assistance to all DOD Personnel with respect to the use and administration of

As a Missile
Defense-Sea Based X-Band Radar Management Sr. Program Analyst you will:
Provide
technical requirements management support to the Deputy Director, Surface
Warfare for Aegis and BMD (N96F) for the Sea Based X-Band Radar (SBX)
definition and development of continuing SBX transition plans;
Provide reach
back expertise in the areas of specific platform and weapons requirement,
command and control system requirements and architectures (Navy and Joint
Service), manpower, budgeting and other analytical and technical areas for
fleet missile defense, to include ballistic missile defense;
Assist N96F in
developing SBX Lead Service definition and responsibilities;

(JOC) Media Analyst, you will be a member of a team serving as a watch stander
for CCCI on a rotational basis in the CENTCOM JOC. The JOC Media Analyst will
be physically located in the JOC (24 hours/7 Days 365 day/year), IAW shift
schedules approved by the CCCI Media Operations Team Chief/Vice Chief. The
watch stander will coordinate with other JOC team members, associated component
staffs, and both higher and subordinate Headquarters (HQ) counterparts to begin
formulating of initial courses of action during crisis events. Personnel will
be responsible for researching, writing, and coordinating responses to media
queries; distributing approved releases/statements to media outlets; provide
updates to the CCCI staff as well as to other staff sections, obtain products relating
to operations, and report significant AOR events. Personnel will brief and
interact with senior leaders of the command. Personnel must possess personal
confidence, quality briefing skills, present a neat and orderly appearance, and
be able to exercise sound judgement and initiative. Personnel will conduct
media monitoring and real-time feedback on news and press coverage on key
CENTCOM issues, providing the ability to alert CCCI leadership of breaking
coverage and to propose responses to correct inaccurate reporting.

The JOC Media
Analyst must also be able to:
·Prepare/present
key briefing materials for CENTCOM senior leaders and staff personnel (i.e.
daily Commander’s Update Brief (CUB), Operations and Intelligence (O & I)
Brief, Theater Update Brief (TUA), Senior National Representative Brief (SNR),
etc.) collect, analyze, and assess articles, broadcasts and social media
related to the CENTCOM AOR as reported in the worldwide media, scoring those

The Policy and
Resource Analyst at CACI is a full-time position that directly supports
national security and suitability investigations, focusing on analyzing,

Job Description:
Serve as a U. S. Africa Command
(USAFRICOM) Security Operations Specialist with a focus of providing support to
USAFRICOM FP (Force Protection) directorate in order to maximize the
effectiveness and the efficiency of the Force Protection (FP) and
Anti-Terrorism (AT) posture at Kelley Barracks.
What You’ll Get to Do:
As a Security Operations
Specialist, your worksite will be at the command headquarters in Stuttgart,
Germany, for the entire period of performance. The Security Operations Specialist
shall be responsible to primarily provide support to the USAFRICOM FP
Directorate with analysis; mission assurance plans; and information,
industrial, and physical security processes. To execute this support, the
Security Operations Specialist complete several technical support tasks
including: oversee Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) daily operational checks
and provide Protective Distribution System (PDS) CCTV reviews in order to
assist AFRICOM FP and AT threat risk reduction mandates. Additionally, the
Security Operations Specialist will maintain and conduct collateral facility
accreditation processing for HQ facilities, track and log security container
and door combinations for all Command collateral classified spaces, attend
working group meetings, and provide the Command Security Noncommissioned
Officer in Charge (NCOIC) with the Directorate Security Manager Program
support.
More About the Role:
Assist with processing security
incidents.
Support Information Security (INFOSEC) staff
with establishing and implementing the Controlled Unclassified Information
(CUI) program with education and training.
Liaise with Command staff and the OPSEC
program manager to ensure policy criteria is met for the CUI program.
Coordinate courier procedures and issuing
orders for Command personnel.
Maintain the security SharePoint portfolio
with relevant information to support Command personnel with up-to-date security
procedures and policies.
Support the USAFRICOM Industrial Security
program by assisting with the review of DD-254's and liaising with J4 and J1 to
capture procedures for contract personnel.
Maintain a DD-254 list and ensure
all contractors in support of a USAFRICOM contract have a visit request in
place with the personnel security office.
Utilize CCTV to review footage and ensure
Protected Distribution Systems (PDS) remain untampered.
Log security container access
combinations.
Support efforts in carrying out
improving the security posture of the Command and the responsible sharing and
safeguarding of classified information.
Implement DoD and AFRICOM policies and develop
recommendations for supplemental procedures and guidelines to ensure
appropriate implementation of security protocols.
Collaborate with the Command Security Manager
and security branch chiefs to prioritize and improve security posture.
Participate in, and furnish input to,
scheduled and unscheduled meetings, conferences, and briefings that relate to
the Command security program.
Assist in the research, writing, and
development of various compiled evidence dossiers, incident memoranda, program
Memorandum for Record (MFR) memos, policy documents, and general research
related to information, industrial, and physical security.
Maintain an education and training awareness
program that satisfies all training requirements for DoD Security Education and
Training Awareness standards.
Maintain individual Center for Development of
Security Excellence (CDSE) Security Professional Education Development (SPeD)
Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC).

interface with national and theater-level counterparts and network with

Possess comprehensive knowledge of
a wide range of concepts, principles, and practices as well as knowledge of all
intelligence disciplines (HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, MASINT and SOF intelligence
activities at the tactical and operational levels and programs). Expert
knowledge of intelligence principles and concepts to monitor and anticipate
probable contingencies and threats. Resolve technical problems and recommend
resolutions on intelligence issues.
Research daily message traffic to
provide detailed updates/briefings on tracked operations, activities, and
investments in the AOR. Evaluate intelligence reports, identify information
gaps, and develop source-directed requirements, collection requirements,
essential elements of information, specific information requirements, and
priority intelligence requirements to answer the commander’s critical
requirements (CCIR) and support deploying unit operations and activities and

