What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) SOF Targeting Integrator, you will provide embedded and reach back support directly to SOF, developing intelligence products while coordinating the support packages provided to meet unit and subordinate element operational requirements. You will assist in developing processes that enhance SOF situational understanding of threat networks employing or facilitating improvised threats (such as IEDs) and enabling DOD, IA and IC efforts focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating those networks.
More About the Role:
While deployed, you will embed with SOF to assist operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks. You will identify and analyze problems, and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DOD, interagency and international partners. Most deployments are 120 to 180 days in length.
While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other SOF units; and work closely with a wide variety of SOF units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI-WGI SOF Support Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.
You will work closely with other members of your team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their relationships to the targeted enemy networks.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
You will be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.
Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and four-to-six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.
Willing to work rotating shifts if needed - that may include nights and weekends.
Bachelor’s degree and more than three years of experience, or an associates degree and five years of experience, or seven years of work experience. We will also consider candidates with four years of directly relevant experience.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Minimum two years’ experience providing analytical support to one or more SOF units or commands.
Minimum one year of experience in forward deployed locations supporting SOF.
More than three years of experience conducting network analysis in support of attack the network operations - including counter-facilitation.
Experience providing direct analytical support to operations and providing direct analytical and targeting support to deployed SOF elements.
Deployed in-theater experience assigned to a SOF unit providing intelligence support to tactical and operational SOF.
Expert understanding of network analysis tools such as Analyst Notebook and Palantir.
Expert understanding of tools such as M3, Lucky, HOT-R, JIDO ANTS, TAC, NCTC Online, TIDE, DataXplorer, PROTON, TargetCOP, BHTK. .
Expert understanding of Intel targeting tools such as the Skope toolset or the Voltron toolset.

4. SIGINT SME 20 day exercise in Mid-Atlantic Region this summer TS SCI required
Terrestris is seeking a SIGINT SME for an upcoming exercise in the mid-Atlantic region. The SIGINT SME will act as a Red Cell to observe, assess and analyze Blue Force activities and provide feedback on improvements and best practices to mitigate visual and RF signatures in a contested environment.
The SIGINT SMEs will:
Operate in an exercise environment, demonstrating adversarial threats to a Blue Force within the exercise AO.
Replicate passive and active physical, visual, and radio frequency (RF) collection capabilities and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) to mirror Violent Extremist Organizations (VEOs) and peer/near peer adversaries.
Integrate into a scripted scenario, provide time sensitive analysis of the current RF environment as well as the physical environment, and conduct pre-approved actions against the Blue Force in training from a vehicle-mobile, foot-mobile, static, or remote platform.
Monitor/observe multiple locations/activities simultaneously.
Tag, track, and locate participants and/or equipment while operating within the exercise environment.
Observe at least two events/operations/locations simultaneously.
Identify opportunities to observe targets and locations and coordinate execution with the Exercise Control Group (ECG).
Adhere to scripted objectives and provide daily findings to the ECG for integration into the live scenario.
Requirements:
Must possess an understanding of physical and electromagnetic signatures and tactics, techniques, and procedures to facilitate signature reduction training and assessment.
Must be able to develop COTs equipment and develop or utilize software available to the general public to collect RF data from radios, cellular, Global Positioning System (GPS) and 802.1X (a, b, g, n, ac) IEEE wireless standard, Bluetooth wireless protocol, devices.
Possess an understanding of MODE 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, Wi-Fi, analog/digital Ultra High Frequency (UHF), analog/digital Very High Frequency (VHF), analog/digital High Frequency (HF), and emerging technology communication mediums.
Possess an understanding of area signals environment and protocols.
Must have at least 10 years of prior SOF or comparable experience to include experience conducting Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) in support of the Global War on Terrorism (GWOT) or Overseas Contingency Operations and a minimum of two (2) deployments with or attached to a SOF unit.
Must have experience as a tactical SIGINT operator with prior MOS of 2691, 2602, 35Z, or relevant MOS from a DOD service component and must have been at least an E-6.

OVERVIEW

Job Description: Preting seeks exceptionally qualified Intelligence Training and Evaluation Specialists (ITES SME) to support USSOCOM.
The Intelligence Training and Evaluation Specialist shall assist in the development and maintenance of tailored analytical/targeting training programs, as well as evaluating current training metrics to address how to evolve current training capabilities and assist in implementing a “train the trainer” curriculum to support unit analytical/targeting sustainment training. Training requirements will include the development evolution and maintenance of internal and external programs of instruction covering analytical/targeting tools and methodologies, the coordination and compliance of annual analytical/targeting training requirements, and collaboration in identifying and facilitating training opportunities for organization personnel. ITES SME shall be able to audit and edit current/future analytical/targeting training curriculum to address established training objectives, as well as serve as a training cadre member supporting training iterations. ITES SME shall also have an understanding on the utilization of “lessons learned” to support the drafting/scripting of training scenarios to directly support set training objectives.
Employees must maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones. Deployments may be to a theater of operations with permissive, uncertain, or hostile environments while living in austere conditions for extended periods.
Job Requirements: Intelligence Training and Evaluation Specialists (ITES SME) shall possess the following qualifications:
Possess seven (7) years or more experience teaching developing training for complex subjects (a bachelor’s degree can be substituted for years of experience).
Demonstrated experience with tailoring content and delivery for different audiences, presenting confidently to large or small groups, and using creative approaches to presenting information.
Demonstrated experience with counseling students to improve their course knowledge, skills, and attitudes.
Experience assisting in developing government owned training materials (lesson plans, MS Office Suites, etc).
Experience auditing and editing all developed courseware for accuracy, completeness, flow, balance, and clarity of understanding.
Experience conducting and reporting End of Course survey results and providing results to cadre for review.
Experience maintaining and reporting student records, attendance, and statistics.
Be able to implement a “train the trainer” curriculum in support of unit sustainment training.
Be able to ensure training encompasses all operational aspects of the assigned system being trained.
Will have the technical background to troubleshoot basic networking and systems related issues that can occur during a protracted event.
Experience writing multi-faceted scenarios and as well as serving as a White Cell when exercise is underway.
Prior experience in Unit Training Management and unit training plans – Ensuring the utilization of mission essential tasks to drive period of instruction development and grading criteria.
Familiar with incorporating mission essential tasks into scenario development, to include building MESLs for exercise management.
Experience in the use of Exercise constructs for Joint and Service level simulated exercises.
Experience within the Intelligence community and/or SOF is a plus.

Ability to use and communicate a wide variety of technical data from OEM manuals, engineering drawings, etc. to engineers as well as to non-technical system end users.
Candidate must possess, and use, a high degree of tact and interpersonal communication skills in daily interactions with team members, clients, vendors, and end users.
Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or 5 years work/military experience desired.
5 years of progressively responsible experience with RF communications systems, network infrastructure, and/or ground based electronic security systems.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Prior OCONUS experience is a plus
