Job Description:
CACI has an opportunity for a
Mechanical Technician Maintenance III (Mech) to join the CAMMO contract in
Colorado Springs. Under limited
supervision you will perform a range of maintenance activities and functions
including, comprehensive technical knowledge to solve problems by interpreting
Space Force Technical Orders, vendor manuals or similar documents. Work
requires familiarity with the interrelationships of satellite tracking station
circuits and understanding the selection and use of proper tools and test equipment
to perform that work. Receives technical guidance, as required and work is
reviewed for compliance with accepted practices. Provide technical guidance to
peers and onsite technicians.
What You Will Get to do:
Under limited direction, provides
maintenance of site/field equipment and/or the installation, rearrangement and
removal of equipment and associated wiring at the customer site or at the
company location. Tests, completes analysis, repairs, aligns, and adjusts
equipment associated with any trouble reports at the customer site and
routinely performs optimization maintenance activities. Writes clearly with sound verbal skills to
communicate with the customer providing granularity to each project.
Serves as member of installation
and depot maintenance team and performs a wide variety of complex activities
associated with installing, maintaining and servicing
electrical/electronic/mechanical equipment.
Installs, maintains, repairs,
overhauls, troubleshoots, modifies and tests various types of electrical,
electronic and/or mechanical equipment and related devices using various test
equipment.
Understands and interprets
electrical and mechanical drawings. Applies technical knowledge of electronic
and mechanical principles to return equipment to operational condition and

Experience in reading schematics,
troubleshooting and installation of 120 VAC – 480 VAC electrical circuits
within conduit.
Experience in conducting

Conduct troubleshooting and
electrical repair of 12 and 24 VDC interlock system.
Perform alignment and calibration
checks on servo amplifiers and vector drives control systems.

Operations Management. The VI Engineer

The ideal candidate will have
experience and a strong engineering background in design, implementation and
migration of Data Center technologies to include Cisco NEXUS products, Cisco
UCS, Cisco UCS Manager, Fabric Interconnects, NETAPP storage solutions/ SAN
configurations, FCOE, VMWARE, ESXi, SNAP mirroring. Familiarity with private
cloud virtualization and virtual networks in VMWare environments using

As a Special Operations Forces
Emerging Threats, Operations, and Planning Support (SOFETOPS) Special
Operations Forces (SOF) Trainer you will mentor and deliver emergent threat
training to USASOC units, including Special Forces, Rangers, Civil Affairs,
Psychological Operations, and Special Aviation, along with strategic partners
within Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC), Naval Special Warfare
Command (NSW), and Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC). You will
provide direct customer feedback to the Senior SOF Training Coordinators and
Training Development and Delivery (TDD) Functional Lead. You and your teammates will enhance training
to ensure realism and relevance to meet SOF-unique mission requirements.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications
Current Top Secret/SCI clearance.
Minimum of 15 years of
military/DOD experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience
in Special Operations.
Minimum of 3 years of experience
in SOF unit training and/or SOF institutional training.
Demonstrated familiarization with
the Army Training Management Program and large-scale, enterprise-wide training
programs.
Experience integrating
information, analysis, technology, and interagency collaboration, lessons
learned, and best practices for training support to enable effective and
efficient dissemination of threat training.
Proven understanding of and
experience with readiness resource requirements and CTEs at CTCs, regional
collective training centers, Mobilization Force Generation Installations, major
mission command, and home-station training events.
Proficient level use of Microsoft
Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

Qualifications/Requirements:

Qualifications/Requirements:
Degree: Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of
Psychology (PsyD).
Education: Graduate from an American Psychology

Internship/Residency:

internship in psychology accredited by the American Psychological Association.

