOURNEYMAN: Has 3 to 10 years of experience and a BA/BS or MA/MS degree.
SENIOR: Over 10 years of experience and a MA/MS degree.
The ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
Be medically deployable and willing to deploy to OCONUS theaters of operation to provide ORSA support to forward units.
Desired/Preferred Qualifications:
13 years of experience conducting operations analysis in support of DoD, CCMDs or Services as military, government and/or contractor support.
Master’s degree in one of the following disciplines: Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
Experience with SAS, Python, ArcGIS, and Palantir.
Relevant deployment experience in a combat theater.
Experience with C-IED techniques, tactics and procedures.
Experience with Counter-small Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-sUAV).

All-Source Analyst to provide support in the Northern Capital Region.
Requirements and Tasks:
Level 2: Associate degree with four (4) years of operational experience or bachelors’ degree with two (2) years of operational experience.
