Under the direction and guidance of the Manager of Quality Assurance, the Quality Assurance Coordinator role will be to coordinate and lead Material Review Board activities but not limited to assisting in the daily departmental functions of inspection and development/review of rework and repair processes.
Essential Functions:
Maintain, control and process non-conforming material and lead Material Review Board (MRB) and support the Change Control Board (CCB) process Coordinates return to stock, rework, scrap, and return to vendor activities using established procedures. Coordinate, track and manage rework, repair, return, and/or replacement of non-conforming materials from Suppliers. Prepare weekly reports to provide visibility to MRB status and part movement and/or transactions. Keep the MRB/incoming inspection area clean, safe, and organized. Experience with leading/participating in material review board in a manufacturing environment.

CACI is seeking a Naval Marine Engineer Associate to support the US Navy DDG 51 Class Shipbuilding Program (Post Delivery Branch) client outside the Washington Navy Yard headquarters. The Candidate will provide engineering services and technical support as a Ship Design Manager (SDM).
What You’ll Get to Do:
Provide Post Shakedown Availability (PSA) engineering support to the Hull Manager (HM), acting as the focal point for technical and engineering efforts on the assigned Hull.
Perform ship checks during new construction to determine and confirm as built conditions in order to support the drafting of statements of work for work item specification development.
Provide technically sound Statements of Work to the Navy so that the changes may be considered to be included in PSA work packages and Class engineering changes.
Review work specifications developed by the PSA Planning Yards to ensure compliance with certification standards, Class build specifications, Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and work specification requirements. Supports development of PSA work-packages.

Provide Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) technical assessments and evaluations in accordance with the client specification and advise the client on equipment and system problems that arise during Post-Delivery test and trial.
Serve as a local on-site representative in a home port or shipyard for the client during PSA and Post-Delivery test and trial.
Review design drawings and ship specifications. Develop tasking letters.
Track PSA Planning Yard Work Specification development timeline and provide metrics.
Develop technical resolutions to engineering problems that arise in the production of Navy Ships. Monitor work item candidates from various sources including the Class Configuration Control Board (CCB), Technical Support Team, Ship Design Manager, and Ship's Force, and incorporate any lessons learned.
Assist in the development of a written Program response to each issue addressed in the Commanding Officer's Letter of Concerns issued in preparation of Final Contract Trial.
More About This Role:
Travel will be required at least 25% of the time and candidate must have the ability to work in an industrial environment and be physically capable to climb ladders to move between a DDG Class ship’s compartments and participate in at-sea ship trials.
Required Skills:

What You’ll Get to Do:
The Office of Financial and Procurement Services/Procurement Operations Staff (POS) is in need of an accounting/procurement tech to perform work that supports the procurement of supplies and services including data entry and other actions within the Division’s financial management system, UFMS. The tech will prepare, control, and review procurement documents and reports; verify information contained in documents and reports; contact vendors to get status of orders and other discrepancies; or perform other similar work in support of procurement programs and operations. The tech will make entries into UFMS, run reports and other activities in support of procurement. The work can involve one or more phases of the financial and procurement process, or it can span the entire procurement process from the pre-award phase through the post-award phase.
More About the Role:
The tech shall provide support to POS by:
preparing, verifying, controlling, or closing out procurement documents, files, reports, or records;
updating and maintaining the currency of procurement documents or related information;
sorting, compiling, typing, and distributing requisitions, contracts, orders, modifications, etc.;
tracking the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders using automated or manual files and through contacts with vendors, supply technicians, program managers, etc.;
soliciting price quotes and abstracting bid information;
assembling contract file information and entering purchase order or contract data into a management information system (UFMS);
reviewing reports and researching errors or conflicting information in procurement documentation;
assembling and preparing procurement management reports by gathering and consolidating pertinent information;
monitoring contractor performance and recommending modifications to the contract;
investigating customer or vendor complaints of errors in shipment, payment, and/or contract documentation;
reviewing purchase order or contract files for inclusion of specific documents or clauses as defined in procedures;
receive and prepare invoices for submission for payment; and
prepare, modify and submit requisitions in the financial management system (UFMS).
Additional responsibilities shall include:
assisting with management of the Division copiers including overseeing the functionality and status of the copiers in the Division, responding to service calls, coordinating training for customers, and handling customer ordering and maintaining supplies;
accepting goods and transporting them to the required locations (supply rooms, copier rooms, storage rooms).

High school diploma or G.E.D.
Equivalent and three years of progressively responsible experience in performing accounting, financial or statistical record keeping, preferably involving some government accounting support work; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

This is a very senior, high-level technical position. At least five years of specific, hands-on experience doing Analytical work is usually expected. Support detailed and complicated diagnostics, troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, electronics monitoring and teardown of complex Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) and systems supporting SIGINT, FISINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, CI, TECHINT and OSINT
All Source Intelligence for tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, production and dissemination at all echelons from tactical to national in multi-domain environments
Conduct installation, de-installation, reconfiguration, modification work orders and updates of computer hardware and software in local, regional or global intelligence architectures including NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, TDN2, Special Access Programs (SAP) networks and coalition networks
Assist with configuration assessments, fielding, testing, modernization, reset, de-fielding, demilitarization and disposal of sensitive equipment
Inspect, test, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on complex antenna and radio frequency distribution systems
Perform tests on electrical, electro-optical, and electro-mechanical equipment using multi-meters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, bit error rate testers (BERT) and signals survey equipment
Other complex/specialized test measurement and diagnostic equipment (TMDE), wire diagrams, logic and signal flow charts, technical manuals, troubleshooting charts, performance aids, schematic and logic diagrams
Perform harmonic distortion test, wave ratio measurements, impedance mismatches measurements, reflectometry test and other distortion tests to isolate faults and take corrective action
Repair phase matched and fiber optics cables
Perform pre- and post-flight inspections on Guardrail Common Sensor (GRCS) mission equipment and data link
Conduct Resourcing Repair Parts within an Intelligence Maintenance Support Activity (IMSA)
Manage a calibration program
Conduct maintenance training
Manage a safety program for an IMSA
Prepare equipment for transportation or shipment
Prepare maintenance, property accountability and transportation forms and records
Able to maneuver in small spaces and lift up to 50lbs
Education and Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Electronics or related field from an accredited college/university and five years relevant experience or six years of military training in MI Systems Maintenance and Integration
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Experience on maintenance and integration on one or more of the following:
GRCS; Operational Ground Station (OGS); Enhanced Medium Altitude Reconnaissance Surveillance System (EMRSS) mission equipment, Tactical Command Data Link (TDCL), Distributed Common Ground Station- Army (DCGS-A), software defined SIGINT collection platforms, biometrics collection, processing, exploitation and dissemination equipment
CI/HUMINT support systems, TROJAN systems or satellite communication terminals providing TDN2, TENCAP systems, and intelligence non-standard equipment
DOD 8570 IAT 3 Certification (six months waiver with Tier II certification)
Clearance Requirements:
US Citizen. Final Top-Secret Clearance based upon a TIER 5 Background Investigation and favorable eligibility determination for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) IAW ICD 704
Some positions or assignments may require a Counter-Intelligence (CI) Scope Polygraph, especially those requiring access to TDN2
Ability to meet deploy ability standards and to commit for a year deployment
