Job Description:
Reports to the Supervisory Planner/Estimator. Responsibilities include taking all ship’s force, Alteration Installation Team (AIT),
and shipyard work, including service and repair routines, modernization and preventative maintenance actions, and presenting as
work requirement statements at the SWLIN and Line Item level. This is currently recognized as a prime function of the Planning
Activity organization, and ultimately results in the development and issuance of an availability specific, integrated specification
work package. Provides detailed cost estimates, to the paragraph and trade level, for developed work specifications and new
work written by planners. Maintains and manages the cost estimating guide. Must be experienced in NMD-R. Candidate will also
be responsible for quality review of planning products to ensure comprehensive definition of all aspects of the work request;
including boundaries, scope, interferences, technical requirements, quality assurance requirements, material cost and ordering
specifications, definition of trade skills necessary and detailed material and man hour cost estimates. Applicant will be required to
review engineering design plans, design concepts and proposals for adequacy, test specifications and fabrication and installation
methods and processes. This position requires a thorough understanding of the Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual (JFMM), ship
repair planning and estimating requirements, U.S. Navy surface ship maintenance and modernization planning processes, use of
the Navy Maintenance Database and use of the Validation, Screening and Brokering (VSB) automated information system.
Job Requirements:
• The candidate must have five or more years experience with developing production planning documents and estimates
for work executed at U.S. Navy depot level surface ship maintenance and modernization facilities. It is preferred that the
candidate has experience including: planner, estimator or shipbuilding specialist roles at Supervisor of Shipbuilding, Conversion
and Repair commands, Regional Maintenance Centers, Navy Central Planning Activities, Planning for Engineering and Repair
Activities, and public or private shipyards.

Description:
SAIC is in need of a senior U.S. Navy Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) subject matter expert (SME) to provide advanced,
high-level pre-deployment training for Carrier Strike Groups and Expeditionary Strike Groups. This position is for someone who is
passionate about training and ensuring our nation’s Naval forces are fully trained and ready for deployment. You will lead a small
team of Air Defense SMEs to develop and present war game scenarios to train fleet Air Defense Commanders in air defense
tactics, techniques, and procedures. The place of performance is San Diego, CA, with occasional travel to Fleet Concentration
Areas. This is a Key position and all nominees will be reviewed by the Government.
The IAMD SME will:
• Develop advanced war game scenarios to support training in air defense and air warfare, to include component-level
interactions, for Navy strike group Air Defense commanders and staffs
• Facilitate war game execution and accomplishment of training objectives by managing air defense scenario aspects, role-playing

What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) SOF Intelligence Integrator, you will provide embedded and reach back support directly to SOF, developing intelligence products while coordinating the support packages provided to meet unit and subordinate element operational requirements. You will assist in developing processes that enhance SOF situational understanding of threat networks employing or facilitating improvised threats (such as IEDs) and enabling DOD, IA and IC efforts focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks.
More About the Role:
While deployed, you will embed with SOF to assist operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks. You will identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DOD, interagency and international partners. Most deployments are 120 to 180 days in length.
While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other SOF units; and work closely with a wide variety of SOF units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI-WGI SOF Support Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.
You will work closely with other members of your team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their relationships to the targeted enemy networks.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
· Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
· Minimum two years’ experience providing analytical support to one or more SOF units or commands.
· Minimum one year of experience in forward deployed locations supporting SOF.
· You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
· You will be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.
· Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and four-to-six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.
· Willing to work rotating shifts if needed - that may include nights and weekends.
· Bachelor's degree and more than three years of experience, or an associate's degree and five years of experience, or seven years of work experience. We will also consider candidates with four years of directly relevant experience.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
· More than three years of experience conducting network analysis in support of attack the network operations - including counter-facilitation.
· Experience providing direct analytical support to operations and providing direct analytical and targeting support to deployed SOF elements.
· Deployed in-theater experience assigned to a SOF unit providing intelligence support to tactical and operational SOF.
· Expert understanding of network analysis tools such as Analyst Notebook and Palantir.

