What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) SOF Intelligence Integrator, you will provide embedded and reach back support directly to SOF, developing intelligence products while coordinating the support packages provided to meet unit and subordinate element operational requirements. You will assist in developing processes that enhance SOF situational understanding of threat networks employing or facilitating improvised threats (such as IEDs) and enabling DOD, IA and IC efforts focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks.
More About the Role:
While deployed, you will embed with SOF to assist operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks. You will identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DOD, interagency and international partners. Most deployments are 120 to 180 days in length.
While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other SOF units; and work closely with a wide variety of SOF units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI-WGI SOF Support Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.
You will work closely with other members of your team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their relationships to the targeted enemy networks.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
· Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
· Minimum two years’ experience providing analytical support to one or more SOF units or commands.
· Minimum one year of experience in forward deployed locations supporting SOF.
· You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
· You will be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.
· Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and four-to-six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.

5. Screener - Qatar - Secret Clearance
ITA International (ITA) is a provider of integrated support services to include analysis, planning, training, acquisition management, cyber/intelligence, engineering, logistics, and maritime support services to government, non-governmental organizations and commercial customers worldwide.
ITA is currently recruiting for a Screener in Qatar.
Responsibilities:
· An ITA Local Employee Screening Team Screener conducts screenings, complete reports and do all necessary background checks on locally employed persons screened.
· Screening: A screening will consist of an in-depth interview utilizing a standardized interview method supported/approved by the Installation Access Application (IAA) and AFOSI; records checks; and biometric enrollment. The contractor shall utilize equipment furnished by the government to include NRTIO biometrics, PCASS, and CELLEX equipment at each site.
· Sites will work in concert with the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS), Site Security Manager (SSM), and necessary biometrics databases in order to accomplish required screenings.
· Screening Process: The screening process shall be conducted in accordance with (IAW) applicable USCENTCOM and USAFCENT security directives and the established standard operating procedures (SOPs). The contractor shall develop its own SOPs, based on the local environment, the host nation processes, applicable U.S. or host nation requirements or laws, and needs of the locally supported AFOSI units.
· Screening Preparation: The contractor will receive notification of newly hired contractor employees or other persons requiring access from the installation contracting office or local command authorities. Additional interviews and screening efforts may be required as determined by the local AFOSI supported unit.
· Screening Methodology: Screening interviews shall be conducted IAW the SOPs used and approved by U.S. Government representatives (Contracting Officer’s Representative ((COR), with the overall intent of identifying applicants that pose a risk to U.S., Coalition or Host Nation forces. Screeners shall structure their interviews to create a professional and respectful environment. Screeners shall utilize rapport building techniques to build trust with
· the applicant. It is important that the applicant understands the purpose of the interview and how the information from the interview will be utilized.
· Reporting Results: Results of a screening will be reported to the respective AFOSI and installation security/force protection offices, if derogatory information is discovered, as prescribed by the local AFOSI Commander.
· Safeguarding Information: The contractor shall safeguard all information and information systems with applicable guidance and rules set forth by the U.S. Government, Department of Defense and installation security office. Information derived from the operation of a LEP screening cell is the property of the U.S. Government and shall be safeguarded IAW classification and applicable guidance.
Qualifications:
· Screeners shall be the DoD Civilian equivalent of AFOSI (AFSC 7S071), Naval Criminal Investigative Service, Army CID, USAF AFSC 3P0X1 (Security Forces) with four (4) years law enforcement or investigations experience, or USA MOS 35L/M, 180A, 18F, 35E (Strategic Debriefer or individual with similar skill set), or USMC 0211, with a minimum of four (4) years field experience (not including training time).
· Must have experience with screening, screening tasks and/or investigative questioning techniques and knowledge of SIPRNet search engines and database retrieval tools, such as QueryTree and M3
· US passport required
· Secret clearance required
· Deployed experience is preferred
· Screeners with secondary and tertiary language abilities are highly desired

