JOB DESCRIPTION
Support the JSOC Center for Special Operations Studies and its lessons learned program at Fort Bragg, NC.
Performs high level analysis through quantitative/qualitative research, independent evaluations of operations, exercises, wargames and experimentations to assess the effectiveness of DOTMLPF&P throughout the Command and develop standards for new and/or existing requirements to alter training or operational missions and program.
Coordinates with HQUSSOCOM, JSOC staff, subordinate commands, and TSOCs leadership to provide focus area study recommendations, command synchronization efforts and quarterly feedback findings
Documents special project staff roles, responsibilities, organization and processes for best practices and efficiencies that support the Command’s Mission and Vision.
Perform all CAARD related activities resulting from observations, insights, and lessons learned within JSOC Headquarters.
Leverages cross-functional military Services and government agencies analytical studies and LL to recommend adjustments to JSOC processes
Briefs and advises senior JSOC leadership on the effectiveness of the LL findings, potential approaches, benefits for capability resolution, and implications
Supports the preparation and presentation of studies that support command requirements and activities.
Employs expert research (Master’s degree) skills to conduct independent evaluations of the JSOC findings to advise senior JSOC leadership on potential approaches, benefits for capability resolution, and implications to DOTMLPF&P.
Leverages cross-functional military Services and government agencies analytical studies and LL to support adjustments to JSOC processes.
Coordinates with DoD and interagency to synchronize JSOC LL efforts, findings, and sharing of best practices.
Compile Before Action Reports, After Action Reports, Executive Summaries, Post Activity Bulletins and Requests for Information. Documentation shall be complete and include substantiated findings and recommendations, consistent with a high level of quality control and distribution ready. The documentation shall also be audience-specific and captured at the appropriate security level.
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 10 years prior DoD or Interagency experience and minimum four years’ experience supporting SOF organizations and/or operations. Best qualified candidate has recent JSOC staff operational experience. One-year experience using classified collaborative communications systems.
EDUCATION: BA/BS in International Relations, Strategic Studies, or related field is required. Master’s Degree highly desired and discriminator.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Qualified candidates must possess advanced management and organizational skills and demonstrate a thorough understanding of JSOC and the lessons learned process. Must have significant analytical, planning, organizational, coordination, interviewing and briefing skills to ensure requirements are satisfied. Expertise in Power Point is required.

3D Physical Modeler
The Three-dimensional (3D) Physical Modeler will prepare geospatial models using (3D) modeling reports and products; utilize advanced AutoCAD techniques to tailor terrain products and revise planimetric and topographic features; use graphic skills to draw, scribe, digitize and scan cultural, topographic, and hydrographic, and/or other target features in digital formats; and perform digital data manipulation of imagery and topographic information by querying, viewing, evaluating, and downloading digital data. The Modeler will administer and perform user level maintenance on a variety of systems used in physical modeling to include Ojet Connex 500 multi-material precision prototyping systems, Dimension 1200es 3D printers and Epilog Legend laser cutter and engraving systems. Specifically, the (3D) Physical Modeler will be responsible for geospatial model products derived from imagery and tactical intelligence in direct support of multiple DoD organizations that may be geographically dispersed. They will use their knowledge and intelligence acumen to provide physical models critical to operational decision makers. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Civil Engineer designs projects and prepares project design drawings (in conjunction with the drafting section), specifications, schedules, and cost estimates for facility and infrastructure projects for construction. Responsible for ensuring project designs meet customer’s requirements and adhere to all applicable code requirements and industry standards. Directs and collaboratively works with inspectors in construction management activities. Provides leadership and mentoring to other subordinate engineers and associate engineers. Works in multi-discipline design teams consisting of civil, electrical, and mechanical engineers to address multi-discipline project designs. May lead multi-discipline design teams. What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) SOF Intelligence Integrator, you will provide embedded and reach back support directly to SOF, developing intelligence products while coordinating the support packages provided to meet unit and subordinate element operational requirements. You will assist in developing processes that enhance SOF situational understanding of threat networks employing or facilitating improvised threats (such as IEDs) and enabling DOD, IA and IC efforts focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks.
More About the Role:
While deployed, you will embed with SOF to assist operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks. Most deployments are 120 to 180 days in length.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

Job Description
HII-Technical Solutions Division (HII-TSD) is currently seeking a Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) overhead persistent infrared (OPIR) Analyst 3 to support our USARPAC customer.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Provides analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerability. Prepares assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information. Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations. Collects data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes.
Support a team of intelligence analysts and interface with the government customer on deliverables, requirements, and GEOINT products.
Analyze overhead and aerial imagery developed by photographic and electronic means to provide critical information about enemy forces, potential battle areas and combat operations support.
Performs quality control of GEOINT reports before release.
Subject matter expert on GEOINT related issues.
Other duties may be assigned, as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications
5-8 Years with Bachelors or 3-6 Years with Masters or 0-3 Years with PhD or JD or HS diploma + 9-12 years of relevant experience.
5 years’ experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on the production of intelligence analysis.
Previous experience working GEOINT analytical support with a focus on the PRC.
Detailed knowledge of various GEOINT collection sensors, platforms, and sources within collection disciplines, including associated collection strategies and tasking procedures for overhead persistent infrared (OPIR).
Detailed knowledge of a wide range of GEOINT concepts, principles, and practices, and its sub-disciplines, policy, operations, tasking, and procedures to process, analyze, and report intelligence findings based upon theater and national tasking.
Detailed knowledge of targeting principals associated with GEOINT platforms, publicly available information, and open source networks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to proof read, edit, and finalize intelligence products for senior leader briefings.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a SOF Counterintelligence (CI) Referent, you will provide advice to improve the CI posture of supported activities; coordinate with internal and external entities for support and deconfliction as it relates to CI; and other coordination responsibilities to include coordinating and supporting cross-community meetings and working groups. Additionally, you will:
Assimilate large volumes of information and independently produce reports.
Research, create, develop, and deliver multimedia and written reports.
Participate in report production reviews and respond with corrective measures.
Assist in identifying critical information needs and collection gaps and identify emerging trends and patterns from reporting.
Develop an all-source association matrices on screened individuals of CI interest.
Research, develop, and present CI products at the operational and strategic levels.
QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE:
Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
Current CI Poly.
Seven (7) years of combined experience with the conduct of counterintelligence functions/activities (service as a CI Agent or equivalent service/interagency occupational specialty focused on HUMINT operations).
A successful graduate of the Joint Counterintelligence Training Academy (JCITA) or Advanced Counterintelligence Collections Course (ACICC). Equivalent CI Badge and credential-producing courses will be evaluated to determine relevance.
Bachelor’s degree and more than seven (7) years of experience, or, an Associate’s degree and nine (9) years of experience, or, 12 years of work experience.
QUALIFICATIONS NICE TO HAVE:
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience providing analytical support to one or more SOF units or commands.
Minimum of one (1) year experience in forward-deployed locations supporting SOF.
Experience providing direct analytical support to operations and providing direct analytical and targeting support to deployed SOF or other agency elements.

