Collaborates with other disciplines to develop multidisciplinary plan and care. Promotes independence and self-care through
education. Skilled in pain management, wound care assessment and pediatric sedation recovery.

events, and all follow-up technical activities. Represents Alion in all communications with the customer by being timely,
responsive, honest, resourceful, and cool under pressure.
• Employ standard operating procedures (SOPs), and examples provided on the engineering website to set up and operate
all of the applications used for training events. Where issues with the website are found, bring them to the attention of senior
engineers and ask for guidance. Make recommendations where appropriate in ways of improving the SOPs. Prior to each event,
study the Core Project Notes to gain a full understanding of the scope and detail regarding what will be required for the events
and make plans to ensure the training components will support the needs of the event and develop a detailed plan for how the
components will be aligned and configured.
• Just prior to exercise start, allow enough time to set up the configuration and allow time to double-check the setup.
• Once the customers gather and begin sitting at their stations in the training command, ships pier-side are connected, and
shore stations begin to join, they must be brought into play in order of priority. In this position, you will be at the center of this
activity and it is very important that you step through all the joining procedures quickly and correctly.
• When issues arise, each must be solved by systematic troubleshooting procedures. Many of the issues reoccur, so it is
important to record these incidents for future reference to expedite recovery from problems in the future. Reach-back support is
available and is to be used liberally in lieu of hindering an event by spending too much time resolving something on your own.
• Software and hardware update are updated on a regular basis and this position involves assisting in the distribution of
those updates and other software patches to all sites at the Pacific commands.
• Track and document issues, keeping Alion colleagues and leadership informed of status, along with customer as
appropriate.
• Maintain currency in all Alion required training.
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree plus 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience. Degree must be in engineering, computer science,

JOB PURPOSE:
The USSOCOM J-59-L Strategy, Plans and Policy Lessons Learned (LL) Branch is responsible for implementing USSOCOM Directive 11-3 SOF Lessons Learned Program (SOFLLP) to enhance joint capabilities through discovery, knowledge development, implementation, and sharing of observations, issues/insights, lessons, and best practices from operation, training events, exercises, experiments, and other activities involving Special Operations Forces (SOF) assets. The SOFLLP applies lessons learned to the full range of joint operations to meet Title 10, U.S. Code, section 153 (a) (6) (E), to develop policy and for gathering, developing, and disseminating joint lessons learned across the J59 LL Network.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
· Plans, synchronizes, and coordinates the Component Command’s Annual LL Campaign Plans; includes coordination/information sharing with other commands (i.e. Joint Staff, Services, other Component Commands).
· Coordinates Command driven Before Action Review (BAR) for each specific event to identify objectives outlined by the Command and facilitate achievement of command goals and objectives.
· Collects, reviews, and presents LL material for compliance with policy, attainment of objectives, overall effectiveness, and quality to supported Component Command and USSOCOM.
· Conducts comprehensive post event analysis to identify immediate SOF capability impacts as well as long-range effect on training, employing, and organizing SOF support.
· Incorporates observations, insights, and lessons learned into the Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS) for their respective commands to ensure data is synchronized, current, and available.
· Coordinates LL material prior to release from the Component Command addressing non-controversial and potentially controversial matters.
· Regularly meets with numerous military personnel on the advancement of lessons learned information sharing on collection, analysis concepts, principles, and applications.
· Compile Before Action Reports, After Action Reports, Executive Summaries, Post Activity Bulletins and Requests for Information. Documentation shall be complete and include substantiated findings and recommendations, consistent with a high level of quality control and distribution ready. The documentation shall also be audience-specific and captured at the appropriate security level.
· Develop and maintain an electronic resource, to include key points of contact, to be used for mission continuity that may be accessed by all stakeholders.

· Maintain the operations tracker which keeps the command informed of all major activity during RAVEN exercises.

More About the Role:

Most deployments are 120-180 days in length.

You will assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI-WGI Joint Analytical Support Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
•Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
•More than one year of deployed Intelligence analysis experience within the CENTCOM AOR.

Position Summary

In this role you will:
Lead a cross-functional team of system, network, and software engineers to create, field, maintain and update PSS-T systems with a specific focus on each system’s software and network.
Work with PSS-T leadership to develop and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term engineering objectives across multiple systems. This includes providing engineering leadership to improve the overall security, usability, performance, maintainability, and scalability of each system.
Design complex solutions related to PSS-T system software and networking, to enhance fast-paced, low-latency operation environment with high-performance mission requirements.
Analyze PSS-T software and network requirements for each PSS-T system and turn them into actionable tasks for the Novetta engineering team.
Effectively communicate engineering status to PSS-T leadership, as well as provide recommendations to improve PSS-T system software and network related capabilities.

Basic Qualifications:
12 - 15 years of experience and increasing levels of responsibility in the disciplines of systems engineering and administration, network engineering and administration, and personnel management.
Previous experience leading a systems engineering team of at least three to five (3 - 5) team members.
Experience supporting Cisco network and Microsoft systems in stand-alone or distributed test and deployment environments.
Expertise in all areas of network and computer hardware and software interconnection and interfacing, such as routers, multiplexers, firewalls, hubs, bridges, gateways, VOIP, etc.
Experience with modern server deployment techniques including templates, scripts, imaging, and configuration management systems, etc.