Description: The Counternarcotics Operation Planning Advisor, referred to as Advisor for the remainder of this document, will assist the Colombian police and military plan eradication operations throughout Colombia and provide guidance to the Ministry of Defense on strategic planning. The Advisor will help develop concepts and plans, conduct assessments, and provide detailed recommendations to improve eradication-planning, deployment, and efficiency, and maximize the number of days eradicators are in the field. The advisor will serve as an expert on planning methodologies and support all planning phases of the operation. He or she will review all eradication strategic and operational plans, helping establish a consistent planning timeline for the police and army, and develop a tracking system to evaluate progress.
The incumbent will serve as INL’s primary liaison on planning manual eradication operations with the Colombian Ministry of Defense, police, army and navy. The incumbent will work in coordination with INL’s military liaison, eradication advisors, and Aviation Division (ARAVI). The USTPC will help INL develop a consistent planning framework, address deployment delays, and ensure aviation support is in place to support eradication. Using quantitative data to justify all proposals, he or she will conduct a long-term needs assessment to sustain eradication and increase the military and police’s capacity to support eradication.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
§ Analyze the Colombian army and police’s current planning approach for eradication and
§ develop proposals to strengthen the planning framework.
§ With INL advisors and Government of Colombia counterparts, develop a planning timeline and planning template that accounts for all of the logistics variables related to manual eradication. Final approvals pertaining to the development and implementation of this strategy will be carried out by a FTE staff member.
§ Provide analysis and recommendations to the Colombian police and army planners to optimize organizational cooperation, increase Colombian police and army effectiveness, and improve the efficiency of eradication operations. Final approvals pertaining to the development and implementation of this strategy will be carried out by a FTE staff member.
§ Conduct post-operations analysis to derive lessons learned for both Government of
§ Colombia and Embassy Bogota. This will be conducted after each eradication phase.
§ Travel, supporting an FTE staff member, to forward operating bases to evaluate and assess planning and operations in the field. Develop recommendations to improve field operations as well as local protocols to streamline deployments.
§ Assist with the improvement of data collection and quantitative analysis of eradication
§ operations.
§ Facilitate and support Government of Colombia and U.S. government counternarcotics working groups, interagency planning efforts, and plans synchronization across Government of Colombia ministries and services.
§ Develop presentations and analysis for joint Colombian – U.S. government strategic planning sessions. This includes developing plans, briefing products, point papers and other support products. Final approvals pertaining to the development and implementation of this strategy will be carried out by a FTE staff member.
§ Contribute to organizational capability by developing repeatable processes, templates, and tools to improve Embassy Bogota’s analysis and support to Government of Colombia counternarcotics efforts. Final approvals pertaining to the development and implementation of this strategy will be carried out by a FTE staff member.
§ Independently manages time to complete assigned tasks, assists others in completing tasks, and contributes to team effort.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
§ U.S. Citizen
§ A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited U.S. institution.
§ A minimum of ten years’ experience in relevant field; Demonstrated knowledge of specific country issues, including specialized knowledge of international narcotics and law enforcement, or similar type programs sufficient to ensure project work is in compliance with management policies and procedures and in conformance with the Foreign Assistance Act and other regulatory procedures and guidelines.
§ Proven knowledge of Federal policies and procedures including methods of providing assistance and the Federal budget process.
§ Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with a wide range of players.
§ Demonstrated ability to provide advice, guidance, and consultation with regard to the interpretation and application of analysis.
§ Experience drafting US government reports and documents, such as the INCSR, embassy cables, and other documents.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
§ Previous experience as a U.S. military officer at grade O-5 or higher.