Qualifications
The position of All-Source/Targeting Analyst at the Expert Level shall possess the following qualifications:

Personnel in these positions perform missions in various remote locations, typically in high threat combat environments and are often “outside the wire”. This is an armed consulting position where you will be embedded with forward deployed SOF and conventional military units in combat.
Requirements:
SOF E-8/ E-9 or Special Forces Warrant Officer (SOF Commissioned Officers may also be considered based on background)
Experience planning and executing SOF ground combat operations (SF, MARSOC, SEAL, SMU, 75th Ranger RGT)
Must have SF Team Sergeant Time (18Z) or the equivalent rated experience
Recent in-theater combat experience with Special Operations Forces is required
Applicants must have 10+ years of SOF experience (ground combat units)

· Plan/schedule, prepare, and complete of all projects for SOF AT&L facilities to include but not limited to technical maintenance services often performed by contract to ensure continued performance of major and highly complex systems to include elevators, emergency power systems, heating/air conditioning requirements, cleaning services and vendors. Monitor and provide status on all projects to ensure they are in accordance with SOF AT&L plans. · Schedule projects and make arrangements for access, and monitor project compliance and completeness of all contractors providing physical enhancements within the facility and provide status reports of on-going projects.
· Provide analysis of and recommendations for facility and equipment to optimize the SOF AT&L work environment. Perform weekly inspection of SOF AT&L buildings and submit work order requests through Base Civil Engineering for identified issues. Immediately notify the Military Deputy for Acquisition (MILDEP) regarding all facility and logistics issues; provide resolution plan (approach and timing) for all issues.
· Provide commercial and Government forms/documentation required for the maintenance and modification of assigned facilities. Attend monthly facilities meetings hosted by Command Engineers as the SOF AT&L representative. Respond to TMT as the primary Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) for Construction Duty Escorts.
· Attend staff meetings, working groups, and coordinate with various personnel to accomplish facility work and logistics efforts. Prepare Monthly Facilities Update Brief to the SOF AT&L MILDEP which reports at minimum a status of all facilities ongoing and reported issues, calendar of events and scheduling of upcoming events, engineering changes orders (ECOs), and points of interest. Prepare Quarterly Facilities Update Brief for the SOF AT&L MilDep meeting with the Deputy PEOs/Directors.
· Prepare and provide a Continuity Plan to ensure that Facility Administration processes are documented for continuity of operations routinely and during time of emergency or disaster.
What you'll need:
· TS/SCI security clearance required
· Bachelor’s degree is desired; eight years’ experience can substitute for the education requirement. In conjunction with education requirement, at least five years’ experience in a Facilities Administrator/Manager related position is required.
· Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 35 lbs), climb up and down a 6 -foot ladder, change fluorescent lightbulbs in ceiling, change out ceiling tile, etc.
· Strong working knowledge, skills, and abilities in facility project management (i.e. planning, scheduling, tracking/monitoring, analyzing).

Responsible for property additions, turn-ins, lateral transfers in/out; cyclic, sensitive items and annual inventory tracking; shipping, receiving, inspection, storing, issue, delivery and set up of organizational and installation property.
Manages software and hardware licensing and warranties.
Follows established Configuration Management (CM) processes regarding software management.

Manages Bench Stock inventory and generates and validates Build of Materials (BoMs).
Prepares and executes classified transmittal paperwork handling per ESI-PRC-1872 and work with security personnel to ensure proper procedures are followed.
Prepares purchase packages and supports Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Tracking and budgeting.
Enhances product workflow by analyzing and developing logistics plans that affect production, distribution, and inventory.
Solve complex life cycle logistics problems in support of Government requirements.
Develop, update and manage policies, instructions, procedures and strategies in accordance with statutory, regulatory, and policy processes and procedures.
Develop, review, analyze, and validate comprehensive Product Support Strategies.
Effectively use methods and tools to mitigate risks, including planning for risk, assessing risk areas and developing risk management options.
Develop presentations and information papers; research, analyze, and compile data into information, decisional, and instructional briefings; and develop metrics to track level of effort and progress in preparation for senior level reviews and updates.
Requirements for an Applicant to be considered for the position:
Minimum of 8 years of logistics experience and a bachelor’s degree or an additional 4 years of experience
Experience conducting full scope logistics support to an element of the US Government
Experience with Army Property Book and associated policies and procedures
Ability to work independently
