CACI’s Business IT Solutions Sector provides enterprise IT services and solutions across the breadth of CACI customers, including the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community, civilian agencies, and Department of Homeland Security (DHS). One of those successful solutions is the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) suite of applications. PIEE is a mature and vibrant project that currently covers the functional areas within the DoD end-to-end procurement model. PIEE is a paperless contracting DoD-wide effort designed to eliminate paper from the receipt/acceptance process of the DoD contracting life cycle.
In support of this system, CACI is seeking an entry level Quality Assurance Engineer who, under minimal supervision, is able to build and execute automated tests, document and perform manual tests, and accurately track and describe quality metrics for a complex DoD system. This person will work as part of an Agile development team supporting mission critical systems that are being expanded and integrated. This person requires an individual with a background in the Software Development Lifecycle, Software Testing, and working with a Software Development Team. The candidate should be a self-starter, with strong communication skills, have a desire to explore and solve problems, and be willing to collaborate across Agile development teams. Ideally the person should have 2 years of relevant experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The QA Engineer will work on an Agile development team to develop test cases and test scripts based on documented user stories; build and execute automated tests; conduct software testing throughout the Agile sprints; document defects and track quality metrics in support of each release. Coordinate with the Development and Functional teams to understand new features. Support the QA Manager in support of PIEE Development Activities to include tracking quality assurance and quality control metrics and the resolution of problem reports and customer trouble tickets. The QA Engineer will support release activities by preparing reports to communicate involvement and results of testing activities.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and zero to two years of related experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Normal demands associated with a remote (home office) working environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods and communicate with individuals by telephone, email, and other virtual communication platforms. Occasional travel may be required.

Performs quality assurance of electrical construction at supported sites, ensuring the quality of workmanship and compliance with technical, construction and safety standards.
Provides engineering input to the preparation of technical publications including INSCOM regulations and pamphlets.
Immediately deployable to worldwide locations, in potentially hazardous work environments, to perform QRC/ technical support to US forces.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Top Secret (TS) security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.
BSEE degree, from an accredited college or university.
Eight years diversified engineering experience in medium or low voltage power electrical equipment’s, integration and maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.
Experience with installation and maintenance of medium or low voltage 50/60 Hz single and multiple phase wiring.
Electrical Engineering experience with an architecture and/or engineering consulting firm.
Electrical contracting and construction management.
Supervision of plant operations, maintenance and repair of physical plant systems and equipment including campus type power generation and distribution systems.
Experience in the use of computer in design and drafting (CADD)
Application engineering with experience in design, installation, operation and maintenance of power generation/distribution/grounding systems.
Experience with uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) for ADP and communications equipment.
Ability to perform critical engineering reviews of Military Construction (MILCON) project data submissions, physical security requirements, and re-mediation programs.
Skill in master planning for long range facility management and information management.
Knowledge of and experience in power and grounding principles and techniques.

Define configuration requirements and configures SAP and other applications to enable defined business processes.
Develop, test, debug, implement, maintain and document functional designs used in RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms and Workflows).
Provide optimization, enhancement and O&M support for SAP applications which perform financial and business management functions on Client SAP (ECC, SCM, APO, PP, SRM, Portal, Solution Manager, etc.) instances and external systems.
Participate in the analysis of the customer's business operations to validate requirements and scope, suggest process improvements, and assist in level of effort (LOE) estimation, if required.
Develop and maintain SAP functional specification documents, and conduct unit, integration, regression and release testing to validate functionality.
Support end-users Acceptance Testing activities and participate in Production Operations and Release Management support.
Perform impact analysis and testing to support SAP enhancement and support package upgrades.
Work on special projects, including BI HANA cloud reports, ERS, and custom code remediation.
Translates business goals into appropriate solutions while assessing feasibility and optimization of the solution.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in a recognized technical, engineering, scientific, managerial, business, or other discipline related to area of expertise - OR - Four (4) years of documented relevant experience or an Associates Degree together with two (2) years of documented relevant experience, may be substituted for the Bachelors Degree.
7 years applied experience in specific area of expertise including functional experience with relevant processes in a federal SAP system.
Ability to obtain DoD Public Trust or Secret Clearance
Relevant experience with within SAP Supply Chain, including but not limited to Consumption Based Planning, Purchasing, Inventory, Production Planning and Warehouse Management .
Experience in performing system analysis, Fit/Gap analysis, Business Process Re-engineering, design and configuration.
Clear understanding of cross-functional integration scenarios.
Understanding of various Forecasting static models and techniques.
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
Experience with SAP Suite on HANA and S/4HANA preparation, Custom Code Standardization and Business Process Reengineering.

SAP Certification in one or more of the following disciplines are desired
SAP Materials Management
SAP Consumption Based Planning
SAP Purchasing
SAP Inventory Management

The proposed salary range for this position is $93,300-$200,500.