2. TASK ORDER OBJECTIVE
2.1 Through GDRP, the United States seeks to provide one (1) Senior Advisor embedded in the Peruvian Army (PERAR) Directorate of Plans to develop the PERAR’s doctrine, manning, and force management capabilities necessary to enable effective strategic joint operations and interagency coordination when confronting man-made and natural disasters, terrorist incidents, and other crises.
2.2 The embedded Senior Advisor will work with the PERAR, and Peruvian Military (PERMIL) as appropriate, to establish a professional, transparent, and efficient organization capable of providing effective support and assistance to civil authorities through the National Disaster Risk Management System (SINAGERD). Strategic joint service coordination is required within the Government of Peru’s (GoP) national response framework and requires deliberate planning to synchronize, coordinate, and integrate with all military branches of services, the GoP interagency, NGOs, IGOs, and private sector. The Senior Advisor will be placed within the PERAR, which is the service most utilized in disaster and other response efforts currently. As the ultimate aim of this project is to improve joint service and interagency coordination in response efforts, the Senior Advisor will also work with the broader PERMIL and GoP interagency as coordination improves. Advisory support will supplement ongoing efforts in the PERAR to become a multi-mission Army; to fulfill its mandate to safeguard its population; and to collaborate across the interagency and with allied partner nations to address common humanitarian or terrorist challenges that pose a threat to regional security. In addition, the Senior Advisor will assist the PERAR, and PERMIL as appropriate, with human resources management, budgeting, personnel requirements, and personnel management as the aforementioned areas relate to emergency planning and disaster response. The Senior Advisor should be focused primarily at the strategic and operational levels of personnel life cycle management. The Senior Advisor will also assist the PERAR, and PERMIL as appropriate, in developing strategic doctrine and interagency coordination processes required for emergency planning and disaster response. After the first year of GDRP support, the PERAR should be able to incorporate identified capability gaps into their 5-year transformation plan and should be capable of conducting joint responses to threats to Peru, including its government, its people and its sovereign borders, and to the region in support of U.S.-Peru mutual security interests.

Support and Coordinate mental fitness and wellness for operational readiness and work with the Deputy State Surgeons’ Office (DSS) to develop and maintain systems for identifying and resolving Soldiers’ behavioral health concerns.
Coordinate referrals for soldiers and/or family members to the behavioral health components of the psychological, family, social, spiritual, and emotional support programs available to service members (SM) and their families using Military Treatment Facilities (MTF), VA, network Tri-Care provider, and non- network providers.
Perform initial and follow-up SM screening evaluation, utilizing information from clinical interviews, non- psychometric tests, and collateral sources, as appropriate.
Create and maintain a database of providers for referrals, compromised of licensed and credentialed civilian behavioral health professionals who meet minimal training requirements and demonstrate knowledge of military culture, assessment, and treatment of the type of behavioral health needs common to a SM.
Assist the State Surgeon/Deputy State Surgeons’ office with the development of a Creative Action Plan to promote psychological health and wellness and the promotion of counseling and treatment services.
Determine a provisional diagnosis and formulate appropriate treatment plan.
Inform State Surgeons’ Office of all significant modifications in policies or practices, as related to behavioral health.
Develop and maintain positive relationships at multiple levels within the HI-ARNG, including both Army and Air National Guard.
Develop local resources that provide support to HI-ARNG members and their families in relation to mental, behavioral or emotional crisis.
Track SM’s in Medical Operational Data System (MODS) and Medical Electronic Data (for) Care History And Readiness Tracking (MEDCHART) applications.
Case Manage Behavioral Health Cases of Soldiers referred from Medical Readiness Events (MRE) and Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) events, and completing an assessment of stressors to SM in order to refer to supportive resources accordingly.
Ensure SM’s care is properly managed, minimizing amount of time in non-deployable status.
Ensures proper maintenance of SM medical records in accordance with AR 40-66.
Works with Tri-Care and the Military Medical Support Office (MMSO) to obtain prior authorization for treatment.
Coordinates with the SM to ensure all appointment dates and times are communicated.
Provide consultation services to Medical Providers within the HIARNG pertaining to behavioral health issues.
Provides the State designated Medical Detachment Patient Administrator (PAD) with all relevant documentation.
Maintains a management reporting system to include database spreadsheets. Operates a personal computer to input, store, retrieve and manipulate data for various reports. Uses various software programs to maintain database files and prepare reports. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and is familiar with the use of MODS and MEDCHART systems.
Provide technical expertise to Medical Readiness NCO’s toward identifying, evaluating, resourcing, monitoring, and determining dispositions for service members with BH difficulties.
Maintain a case management case load of no more than 300 soldiers at any given time.
Provides written recommendations regarding any proposed removal of a Service Member Line-Of-Duty or Incapacitation pay status to the contracting officer representative (COR) for final disposition. Such recommendations can include confidential patient medical information as appropriate.
Provide information to patients about their privacy rights and how their information can be used (Have patients sign consents). Responsible for protecting confidential nature of SM’s files and medical/behavioral issues.
Provide expeditious support to State Surgeon/Deputy State Surgeons’ office to find SM’s that may have been erroneously identified, and/or assist with processing SM’s which are found no longer fit for duty through appropriate medical and/or administrative separations.
Mobilization Readiness Support Services:
Attend all soldier readiness process/reverse soldier readiness process (SRP/RSRP) events and perform detailed records review of individual soldiers to identify any behavioral concerns that require correction prior to mobilization.
Assists the commander with the development of courses of action to correct and/or improve individual behavioral health medical readiness concerns on mobilizing personnel.
Monitors all MODS/MEDCHART applications for compliance with medical readiness objectives set forth by TAG and State Surgeon’s Office for mobilizing units.
Performs on site Mobilization Station Assistance visits for units of the HI-ARNG to facilitate processing through the SRP at the mobilization station.
Develops and maintains local mobilization medical readiness information databases and spreadsheets to provide weekly status reports to units and State Surgeon’s Office.