Planned Systems International (PSI) is seeking qualified C2 Operations Research Analyst candidates to support all aspects of Airborne C2 capabilities, capability gaps, systems integration, and developing JCIDS documents. Assisting with achieving interoperable, affordable, responsive, and sustainable C2 systems which satisfy Service, Joint, Interagency, and Coalition C2 information exchange requirements. Development of C2 investment strategies and providing technical assistance for airborne C2 systems integration planning. Support the generation of operational requirements for acquisition and integration of new or modified airborne C2 capabilities, recommending executable courses of action and providing technical reports, development and coordination of JCIDS documentation and Air Force (AF) Program Objective Memorandum (POM) documentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide services to include program management, planning, engineering, technical, and risk reduction support.
* Analyze the effects of proposed requirements on C2 networks and how these requirements would enhance the ability of the warfighter to employ emerging C2 concepts. Analyze technical solutions against schedule, cost, need satisfaction, risk and operational relevance as part of a solution set including all DOTMLPF solutions.
* Analyze C2 requirements and solutions as they affect Air Force, Joint, and Coalition missions through C2 TDLs and interface to other C2 systems/networks. Document their alignment to Joint and AF doctrine or needed changes to doctrine based on increased capabilities.
* Provide assistance to platform programs in defining TDL requirements, planning, and equipping with needed supporting systems and message implementations.
* Provide expertise and support for efforts that explore unique ways of integrating new capability onto AF platforms.
* Support building the documentation, briefings, and justification for development of Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submission.

Program Analyst
Support and assist with efforts to translate weapon system requirements into documented studies and analyses. This will include providing technical and analytical assistance to assess weapon system capabilities and translate system requirements into resource evaluation and documentation products. Provide support to effectively plan, program, budget, and execute resource requirements. Assist in performing capabilities, program, and cost analyses for new and modified systems to include managing, developing, and analyzing resource documentation for the core A5/8/9 mission in support of program execution. Assist and support efforts to accomplish studies, technical analysis, and reports. These efforts will provide information necessary to determine capability gaps, inefficiencies, and ineffectiveness of capabilities to combat current threats within the A5/8/9 mission area.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
* Provide technical and analytical support to track and analyze trends, user requirements, and other key issues and assist in development of critical documentation to support system resource requirements.
* Provide technical and analytical support to assess capability requirements, associated capability gaps and risks, and facilitate fielding of capability solutions.
* Conduct analyses in support of the development, validation, and coordination of HQ ACC requirements documents such as Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), Initial Capabilities Document (ICD), Capability Development Document (CDD), and Capability Production Document (CPD).
* Maintain broad technical and analytical resource proficiency to efficiently translate weapon system requirements into documented resource reports. This will require maintaining a close interface with a wide range of users, developers, industry, Air Staff, and other agencies as required to ensure resource development efforts are aligned with overall DoD direction.
* Assist in evaluating system capabilities and program cost effectiveness according to fiscal parameters and measurements. This will include assessing costs for accuracy and reasonableness and identifying potential alternatives.
* Monitor and analyze funding execution to ensure consistent and proper resource alignment among projects. This includes working with HQ ACC organizations and maintaining databases necessary to prepare the A5/8/9 Fiscal Year Execution Plan, Initial Distribution, budget execution, maintain management internal controls, and monitor obligations/expenditures within funded programs.
* Assist with cost, schedule, technical, and performance assessments and develop briefings and background papers to identify potential impacts and proposed courses of action.
* Assist with the development of studies, analyses, reports, etc. to inform the requirements generation process and identify and prioritize capability gaps.
* Assist with facilitating and integrating efforts of working groups and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to ensure consistency of data/information that is being developed.
* Support efforts to manage the development, coordination, approval, and maintenance of studies, analysis, and reports in support of overall mission.