Additional Requirements:
The HCWs must successfully
complete the Tri Service Internal Behavioral Health Consultant
(IBHC) training course within 60
days of performance.
In addition, the HCW must meet the
passing criteria for IBHC core competencies (i.e., scores a minimum of 3 out of
5 on DoD Core Competency Skills Form) as determined by a government expert
trainer. This demonstration of IBHC core competencies may occur at any time
after successful completion of the IBHC training.
If a HCW fails to pass the IBHC
training or fails to demonstrate IBHC core competency, the contractor shall be
required to provide a new HCW. The contractor shall not present the same HCW
for another attempt.
In order to promote continuity of
services, the government will only provide IBHC training and travel funds for
two completion attempts for the life of the requirement under the contract,
inclusive of any subsequent logical follow-ons or option periods. If more than
two completion attempts are necessary to comply with the task order requirements,
the burden of cost for additional training and travel shall be borne by the
contractor.
U.S. Citizenship: HCWs performing
under this contract shall be U.S. citizens.
English Language Requirement: The
Contractor shall ensure that all HCWs providing services under this contract
are able to read, write, and speak English well enough to effectively
communicate.
HCW Physical Capability: HCWs
shall be physically capable of standing and/or sitting for extended periods of
time and physically capable of performing all services required.
Specific Duties:
The HCW shall provide services
within the scope of the clinical privileges granted by the commanding officer,
the applicable duties provided in the basic contract, and the following:
Deliver brief, consultation –based
services to patients and PCMs using an integrated care model.
Services provided are standard and
mimic the structure, function, and pace of primary care (i.e., psychotherapy or
other specialty care psychological assessments are inappropriate and therefore
prohibited). The PCM is ultimately responsible for the patient's health care
plan and makes the determination on how the HCW's recommendations might be
integrated into the PCM's plan for the patient.
Provide timely and succinct feedback
to primary care physicians regarding consultations findings and
recommendations.
Determine the appropriateness of
the patient receiving services in the primary care setting, and assisting with
implementation of treatment plans.
Formulate behavioral health
interventions appropriate to primary care setting, and assisting with
implementation of treatment plans.
Provide brief follow ups,
including relapse –prevention education.
Help facilitate classes that
promote clinically related patient education and skill-building to enhance
psychological and physical health.
See approximately 8-14 patients a
day within one year of Phase I evaluation completion.
Provide concise documentation of
care and recommendations in patient’s medical record in no less than 24 hours
after the patient is seen.
Participate in group medical
appointments including Shared Medical Appointments (SMA) and Drop in Group
Medical Appointments (DIGMA) as requested by the PCM.
Provide technical direction and
clinical insight into relevant projects being conducted at the site of service.
The HCW shall be an active
participant in the Internal Behavioral Health Consultant (IBHC) special
program. The HCW shall function as a member of the patient’s primary care team
who specializes in a wide range of behavioral and medical conditions. The
Clinical Psychologist will participate as subject matter expert on mental
health matters for the IBHC team assigned to each program participant’s care
team. The care plan shall include, monitoring videotaped appointments and
provide clinical insight on the patient’s overall clinical assessment.
The HCW shall participate in the
IBHC program by providing clinically related input on the overall success of
the care team and may suggest areas that may need improvement. In no way shall
the HCW be a decision maker but only an advisor to the government supervisors
of the IBHC program’s care plan achievements in relation to patient care.
The HCW shall maintain clear and
consistent communication with the BUMED BHIP Program Manager and local command
leadership during the assessment of participating patients in the program and
may assist and provide insight to the government supervisor on mental health
projects.
General Duties:
Contractor personnel shall perform
a full range of duties consistent with their labor category, education,
training, experience, clinical privileges (as applicable), and assigned
position. General duties that apply to all personnel or across certain labor
categories are given below. Duties that apply to all contractor personnel are
as follows:
Maintain a level of productivity
comparable with that of other individuals performing similar services.
Participate in peer review and
performance improvement activities.
Practice aseptic techniques as
necessary. Comply with infection control guidelines to include the proper
handling, storage, and disposal of infectious wastes, and the use of universal
precautions to prevent the spread of infection.
Function with an awareness and
application of safety procedures.
Perform efficiently in emergency
patient situations following established protocols, remaining calm, informing
appropriate persons, and documenting events. Anticipate potential
problems/emergencies and make appropriate interventions. Notify supervisor,
director, or other designated person regarding problems that the HCW is unable
to manage.
Apply an awareness of legal issues
in all aspects of patient care and strive to manage situations in a reduced
risk manner.
Participate in the implementation
of the Family Advocacy Program as directed. Participation shall include, but
not be limited to, appropriate medical examination, documentation, and
reporting.
Exercise awareness and sensitivity
to patient/significant others’ rights, as identified within the MTF.
Maintain an awareness of
responsibility and accountability for own professional practice.
Participate in continuing
education to meet own professional growth.
Attend and/or comply with all
annual training classes required by the Command, to include but not limited to
online annual training provided by the MTF: disaster training, infection
control, Sexual Harassment, Bloodborne Pathogens, Fire and Safety, Chemical,
Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosives (CBRNE), and all other
required training.
Actively participate in the
command’s Performance Improvement Program. Participate in meetings to review
and evaluate the care provided to patients, identify opportunities to improve
the care delivered, and recommend corrective action when problems exist.
Participate in the provision of
in-service training to clinic staff members. Provide training and/or direction
as applicable to supporting government employees (e.g., hospital corpsmen,
students, etc.).
Attend and participate in various
meetings as directed.
Perform timely, accurate, and
concise documentation of patient care.
Operate and manipulate automated
systems such as CHCS, AHLTA, ADS, Essentris, and Clinical Information System
(CIS), participate in clinical staff Performance Improvement (PI) and Risk
Management (RM) functions, as prescribed by the Commander. Maintain DOD email
account as directed. The HCW shall be responsive to all email and voicemail
communications.
Exercise appropriate delegation of
tasks and duties in the direction and coordination of health care team members,
patient care, and clinic activities.
Maintain documentation of all
treatment provided in accordance with clinic directives, and prepare such
records and reports as may be required. All records and reports must be
legible. Abbreviations must be only those listed in local instructions.
Core Duties:
Practice within the guidelines of
their state licensing board, American Psychological Association Ethical
Principles and Code of Conduct, and MTF privileges.
Conduct psychological evaluations
utilizing information from clinical interviews, psychological testing, and
collateral sources, as appropriate.
Establish psychiatric diagnoses
according to the American Psychiatric Association Diagnostic and Statistical
Manual of Disorders.
Provide psychological treatment
for individuals and groups; help medical and surgical patients deal with
illnesses or injuries.
Assist in rehabilitation of
patients.
Hours:
Services shall be provided Monday
through Friday, between the hours of 0600 to 1730 hours.
Shifts will normally be scheduled
for an 8.5 hour shift to include an uncompensated 30 minute lunch break.
In no instance will the HCW be
required to provide services in excess of 80 hours per two-week period.