Analyst
Serve as a JSOC Strategic All
Source Senior Intelligence Analyst at Fort Bragg, NC, with responsibility for
receiving, processing, disseminating, and responding to strategic and operational
level (not tactical) intelligence requests and requirements for the GCC AOR
planning initiatives. Perform research, analysis, and evaluation and provide
input to weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually generated reports and
briefings. Maintain strategic and operational level intelligence data bases for

JOB REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Strategic and operational level intelligence
experience highly desired and discriminator. Futures experience is
desirable. Qualified candidates must
possess advanced management and organizational skills and demonstrate
experience overseeing, producing at the action officer level for intelligence
related products. Must have analytical,
planning, coordination, negotiation and directing skills to ensure requirements
are satisfied and demonstrated ability to prepare/analyze strategic and
operational level intelligence products.
Must be capable of briefing Senior Officers in large audiences. Knowledge of and credibility within the
Special Operations and interagency community is strongly desired. Comprehensive and complete understanding of
National Intel policy and support organizations, Geographical Combatant
Commands, USSOCOM, and TSOCs is highly desired.
Best candidate will have extensive and recent SOF experience as an All
Source Analyst focused on GCC AORs and high priority countries where SOF
routinely operates. Must have a thorough understanding of the Microsoft Office

What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-Wexford DTRA Operations
Integrator within OI-OAO, you will provide embedded and reach back support to
Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) and Emerging Threats efforts and
operations executed by the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) and its
partners. You will interact directly
with the warfighter during the development of intelligence products while
coordinating the support packages provided to meet unit and subordinate element
operational requirements. You will assist in fusing the operational and
intelligence information available to the supported unit while providing an
operational perspective to the products, which include counter proliferation
and network analysis packages. As required, you will plan, develop, and deliver
tailored operations-intelligence fusion training to supported intelligence
consumers and partners.
More About the Role:
While deployed, you will embed
with supported organizations to assist operational and tactical commanders,
their staffs and subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence
information to enhance their effectiveness against CWMD and Emerging Threat
networks. You will identify and analyze problems and generate recommended
solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DOD, interagency
and international partners. Most deployments are 120-180 days in length.
While providing reach back
support, you will directly support embedded teammates; manage requests for
support from other tactical units; and work closely with a wide variety of
units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with warfighter
pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within
the CACI-WGI Operational Analysis Team, and mentor new members of the team to
ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Current Top Secret/Specialized
Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
More than one year supporting
Counter Proliferation or Counter WMD Operations.
More than one year of deployed
experience within the Combatant Command AORs.
You must possess the ability to
effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
You will be able to provide daily
feedback to the team lead and supported unit on product development.
Be deployable to the required
theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and
six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.
Willing to work rotating shifts if
needed - that may include nights and weekends.
Bachelor's degree and more than
three years of experience, or an associate's degree and five years of
experience, or seven years of relevant work experience. We will also consider
candidates with four years of directly relevant experience.
These Qualifications Would be Nice
to Have:
More than five years of experience
at tactical formations, battalion level or equivalent and higher.
More than three years of
experience working with DIA's Defense Counter-Proliferation Office (DCP),
and/or DIA’s National Center for Medical Intelligence (NCMI).
Expert understanding of the WMD
activity continuum covering the spectrum of WMD activities from intent to use.
More than three years of experience
leveraging military planning principles in support of battalion level or
equivalent and higher staff.
More than 10 years of military,
academic or defense industry functional experience.
Experience and capability to
perform tasks with Microsoft productivity software and applications.
Practical understanding of
Microsoft SharePoint, Google Earth spatial analysis software, as well as
web-based intelligence tools and databases available through SIPR and JWICS.
Must be able to work independently
with some government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a
joint working environment.

What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-Wexford Sensitive
Activities Advisor, you will support the Department of Defense and its efforts
to identify and neutralize enemy threat networks capable of employing
improvised threats, such as Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs), and other
improvised weapons of strategic effect.
More About the Role:
You will embed with and advise
Combatant Commands at all echelons on effectively leveraging specially
compartmented material and non-material capabilities to eliminate or neutralize
improvised threats and the networks that employ those threats.
You will provide the subject
matter expertise to JIDO, Combatant Commands and their JTFs while maintaining
situational awareness of Special Programs, STO, ACCM, and sensitive activity
plans, operations, units, and friendly and adversary capabilities.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Current Top Secret/Specialized
Compartmented Information Security Clearance, willingness to submit to a CI
Poly.
More than three years of
specialized experience in military or IC compartmented or sensitive activities
(IJSTO, SAP, ACCM, etc.).
Be deployable to the required
theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and
six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.
You must possess the ability to
effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
You will be able to provide daily

Associates degree and five years
of experience or seven years of relevant work experience.
These Qualifications Would be Nice

More than three years of
experience with SOF, SMU, Special or Technical Units of Federal, State or Local
Law Enforcement.
Experience and in-depth knowledge
of the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP), to include mission analysis,
COA decision and CONOP approval briefings, D3A execution matrices, CONOP
documents and FRAGOs.
Working knowledge of IEDs and/or
other improvised weapons or threats.
Experience and capability to
perform tasks with Microsoft productivity software and applications.
Practical understanding of
