Additional responsibilities include:
Support development software reprogramming requirements for the AN/APR-39 and AN/APR-48 Radar Signal Detection Systems (RSDS) found onboard Army aviation platforms such as the UH-60 Blackhawk and AH-64 Apache helicopters.
Analyze the Order of Battle (OB) and extract weapon system and emitter information to create a prioritized list of threats to be reprogrammed into MDS software.
Develop MDS reprogramming and simulation requirements in the form of a Threat Analysis Specification (TAS) to meet emerging threats.
Critically analyze and review results of tests against developmental MDS programming to confirm system threat detection requirements from the TAS are met. Conduct Verification and Validation tests of MDS programming before it is released to the field.

Conduct analysis of new threats to aviators in the field and write System Impact Messages that detail indications of the threat relevant to their ASE.

About the Role:

Support T&E and V&V for systems, subsystems, and components specified by the Government.
Document all test activities and results to include test plans and procedures, data collection and analyses, and written test reports.
Support a supportability analysis to identify all software required to support the required level of maintenance. Verify all diagnostic and language requirements are identified for intermediate and depot level maintenance capacity
Support performance of maintenance task and supportability analysis to identify all test, support, ground handling, calibration equipment, and fixtures needed to establish organic capability at maintenance level II and level III

About the Role:
Supports development of Test and Evaluation (T&E) and Verification and Validation (V&V) events, including operational demonstrations, for new and emerging project technologies.
Analyze the technical data (TD) required for the development of Technical Requirements Documents (TRDs) and verify that the supplied data is sufficient using TRD checklists.
Support design and engineering of Test Program Sets (TPSs) and consolidated automated support systems
Support development of test plans, test procedures, test beds, test sets, and reports as part of T&E events. Includes preparation of:
Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs)
system qualification and first-article testing
qualification test plans
production acceptance tests
evaluation plans to include Production Acceptance Test and Evaluation (PAT&E)
quality evaluation (surveillance) test plans
Conduct T&E and V&V for systems, subsystems, and components specified by the Government.
Document all test activities and results to include test plans and procedures, data collection and analyses, and written test reports

Job Description:

What You’ll Get to Do:

You’ll serve as a DMLSS Subject Matter Expert/Trainer to help make the transition for the VA to DMLSS/LogiCole. You will meet regularly with customer stakeholders to identify and agree upon business needs for the VA project; clearly communicate those business needs to Scrum Development Team; and work collaboratively with customer stakeholders and Development Team to decompose high-level business needs into user stories (functional requirements) and step-by-step instructions – all of which help facilitate the delivery of deployable software in short Sprints. You’ll typically have responsibility for communicating with parties external to the organization (e.g., customers, vendors, etc.), and work to influence project/team leaders within and outside of the job function at project/program regarding solution design, process, and/or approaches.

Lead the on-site installation efforts in coordination with the Government IPT leader (IPTL), CACI Employees, Subcontractor(s) and other Government POC’s.
Monitor progress and quality/workmanship of the installation/implementation teams and report problems/progress/status to Sr. Program Manager
Responsible for installing per the approved engineering installation plan, documenting install progress and coordinating any deviations through Program Manager and Government IPTL
Manage the testing of all installation per the approved test plan, documenting results and providing to the Program Manager as a deliverable to the Government.
Oversee the acceptance, inventory and storage of materials – coordinate delivery of materials from storage location to the installation site as required to meet the installation schedule.
Coordinate building / street access and other requirements with post personnel based upon the implementation schedule
