Job Description: Reporting to the Operations Lead, the Control Operator is responsible for
operating and monitoring multiple chilled water plant equipment and performing
routine maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Capable of operating all thermal plant main and auxiliary equipment. Monitor and
optimize plant performance and take corrective actions based on independent
judgement of indications and alarms.
• Able to work rotating shift assignment to support plant operations as assigned.
Responsible for operation and monitoring of all plant equipment. Able to perform

feeding into one district loop system.
• Maintain shift operating logs and records. Perform regular equipment rounds,

other instruments. Locally monitor plant equipment for abnormal operation taking
corrective action as necessary. Support overhaul maintenance and system
