2. Range Modernization and Planning Lead // FT Bragg, NC // TS-SCI required
Rigid Tactical is currently seeking a Range Modernization and Planning Lead to provide operations, planning, and forecasts covering equipment, facilities, and personnel to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of ECM/EOD range operations. The Lead shall provide assistance in project leadership and the oversight of the infrastructure improvements and the operational support team supporting scheduling, availability of resources, and integration of products to achieve a range operational availability of at least 98%. Qualifications:

• Research, produce and coordinate intelligence summaries, intelligence reports, assessments; prepare and deliver intelligence briefings for internal and external audiences.
• Coordinate and assist task force partners with intelligence data, analytic products and case support assistance.
• Coordinate analytic results to support production of Intelligence Information Report (IIR) and other reportable information for dissemination to US Intelligence Community (USIC).

Education/Skills/Qualifications:

Install, repair and troubleshoot medical gas and oxygen lines uses on Hospital setting.
Inspects and test medical gas outlets/inlets, zone valves, alarms and sources in medical facilities.
Demonstrated competence within their scope and is proficient in and experienced in the maintenance of medical gas systems covered by the ASSE series 6000 standard.
Perform maintenance on vacuum pumps, medical air compressors and medical gas manifolds.
Experience with brazing cooper lines.
Under the direction of the manager, will perform regular maintenance of medical gas systems.
Shall respond to all emergency situations between 15 – 20 minutes when in call.
Repair and maintain medical gas distribution systems and associated components.
Ensure that all scheduled maintenance complies with applicable codes and standards.
Document trouble and other reports, the work performed, and any system or configurations changes.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
May be required to complete work near patients and must avoid disturbing them.
Attends and participates in a variety of meetings and task force groups to improve quality and outcomes, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specific level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, new task efforts, and new policy requirements.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience with maintenance of medical gas piping systems including vacuum systems.
Advanced technical knowledge in the Medical Gas Installer Service Field.
ASSE 6040 certification is required before deployment.
Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.
Backflow Preventer Pluming experience preferred.
Must have the ability to read prints, layouts and install duct work without major supervision.
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. during installation of new equipment and repairs of existing equipment.
Strong problem-solving skills to research and resolve inquiries and respond in a timely manner.
Ability to work well with senior management and across functions to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
Must have a current U.S. passport.
Ability to obtain a U.S. Government DoD Secret Clearance.
US Driver’s License.
Sign a Foreign Service Agreement (FSA) and is bound to the terms and conditions of the FSA.
Shall be proficient in the ability to speak, write, and communicate in English.

Must meet pre-deployment physical requirements.

SUMMARY
Responsible for identifying, selecting, mixing, and applying chemical or manual solutions to eliminate pests. Identifies pest problem and appropriate solution, applies chemical or trap, and removes animals. Customer service aspects including being timely, answering questions, making recommendations, collecting payment and other various needs.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspect property to ascertain possible sites of pest invasion and determine treatment type required to eliminate and prevent infestation.
• Identify invading pests, including: rats, termites, snakes, wasps, ants, spiders, mosquitoes, or bed bugs.
• Create Wood Destroying Insect reports including recommendations.
• Measure area dimensions requiring treatment.
• Create/coordinate with CA to create termite treatment estimates.
• Apply chemical solutions, powders, and granules on or near surfaces of a building or house
to eliminate pests.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed for application and reentry.
• Utilize appropriate protective gear and equipment during application.
• Cut or bore into buildings to access infested areas.
• Make minor exclusions including installing bath trap covers.
• Set mechanical traps and place bait.
• Remove dead rodents after extermination or live animals after trapping.
• Keep service vehicle organized, professional, clean and follow all related regulations.
• Maintain proper inventory of tools, equipment, and materials in company vehicle.
• Maintain professional appearance including clean company uniform, appropriate footwear and maintaining personal hygiene.
• Build positive, strong relationships with clients. Work to exceed client expectations. Make suggestions to clients on how to avoid pest problems when appropriate. Report to client contact person before and after providing pest prevention services. Whenever possible, explain actual or potential problems to clients face-to-face. Manage clients through company provided technology.
• Know and adhere to all regulations as well as follow all label instructions.
• Participate fully in training opportunities provided to enhance knowledge and to meet requirements
for licensing.
• Respond cooperatively with requests for help from fellow employees.
• Work flexible schedule as required to meet client expectations, including occasional weekends and evenings. Manage schedule and route to find ways to include unscheduled events into daily route. Respond to client complaints as quickly as possible after receiving notification.

The Climate Control Test Lab Manager manages all aspects of automotive air conditioning systems, including refrigerant and air handling subsystem, development testing. The Climate Control Test Lab Manager works within a lab environment managing the day-to-day testing and test cell setups to support engineering test requests. This position is located in Romeo, MI.
Responsibilities
• Lead all technical aspects of heat pump systems and its controls for refrigerant subsystems.
• Develop software and data acquisitions interface. Revise standard plotting templates for refinements and heat pump systems.
• Manage and provide insight for airflow and EHAD (Evaporator Heater Airflow Distribution) testing.
• Lead scheduling, coordination, and completion of multiple refrigerant subsystems signoff testing. Provide signoff test reports for the programs and test procedures.
• Develop and provide the test plan consistent with program signoff timing supplied by customers. Coordinate part availability with the test plan.
• Design and coordinate bench and hardware builds for testing. Oversee all RSS test description execution.
• Manage and interpret testing data and create test reports using complex Excel macros.
• Manage communication of test results to engineering and provide data driven problem solving related to the delivery of the testing.
• Manage official data repository where all data and official reports will be uploaded.
• Comply with facility safety and operating procedures and resolve all equipment and onsite issues to provide 95% efficiency rate.
Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in refrigerant systems.
• Advanced understanding of climate control systems.
• Advanced skills in refrigerant subsystems and testing.
• Proficient with daily operation of laboratory test cells including modifications.
