The Roving Operator is responsible to the Control Room Operator for the operation and maintenance of boilers, chillers, pumps, turbines, air compressors and mechanical equipment which provide utilities for buildings or industrial processes.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for operation of all site utility equipment to include but not limited to steam boilers, turbines, generators, motors, chillers, air compressors.
Responsible for logging data, such as temperature, pressure, hours of operation, fuel consumed, temperature or pressure, water levels, analysis of flue gases
Responsible for monitoring, logging and correcting alarming conditions or out of specification readings
Make sure that all the equipment that he is in charge is maintained on a regular basis
Adjust controls and valves on equipment to provide power and regulate and set operations of system and industrial processes
Services, repairs, adjusts, and tests machines, devices, moving parts, and equipment that operate primarily on the basis of mechanical not electronic principles
uses either control mechanisms or direct physical activity to operate machines or processes, not including computers or vehicles
Oil and lubricate equipment
Perform chemical analysis and take corrective actions to maintains specifications
Responsible for periodic inspections of equipment and minor repairs to such equipment; perform preventive maintenance and maintain records of repairs
Maintain cleanliness of workstation and areas of control
Assist the Maintenance Department and performs other duties as needed
Reading dials, gauges, and manuals.
Communicate condition of equipment and status of jobs to control room operator
Complete all necessary documentation as described under company guidelines. Must comply with all company safety rules and policies

Provide tactical systems and hardware expertise to weekly IPT’s (Integrated Product Teams) in support of Common Hardware Systems customers for system requirements development, integration and hardware procurement.

Develop lab demos, proof-of-concept, evaluate hardware and applications, R&D, test new cutting-edge technologies and methodologies, including Service Oriented Architecture framework and associated design techniques, direct development of vendor commercial products and models of both functional and technical processes.
Prepare and present tutorials, demos, and presentations. Develop documentation necessary to demonstrate rugged computer hardware in a virtualization environment.
Highly DESIRED that the PdL CHS Production Support Engineer possesses the following:
a. Acquisition experience with the Army Acquisition Command and knowledge of acquisition processes and procedures for procuring equipment and services in support of Army requirements.

As a Rigid Tactical SOF Operations Integrator, you will provide embedded and reach back support directly to SOF, developing processes that enhance SOF situational understanding of threat networks employing or facilitating improvised threats (such as IEDs) and enabling DOD, IA and IC efforts focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks.
You will interact directly with the warfighter during the development of intelligence products while coordinating the support packages provided to meet unit and subordinate element operational requirements. You will assist in fusing the operational and intelligence information available to the supported unit while providing an operational perspective to the products, which include target and network analysis packages.
More About the Role:
While deployed, you will embed with SOF to provide operations advice to SOF commanders and staff on all activities regarding planning and synchronization of C-IED support to deployed SOF elements. You will remain relevant and valuable to the supported command through coordination of SOF requests for C-IED support with other deployed assets and enabling elements. Most deployments are 120 to 180 days in length.
While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; manage requests for support from other SOF units; and work closely with a wide variety of SOF units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with SOF pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the Rigid Tactical SOF Support Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.
Qualifications:
Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
Minimum two years’ experience providing operational support to one or more SOF units or commands.
Minimum one year of experience in forward deployed locations assigned to a SOF unit.
Minimum of five years of experience with the military planning cycle and tactical ground operations.
You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
You will be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead and supported unit on product development.
Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and four-to-six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.
Willing to work rotating shifts if needed - that may include nights and weekends.
Bachelors degree and three years of experience, or associates degree and seven years of experience, or nine years of relevant work experience. We will also consider candidates with five years of directly relevant experience.

Full Time
The Biomedical Equipment Technician reports to and is supervised by the Program Manager or a designated Project Management Office (PMO) official and coordinates their work with the site medical director or other primary medical equipment users (Radiologist, Physicians, Surgeons, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physician’s Assistants, Medical Technologists) on the work site. The Biomedical Equipment Technician will be assigned to repair or maintain equipment in one of three settings: (1) Large medical/trauma hospitals, (2) Small medical/trauma hospital and assists in examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a physician, (3) Non-surgical field Health units. In these settings, Medical Maintenance Specialists install, repair and maintain medical equipment to ensure it is clean, safe and functioning properly. This includes Biomedical equipment that requires use of computers with specialized software, hand tools and other repair shop equipment to diagnose and fix problems with a wide variety of healthcare technology. Work on X-ray and ultrasound machines, respirators and heart defibrillators, electric wheelchairs and hospital beds, or medical laboratory equipment is also required. Biomedical Equipment Technician will assist with Medical equipment set up and disinfect laboratory and healthcare equipment so it is safe and ready to use.

Duties and Responsibilities
Inspect, maintain, adjust, calibrate, and repair a wide variety of electronic, electromechanical, and hydraulic equipment, to include patient monitors, defibrillators, medical imaging equipment (X-rays, CT scanners, and ultrasound equipment), voice-controlled operating tables, electric wheelchairs, as well as other sophisticated dental, optometric, and ophthalmic equipment.
Perform routine scheduled maintenance to ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
Perform safety checks and train practitioners to safely operate equipment.
Disassembles equipment to locate causes of malfunctions or inaccuracies. Repairs or replaces defective parts. Reassembles equipment and adjusts precision components.
Notifies manufacturers or distributors of uncorrectable equipment malfunctions to arrange for repair.
Keeps extensive records of equipment checks, both for maintenance and repair.
Maintains inventories and records supplies and parts.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
Other Duties
Biomedical Equipment Technician may be required to complete their work near patients and must avoid disturbing them.
Biomedical Equipment Technician will document trouble and other reports, the work performed, and any system or configurations changes.
Attends and participates in a variety of meetings and task force groups to improve quality and outcomes, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specific level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, new task efforts, and new policy requirements.
Shall understand and practice the precepts of the American Hospital Associations Bill of Rights for patients.

Qualifications:
Must have completed a formal Biomedical Equipment Technology training program leading to a diploma, certification or bachelor’s degree.
U.S. Military Biomedical Equipment Technician technical school training certification (4A2X1, 68A, or HM-8478) will also fulfill this requirement.
Must have additional training and experience repairing CT scanners and similar sophisticated equipment.
ICC/USCC Certification preferred (CBET).
Must have a minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience as a biomedical equipment technician.
