PRIMARY FUNCTION:

* Support all lifecycles of the software development process including design, analysis, development, implementation, testing, and maintenance of USAF Interoperability Enhancement Tools.
* Provide operational and technical assistance to install and configure system specific server hardware and software to include Oracle 11g, MS SQL Server 2008, ASP.NET, Visual Studio 2010, Internet Information Server (IIS)6+, Windows Server 2003+, and any additional end user applications like those required for 3rd party communication (i.e. those communication layers found in Web service like Service Oriented Architectures or required for outer-net communication).
* Develop, manage, and test all backup and recovery plans for USAF Interoperability Enhancement Tools as required for SIPRNET, NIPRNET, and other external internet environments.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems and deficiencies requiring maintenance on USAF Interoperability Enhancement Tools.
* Responsible for funding and maintaining any required commercial information technology and computer/computer systems-related certifications and training (e.g. Security +) required to meet this task and subtasks.

o MUST have extensive aircraft ELECTRICIAN experience

JOB PURPOSE:
The Regional Training Site (RTS-MED) is a program with training facilities equipped to provide and support collective and individual training to medical units and personnel. The RTS-MED program is responsible for training reserve component medical units, other Army components, joint medical units, and civil authorities in disaster assistance and response to weapons of mass destruction. The three primary sites are Camp Parks CA, which includes the sub-site at Fort Hunter-Liggett CA; Fort Gordon GA; and Fort McCoy WI. Each RTS-MED site is staffed by a military Site Director (SD), a military clinical coordinator, and four Department of Army civilians responsible, respectively, for training, logistics, maintenance, and administration.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

ITA is currently recruiting for a Counterintelligence Screener (Biometric Enroller/CI-HUMINT) for our location in Qatar.
Responsibilities:
An ITA Local Employee Screening Team Screener conducts screenings, complete reports and do all necessary background checks on locally employed persons screened.
Screening: A screening will consist of an in-depth interview utilizing a standardized interview method supported/approved by the Installation Access Application (IAA) and AFOSI; records checks; and biometric enrollment. The contractor shall utilize equipment furnished by the government to include NRTIO biometrics, PCASS, and CELLEX equipment at each site.
Sites will work in concert with the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS), Site Security Manager (SSM), and necessary biometrics databases in order to accomplish required screenings.
Screening Process: The screening process shall be conducted in accordance with (IAW) applicable USCENTCOM and USAFCENT security directives and the established standard operating procedures (SOPs). Screening Methodology: Screening interviews shall be conducted IAW the SOPs used and approved by U.S. Government representatives (Contracting Officer’s Representative ((COR), with the overall intent of identifying applicants that pose a risk to U.S., Coalition or Host Nation forces. Screeners shall structure their interviews to create a professional and respectful environment. Screeners shall utilize rapport building techniques to build trust with
the applicant. It is important that the applicant understands the purpose of the interview and how the information from the interview will be utilized.
Reporting Results: Results of a screening will be reported to the respective AFOSI and installation security/force protection offices, if derogatory information is discovered, as prescribed by the local AFOSI Commander.
Safeguarding Information: The contractor shall safeguard all information and information systems with applicable guidance and rules set forth by the U.S. Government, Department of Defense and installation security office. Information derived from the operation of a LEP screening cell is the property of the U.S. Government and shall be safeguarded IAW classification and applicable guidance.

Responsibilities:
ITA International is seeking motivated and talented individuals who can offer the knowledge, skills and experience as a Watch Analyst at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). The primary place of performance will be on-site at a government facility located in Arlington, Virginia. Other places of performance may be required, including deployments to regional offices, depending on customer requirements.
As a Watch Analyst and watch team member, candidates will:
• Monitor, collect, and evaluate open source information such as social media, network news, websites related to critical infrastructure, official sources for all hazards cyber and physical information that may impact critical infrastructure, incidents involving soft targets, crowded places, and terrorist attacks.
• Monitor unclassified and classified accounts for infrastructure-related information, interfacing with sector representatives, and responding to requests for information.
• De-conflict, organize and communicate information in written and verbal manner, which is clear,concise and efficient, to maintain a dynamic, comprehensive understanding of the current status of critical infrastructure as well as the cascading impacts of impacted critical infrastructure.
• Maintain relationships with interagency operations centers, the Sector Specific Agencies as identified in the National Infrastructure Protection Plan (NIPP), Appendix B, and PPD 21, CISA organizational elements, and critical private sector partners, including Sector Coordinating Councils, Government Coordinating Councils, and private sector Information Sharing and Analysis Centers.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of contact databases and provide documentation for all procedures and content management.
• Assist with the content management and maintenance of web-based information on the Homeland Security Information Network Critical Infrastructure portal.
• Generate reports or products as required and/or at the direction of the Federal Senior Watch
Officer, Assistant Senior Watch Officer, or Watch leadership.
• Be responsible for assigned tasks during their shift and perform other tasks as needed in support of critical infrastructure response or recovery efforts.
• Shall be responsible for keeping government furnished equipment ready for telework.
• Shifts are normally 8 hour 24x7 rotational shifts, 5 days per week. Periodic weekend watches require 12 hour rotational shifts.
Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline such as Homeland Security or Business, or a combination of education and experience.
• Associate’s Degree with ten (10) years of relevant experience.
Experience:
• Broad expertise in research, analysis, and writing skills and be able to perform triage on questions, issues, or events involving the nation's Critical Infrastructures and Key Resources.
• Excellent writing and grammatical skills.
• Capable of synthesizing, synopsizing, and presenting information at an executive level.
• Knowledge of National Incident Management System (NIMS) structure, emergency management operations and background.

