1. Military Free Fall Instructor and New Equipment Trainer – Ft. Bragg, NC
As the Military Free Fall Advanced Ram Air Parachute System ( MFF ARAPS) New Equipment Trainer ( Fielding Logistics Specialist ), you will be a member of the New Equipment Training Team for PM Soldier Survivability (PM-SSV) , working directly for the assigned Military Free Fall, New Equipment Training Chief ( military or civilian ) based out of Fort Bragg NC.
Highlights of Responsibilities:
Organizes and directs work, coordinates efforts related to the planning, programming and execution of the fielding operations.
Assists with material Fielding plan and New Equipment Fielding Plans (NETP), total package fielding, and Government Furnished Equipment Training (NET).
Provide strategic and campaign planning, prioritization of receiving organizations, development of an execution plan, coordination with MACOMS and receiving units.
Support database management, management of stock levels, and accountability of issued items.
Provide management of shortages and preparation of and delivery of briefings to articulate the program.
Support establishment of Fielding Support Teams to conduct on-site activities associated with fielding equipment.
Assisting with set up of fielding site and execution of fielding event.
Issuing equipment in accordance with approved BOI, identifies discrepancies or defects in product, and assists Soldiers with any issues of problems with equipment.
Ensures accountability of equipment, and packs up equipment for shipment upon completion of fielding events.
Conducts New Equipment Training on assigned products.
Additional Responsibilities:
Serve as a NET Trainer for the MFFARAPS program.
Develop Program of Instructions and lesson plans for Operators and Jumpmasters for Military Free Fall, Bottom of Container (BOC), and Double Bag Static Line operations.
Train DoD forces in the use of the system.
Work with the Special Warfare Center on certification and training. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on system usage.
Conduct, BOC, DBSL and MFF operations in support of New Equipment Training.
Requirements:
Active DoD Secret.
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time if needed.

Duties:
The primary responsibilities of the Position include the following:
Provides maintenance management services related to commercial electrical systems, building maintenance, carpentry, including proper operation of plumbing, heating ventilating air conditioning (HVAC) refrigeration systems, and fire alarm systems in the medical facilities.
Serves as the primary interface with the customer, Contracting Officer/Contracting Officer Representative and other designated Government officials through the term of the contract and related task orders.

Prepares and manages program budgets, schedules and archives all performance standards and matrix.
Responsible for the performance of all OM&R work in the medical facilities.
Manage the Fire Prevention and Protection Program IAW Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) and applicable AFIs.
Perform reconciliation of real property records in DMLSS/DML-ES, as required per AFI guidelines and the prime contractor
Coordinate with Base Civil Engineering on recurring and non-recurring health facility maintenance
Responsible for the care, custody, and protection of the real property facilities assigned and the real property installed equipment (RPIE)
Proactive in participation with the utilities conservation program; fire-safety of the buildings; and proper use of the medical buildings assigned to the contractor.
Proactive management includes fully understanding the operation and maintenance of all infrastructure systems, understanding of future requirements and limitations, and appropriate equipment and material supporting the real property facilities assigned and the RPIE installed therein.
Attend regular meetings with Expeditionary Medical Group and base organizations, to include making presentations when requested. Additionally, the HFM or alternate shall ensure that all scheduled maintenance complies with applicable codes and standards.
Knowledge of repairing and maintaining medical gas distribution systems and associated components.
Able to perform repair, overhaul, maintenance and servicing of commercial and industrial systems, including plumbing, electrical, and electronic systems.
Have working knowledge of Nurse call systems, medical gas and vacuum systems.
Perform minor maintenance of interior and exterior surfaces of the building, including locksmithing and door maintenance.
Serve as the DMLSS/DML-ES specialist supporting medical facility life cycle management using the DMLSS/DML-ES Facility Management module to manage the preventive and corrective maintenance program
Oversee the periodically testing of ventilation systems serving special medical spaces (Isolation Rooms, Operating Rooms, and Sterile Rooms) as needed to ensure that the air changes, pressure relationships
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Supervises contracted maintenance employees daily to ensure compliance with the statement of work.
Qualifications:
5 Years’ experience in a health care facility operations, maintenance and supervisory experience.
Certified Healthcare Facilities Manager (CHFM) Certification is preferred. Equivalent certification will be considered.
A Minimum of 2-year experience using Microsoft Office products to include Work, Excel and PowerPoint.
HVAC and Fire Alarm Maintenance experience.
Universal EPA 608 or NATE certification preferred.
Backflow Preventer Pluming experience preferred.
Must have the ability to read prints, layouts and install duct work without major supervision.

The Program Manager will conduct all functions of program management for FRLE, including project management, client development, employee leadership, and relationship management. FRLE Program Managers represent the company to clients, potential clients, and corporate partners. The current vacancy is for a Program Management lead for our Intelligence & Security group providing support to various contracts and partners across the intelligence community.
Program Management. Develop, manage, and integrate various projects to meet the strategic goals and objectives of FRLE. Coordinate and collaborate with peers across programs for opportunities to carry efficiency and capability across the company. Build and manage the team across multiple projects, promoting innovation, collaboration, initiative, and loyalty. Responsible for the overall health and success of their program.
Project Management. Plan, execute, monitor, and close out projects while fulfilling goals and criteria. Establish goals and identify resources necessary to complete a project. Develop a team, assign resources, and facilitate procurement for the execution of the project within the budgeted resources. Direct and manage project execution while maintaining the schedule and tracking systems necessary for monitoring. Responsible for measuring project schedules, budgets, quality of deliverables, effort, cost of resources, risk, and overall project performance for both FRLE and FRLE’s client.
Employee Leadership. Responsible for the screening, selection, supervision, and management of personnel. JSOC Lessons Learned Analyst (Fort Bragg, NC) (TS/SCI)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the JSOC Center for Special Operations Studies and its lessons learned program at Fort Bragg, NC. This includes collecting, reviewing, editing, analyzing, recommending disposition of, and dissemination of observations, lessons learned and issues (O/L/I). Manage the JSOC lessons learned system, the facilitation of activities for the Hotwash and After Action Reviews (AARs) and support the JSOC Remedial Action Program (JRAP). Integrate select data into the Joint Universal Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS). Participate in meetings, conferences, and working groups. Participate in written case studies on topics directed by the Center Director to include conduct of research and incorporation of interviews. Develop plans for integration of SMEs into exercises for collection of O/L/I.
EDUCATION:
Master’s Degree. Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience, including knowledge of JSOC organization and staff processes (at least four years of experience at JSOC or habitual relationship unit). Interagency experience is strongly desired and enhancing.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Qualified candidates must possess advanced management and organizational skills and demonstrate a thorough understanding of JSOC and the lessons learned process. Must have significant analytical, planning, organizational, coordination, interviewing and briefing skills to ensure requirements are satisfied. Expertise in Power Point is required. Best candidate will have recent JSOC staff experience, be a self- starter, work well with ‘intent’, and work through implied tasks to achieve the specified task.
Limited short duration CONUS travel and potential limited short duration OCONUS travel may be required.
No relocation assistance is provided for this position.
Security Clearance A level of government security clearance is required for this position with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a position offer or removal.
