CACI is seeking All Source Analysts (Jr-Expert Levels) to lead and manage the production of various products in coordination with technical collection and exploitation officers. This position will research and exploit key data sources to make recommendation for intelligence operations. This includes to identification of the right interties, vulnerabilities, and technology trends to enable new collections that are critical to a range of hard targets. This position must contain the combination of all-source analytical expertise and targeting experience with significant scientific expertise as it pertains to chemical and biological issues related to the IC.
Primary Responsibilities: • Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.
Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
Work with the Division Senior Intelligence Analyst, Branch Chiefs, and Branch Senior Analysts to determine what digital production (DP) products will be written by contract staff and identify reasonable suspense dates.
Perform initial review of all contractor Analytical Design Worksheets (ADW) and participate in ADW review meetings with contract analysts and Division SIA/Branch Chiefs.
Support contract analysts in the use of tools as necessary (e.g. SATs, Quantitative methods, Qualitative methods) to ensure rigor and objectivity of analysis.
Track the progress of all contractor DP products and ensure that the Division SIA and Branch Chiefs or Branch SA's are aware of any potential to miss deadlines.
Review all contractor DP products in advance of the initial government branch level review.
Provide training as needed for new and existing analysts who are expected to produce all source DP assessments.
Coordinate with the Division SIA, Branch Chiefs and SAs for questions related to tradecraft and assessment production.
Contract SIA review of assessments, will include, but not be limited to: Basic grammar and clarity of the assessment; Detailed review of the Analytic Tradecraft Standards; All components of the NGIC Product Review guide; Assessment of the degree to which the assessment answers customer needs/questions; Accurate classification; Mandatory citation fields; Appropriate metadata in Digital Production website.

41. NAVSOF Operations and Planning Analyst/Trainer SME IV (Little Creek NAB) (TS/SCI)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Components of USSOCOM have the responsibility to execute large-scale training exercises designed to enhance readiness and prepare SOF units for deployment. At Navy Special Warfare Command (NAVSPECWARCOM), these Training Support SMEs will facilitate planning and execution of SOF core activities and SOF-CF I3; augment/replicate critical staff planning positions and provide SOF exercise planning and execution products throughout the JELC IAW SOF, Joint, Service, GCC training objectives. This position supports the TRIDENT series of exercises and requires previous assignment and experience with Special Boat Teams.
This position resides in NSWG4. The duties and responsibilities include: Operations planner representing NSWG4 and Special Boat Teams during TRIDENT Exercise JELC events, site surveys and exercise execution; Implement maritime expertise into planning events and scripting to ensure proper employment of combatant craft and their capabilities; Ensure JTIMS is updated and accurate; coordinate movement of personnel and equipment to and from the exercises; and coordinate with supporting units participating in the Trident exercise for Joint INTEROP opportunities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Position Overview

Roles and Responsibilities
— Institutionalize procedures and systems to generate and maintain forces.
— Improve proficiency and readiness to conduct and sustain counter-terrorism (CT) and counterinsurgency (COIN) operations.

· Systems engineering experience with Esri software including ArcGIS Enterprise, Portal for ArcGIS
· Experience managing and maintaining a High Availability (HA) ArcGIS Enterprise platform architecture

Duties and Responsibilities
Innovative use of cognitive modeling techniques, advanced scheduling approaches, integration of new information management technologies and visualization development using ArcGIS and other similar computer based tools.
Creation of decision matrix visualization tools.
Assists in the planning and development of senior leader seminars and other events.
Assists in analysis of strategic and operational issues and topics as they relate to events tasked to the WGC.
Assesses traditional intelligence products, military operational activities, and field observations and studies from academia and recognized think-tanks to determine how to best apply interagency associated activities within the tasks of the WGC.

Conducts visualization planning and design by obtaining resource data focused on customer objectives and goals.

Standard work hours are Monday – Friday 0730-1630 with one-hour lunch. Due to operational considerations the FTE is required to work outside of normal duty hours, to include nights, weekends, and holidays, if required.
Minimum Qualifications
Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance

Work history shall demonstrate 3+ years of experience using ArcGIS and the Adobe Suite tools
Direct participation in visualization planning and design
Work history shall demonstrate 3+ years of experience in the creation and modification of advanced computer graphics and images
