Our Government Services is seeking a Senior Capture Manager for Information Technology Opportunities to join our outstanding Strategic Business Development team! You will report to the Senior Director of Capture and be responsible for leading and driving the capture processes in concert with our business division leaders.
You will lead pre-proposal shaping activities, orchestrate capture activities during the proposal phase, post-submittal activities and be responsible for leading medium to large opportunities toward high win probability. Forensic Software Developers and Reverse Engineers provide rapid Quick Response Capability (QRC) support to teams of digital forensic examiners, designing capability when commercial or Government Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) tools fail. Working in offline environments, they design quick one-off scripts, full standalone applications, design automation platforms, help streamline examination workflow, build deployable capability, facilitate advanced correlation, reverse engineer applications on demand, and act as a life-line to both CONUS and OCONUS TECHEX examiners. These individuals must have experience in a variety of different languages (including, but not limited to, Python and C#) and be able to pick up other languages on the fly. They must be innately familiar with full-stack software design, implement sane coding practices, and be motivated by a hunger to continually improve themselves. From designing user interfaces, to parsing binary blocks of fragmented data, handling the nuances of foreign language encodings, recovering and reconstructing otherwise unrecoverable information, designing algorithms to detect encryption, building systems that simplify correlation, decoding custom and undocumented caches of forensic artifacts, and working with machine translation, developers must be fast, driven, and able to work under pressure on solo or small-team projects. They must also be able to adequately brief their technology, work with users to understand new requirements, and be able to teach deeply technical concepts to audiences of all kinds.

What You Will Get to Do in This Role:
The Principal Software Engineer will get to architect, design, test, develop, and support the integration of software systems. They will have the opportunity to develop framework infrastructure and services within one of the SOA design patterns. The individual will provide guidance to junior programmers and analysts.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Fifteen (15) years of in software development, engineering, including requirements analysis, software development, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, and problem diagnosis/resolution.
Eight (8) years developing software with high-level languages such as Java, C, C++, or JavaScript-in the development of application software for complex systems
Six (6) years of demonstrated experience developing software for Windows (2000, 2003, XP, Vista), UNIX or Linux (Redhat versions 3-5) operating systems At least two (2) years of experience must have been obtained in the last four (4) years
At least six (6) years in programming and development of application software for complex systems and software testing

What You’ll Get to Do:
Become part of a team that will support production of photonic hardware. Under limited direction, you will support the manufacturing of space qualified laser-based products including Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs), Fiber Optic Assemblies, and Mechanical items.
More About the Role:
Write detailed documentation and work instructions that describe and control the fabrication, assembly, and in-process testing of photonic modules and subsystems
Define requirements for design and procurement of custom fixtures required for photonic subsystem assemblies
Create and maintain configuration-controlled manufacturing documentation of sub-assembly, and system level BOM structures throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
Work with team members to provide direction, technical guidance, action item tracking and project status reporting.
Provide technical inputs to support Preliminary and Critical Design reviews.
Develop and present Manufacturing Readiness Reviews
Execute Continuous Improvement projects that drive cost reduction
Procure and setup capital equipment
Develop Facility Layout drawings and equipment requirements for new business
Collaborate with Engineering as new features and design updates are being introduced into the manufacturing process to ensure design for manufacturability.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Management to maintain policies and documentation as necessary for AS9100 certification.
Participate in Quality audits as necessary to meet certification requirements. Develop and maintain statistics to support typical audits.
Attend Design Meetings as necessary with Engineering and Suppliers.
Collaborate with Design Engineering and Components Engineering to address End of Life, other material resource issues, manufacturing quality issues, and to resolve defects.
Understand and adhere to all CACI Ethical and Compliance policies.
Proactively ensure a safe work environment and adhere to CACI EH&S policies and procedures
Perform other duties as required.
If required, obtain/retain a government security clearance at the level required to perform the duties of the position.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in Product Manufacturing from a production planning, and supply chain management perspective.
Experience with Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) tools e.g. Oracle.
Optical fiber splicing and photonic system fabrication knowledge
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Self -starter and able to manage multiple competing demands.
Ability to work well with others at all levels in the company.
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing on technical subject matter.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows software applications and other software applications as required.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical degree and 5+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education, skills and experience.