(MSOCs). The unit specifically charged with this responsibility is the Marine
Raider Training Center (MRTC) formerly called the Marine Special Operations

methods, and strategies, such as the Socratic Method, while working
independently or in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Support training in classroom,
rural and urban environments, utilizing all standard computer software,
proficient in the use of unclassified programs heavily utilized by all baseline
Analyst operations (i.e., FADE, Palantir, Analyst notebook, google earth, JIDA
Attack the Network tools, GIGA, HOT-R, open-source software).
Conduct training reviews,
revisions, and courseware development for course syllabi, create, review and
update classroom training materials such as student handouts, lesson plans,
PowerPoint presentations, and practical exercises required for course accuracy

Instruct, tutor and mentor
students to meet course learning objectives and evaluate the Training Task List
ensuring items have been satisfactorily completed during evaluations.
Assist in designing, developing,
updating, reviewing and executing complex SOF Multi-Source Intelligence
training scenarios for exploitation and development of a common intelligence
picture in MDIOC as directed.
Participate in the development and
execution of simulated tactical integration with other Intelligence disciplines
aiding in the conduct of in-depth analysis and all-source fused production to
directly support operational decision making for ambiguous problem sets typical
of special operations in dynamic environments.
Assist in providing
familiarization of MARSOC mission and organization, intelligence support to SOF
operations, Ops/Intel integration and analytical processes.
Assist students in
operationalizing intelligence, leveraging analytical tools, metrologies,
processes, concepts, capabilities and limitation of other intelligence
disciplines and tradecraft in support of full spectrum special operations.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
4 years of experience as an