JOB PURPOSE:
The AFSOC Operations (Ops) Planner oversees the development and coordination of operations planning support for AFSOC participation in training events; primarily servicing those events in the PACOM AOR. The Ops planner ensures all Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) planning events are appropriately supported with operational subject matter expertise (SME), and coordinates with USSOCOM and components, PACOM, and interagency elements for exercise support requirements. The Ops Planner oversees the development of training objectives, ensuring they are established and met, in conjunction with the AFSOC JCS exercise planner. The Ops Planner will lead the Ops Working Group during AFSOC events, and attend the Ops Working Group during other events such as JCS exercises that are also AFSOC-related events. The Ops Planner will coordinate closely with the Intel, Scenario, MSEL, logistics, Comm/Networking, C2, and JECG planners to ensure operational objectives of the training event are thoroughly planned and accomplished in the event.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
The AFSOC Ops Planner serves as the PACOM AOR planner for the AFSOC Training Transformation (TT) Branch, applying military rated experience to plan, organize, and build AFSOC training events in support of operational training.
The Ops Planner ensures training objectives are developed and utilized to thoroughly support AFSOC training requirements and are developed in conjunction with the AFSOC Scenario, MSEL, and Lead Planners.
The Ops Planner ensures training requirements are identified with the training audience and Joint Exercise scenario and MSEL working groups, and all requirements are coordinated with the PACOM JCS exercise lead planner or AFSOC lead planner, as appropriate.
The Ops Planner will lead and conduct all AFSOC Ops Working Groups for AFSOC events, attend JELC planning conferences, and represent AFSOC during JCS Exercise events that are also AFSOC training events.
During AFSOC exercise execution and during AFSOC participation in JCS exercises, the Ops Planner is responsible for ensuring all exercise training events occur appropriately and in a timely manner.
The Ops Planner will be prepared to participate in the Joint Event Control Group (JECG) during all PACOM / AFSOC exercises. The Ops Planner functions as a SOF Subject Matter Expert (SME) during these events.
The Ops Planner will maintain knowledge of Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force (CJSOTF) and JSOAC operational procedures by coordinating closely with the Command and Control (C2) working group to ensure AFSOC training objectives are met.
The Ops Planner will access Ops resources, archived planning data, and scenario databases to develop mission scenarios that help meet operational unit training objectives.
The Ops Planner prepares detailed plans, budgets, and schedules for assigned training events and participates with management in fiscal planning.
The Ops Planner analyzes the development and population of selected exercise related databases.
The Ops Planner serves as the primary source of continuity and expertise regarding the implementation of SOF and joint policy and doctrine in air asset and integrated fires planning for PACOM / AFSOC events.
The Ops Planner facilitates exercise participation between government and non-government organizations, joint and coalition military forces, and interagency elements.
The Ops Planner develops and refines the exercise scenarios using current and evolving doctrine and training audience feedback as required, and conducts research on doctrine, tactics, techniques and procedures.
The Ops Planner uses results of research to update training objectives to ensure doctrinal correctness.
The Ops Planner helps develop storylines to prepare the training audience to support SOF activities in the AFSOC or PACOM exercise.
The Ops Planner prepares and delivers oral presentations, develops written correspondence, and coordinates working groups and training sessions in support of AFSOC JELC planning and execution.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
SOF aviation background.
In-depth knowledge of SOF and Conventional aircraft, airspace deconfliction, and familiarity with ground force maneuver units.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in joint operations and operational-strategic level SOF planning and operations.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience directly interfacing with senior staff (O5/O6 and GOFO) at the TSOCs, Components, GCCs, Services, Interagency.
Excellent presentation, communication and organization skills; proven skills in formal classroom delivery.

The CTF-75 Operational Planner supports CTF-75 the Navy Expeditionary Forces Command Pacific; responsible for the planning and execution of coastal riverine operations, explosive ordnance disposal, diving, engineering and construction, and underwater construction.
