role:
The primary
focus of this position is the development of radar threat simulations that will

development, test plan development and execution, test analysis and reporting,
QA, software design and development for applications.

These Qualifications:
Must have an
Active Secret Security Clearance.
Bachelor of
Science in Electrical Engineering preferred or an experienced Electrical
Technician with a minimum of 5 Years of supporting the integration,
installation, operations, and maintenance of programs and fielded systems.
Experience
supporting engineering plans and projects to establish operating data and
conduct experimental tests on prototype designs and systems.
Experience in
the different phases of design, integration, and test in order to prototype

Ability to

complete projects in a timely manner. The desired candidate will also possess

Description:
Join a team of
dynamic Intelligence Community (IC) professionals and support the mission of
providing intelligence analysis to US Navy forces supporting the EUCOM area of
responsibility. CACI is hiring a TS/SCI cleared - Military Forces Analyst to
support our mission critical government customer in Suitland, MD.
You will be
analyzing large datasets, thinking creatively to solve complex problems, have
in depth knowledge of the target country’s naval forces, and experience writing
clear concise analytical products adhering to IC standards.
Responsibilities:
Your primary
responsibilities will be to analyze translated information in combination with
other all source reporting and write intelligence products for distribution to
customers. This requires staying abreast with intelligence requirements, the
ability to leverage other all-source resources and collaboration with IC
analysts. You will also help manage and direct collection activities performed
by language analysts and provide collateral information to aid in their duties.
You’ll Bring
These Qualifications:
A current,
active TS/SCI security clearance is required.
Minimum of four
(4) years of experience in intelligence working with the military or IC.

(4) years of experience in a position
where your primary duty was performing comprehensive all source analysis and
producing finished products containing analytic judgements and conforming to ICD 203 and ICD 206 standards in a time

Develop an occupational
questionnaire for each position. If there are multiple grade levels, develop
one for each grade level.
Before posting a VA, complete and
document all priority clearance checks (i.e., CTAP/RPL/10 point vet file).
Prepare draft VA using the DE
and/or MP USA Staffing System template and ensure that both comply with DOJ VA
policies. VA must be written in plain language that is clear, easy to
understand and free of unnecessary jargon and repetitive language or sentences.
The application requirements must be reasonable so as not to pose unnecessary
burdens to the applicants (i.e., official college transcript is not required at
time of applications).
Use qualification standards
requirements as outlined in the OPM Qualification Standards.
In each VA, define specialized
experience by grade using examples that are clear and consistent with the job
requirements. If needed, OPM classification standards provide useful examples
to use at different grade levels.
Make qualification determinations
for each applicant. Document in writing specific explanations on how each
candidate was rated and ranked. No general statements are acceptable. Document
superior academic achievement status if this is used as a basis for
eligibility.
Properly rate, rank and refer
veteran candidates under the Veteran Employment Opportunity Act, as amended
(Merit Promotion).
Properly rate, rank and refer
veteran candidates (DE announcements).
Document actions taken for
reconstruction and audit purposes.
Properly adjudicate veterans
preference in accordance with 5 USC 2108, 5 USC 3309, and the Delegated
Examining Operations Handbook (DEOH). Adjudication practices must comply with
DOJ agency policy.
Complete category ratings.
Before a certificate is issued,
clear and document Interagency Career Transition Assistance Program (ICTAP)
clearances (if applicable).

Certificates)
Place all preference eligible
applicants at the top of the certificate ensuring that all veterans in the
appropriate category are referred ahead of any
non-veteran applicant. Certify names of all eligible applicants in the
highest quality category for referral to the selecting official.
Ensure that the order of
certification is correct before a certificate is issued to the selecting
officer.
Issue all Vet certifications first

Roles and Responsibilities
This position provides planning,