Must complete the 4-week MRTC

Job description:
An ITA Local Employee Personnel
Screening Team Screener conducts screenings, complete reports and do all
necessary background checks on locally employed persons screened.
Screening will consist of an
in-depth interview utilizing a standardized interview method supported/approved
by the Installation Access Application (IAA) and Air Force Office of Special
Investigations (AFOSI); records checks; and biometric enrollment. The
contractor shall utilize equipment furnished by the government to include NRTIO
biometrics, PCASS, and CELLEX equipment at each site.
Sites will work in concert with
the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS), Site Security Manager
(SSM), and necessary biometrics databases to accomplish required screenings.
The screening process shall be
conducted in accordance with (IAW) applicable USCENTCOM and USAFCENT security
directives and the established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
The screener will receive
notification of newly hired contractor employees or other persons requiring
access from the installation contracting office or local command authorities.
Additional interviews and screening efforts may be required as determined by
the local AFOSI supported unit.
Screening interviews shall be
conducted IAW the SOPs used and approved by U.S. Government representatives
(Contracting Officer’s Representative ((COR), with the overall intent of
identifying applicants that pose a risk to U.S., Coalition or Host Nation
forces. Screeners shall structure their interviews to create a professional and
respectful environment. Screeners shall utilize rapport building techniques to
build trust with the applicant. It is important that the applicant understands
the purpose of the interview and how the information from the interview will be
utilized.
Results of a screening will be
reported to the respective AFOSI and installation security/force protection
offices, if derogatory information is discovered, as prescribed by the local
AFOSI Commander.
Screener shall safeguard all
information and information systems with applicable guidance and rules set
forth by the U.S. Government, Department of Defense and installation security
office. Information derived from the operation of a LEP screening cell is the
property of the U.S. Government and shall be safeguarded IAW classification and
applicable guidance.
Requirements:
Screeners shall be the DoD
Civilian equivalent of AFOSI (AFSC 7S071), Naval Criminal Investigative
Service, Army CID, USAF AFSC 3P0X1 (Security Forces) with four (4) years law
enforcement or investigations experience, or USA MOS 35L/M, 180A, 18F, 35E
(Strategic Debriefer or individual with similar skill set) with a minimum of
four (4) years field experience (not including training time).
Must have experience with
screening, screening tasks and/or investigative questioning techniques and

Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform safety patrols of
designated areas on foot or in vehicle
Observe departing personnel to
protect against theft of company property and ensure that authorized removal of
property is conducted within appropriate client requirements
Investigate and prepare reports on
accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities
Aid customers, employees and
visitors in a courteous and professional manner Permit authorized persons to
enter property and monitors entrances and exits
Warn violators of rule
infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles
Sound alarms or call police or
fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons
Watch for irregular or unusual
conditions that may create safety concerns or hazards
Qualifications:
Education, Licenses and
Certifications Required
Must possess a high school diploma
or equivalent
Must be able to pass any
State-required training or other qualifications for licensing
Pass a State licensing test if
driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle
Type and Length of Specific
Experience Required (Must possess one or more of the following):
Associate degree or higher in any
discipline
Service in the active-duty
military, military reserves, or National Guard
Service in auxiliary police or
police cadets
Minimum of one year verifiable and
successful safety experience
Skills Required
Ability to operate radio or
telephone equipment and/or console monitors
Ability to interact cordially and
communicate with the public
Effective oral and written
communication skills
Active listening skills
Ability to assess and evaluate
situations effectively

Must be at least 18 years old or

be able to pass a drug test with negative results
Must submit to an extensive background
check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and

offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior
military
Upon acceptance of a job offer,
must be able to pass the following:
Psychological testing, if armed or