• Experience with Microsoft Office and Industry Project software packages to include but
not limited to latest versions of Microsoft Project, Primavera, AutoCADD, Revit, Prolog,
etc.
• Experience with coordinating with architects and engineers to create design and construction
documents. Experience with reviewing design document submittals, reviewing cost and
schedule estimates, collecting, preparing, and reporting programmatic information.
• Fluent in project management principles and how to implement Project
Management principles.
• Ability to analyze all relevant project-related information and communicate project
status and major issues in writing or verbally.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications, interpret contract terms and
conditions, working knowledge of CPM scheduling, communication skills,
intermediate computer skills and Leadership skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Project Management of Federal Government construction projects is preferred.
• Professional certifications are preferred to include but not be limited to Certified Construction

T-Cell Ground Warfare Trainer SME
Responsibilities:
TCTs shall have a clear understanding of the MRB organization, structure, and mission in order to perform training, coordination and implementation of all functions, and all other duties, responsibilities, and actions necessary to support TCT activities. The TCT shall perform all tasks associated with this position such as:
Interface with T-Cell Staff and supported units
Participate in required meetings
Advise, assist, coordinate, and create training schedules, and lesson outlines
Provide training and evaluation of individuals and units
Teach and enforce doctrine, unit standard operating procedures (SOPs) IAW attainable/relevant standards based on the conditions set
Be adequately prepared for all training event(s) including being on time and with appropriate equipment
Coordinate with uniformed personnel to capture input for and the preparation of After Action Reports (AAR)
Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines
Maintain accountability of assigned equipment, training aids and training preparations
Requirements:
Active Secret Clearance required
Former Senior Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) or Warrant Officer
Must have 6 years of SOF experience from date of graduation from their perspective pipeline as an operator or leader in Special Mission Unit (SMU); U.S. Army Special Forces; Navy SEALs; Marine Special Operations Command; or U. S. Army 75th Infantry Ranger Regiment to include award and retention of their Military Occupational Specialty Qualification (MOS Q)
Minimum of 3 SOF combat deployments conducting SOF ground warfare operations
3 Years’ experience in Conception, Modeling, Development, and Coordination of Exercise Scenarios
Graduate of a military insert/extraction course (i.e. Air Assault, FRIES/SPIES Master course)
Graduate of a U. S and Foreign Weapons Course or part of pipeline training
Current driver’s license
Shall be required to travel up to 50% in the performance of assigned duties

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
