Scope of Work:
The purpose of this position is to oversee the overall operation of the Engineering Design team, which has responsibility for the engineering design and project management of the US Air Force Academy’s (USAFA) facility and infrastructure construction program. This construction program exceeds $80 million in annual renovation, sustainment, maintenance, repair, and new construction projects. These projects require collaboration with other sections/divisions/organizations including, Portfolio Optimization (planning & programming), Construction Management, CADD/GIS, Installation Management, Operations & Maintenance, Base Contracting, and other stakeholders. Includes a wide variety of duties related to both managing personnel (7 engineers, 2 architects, 1 interior designer, and 1 cost estimator) within the organization, ensuring completion of planned design projects, meeting monthly/annual performance standards, and design management as outlined in the USAFA Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Responsibilities:
Must maintain a strong and productive relationship with the USAFA’s contracting office and government engineering counterparts to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Provides management oversight of projects to include, managing the design program, solving construction related problems, and performing complete reviews of design packages and contract modifications prior to submittal to Contracting for execution.
Ensures projects are identified, validated, approved, designed, and if funded, constructed.
Works with Portfolio Optimization department to ensure designs meet USAFA’s, cultural, environmental, and historic district requirements.
Ensures short- and long-term project plans are developed and follow agreed upon strategies to meet the needs of USAFA. Ensures that project designs meet energy conservation, sustainability and Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) requirements.
Oversees Architect-Engineer (AE) design program and the preparation of Statements of Work (SOWs) for the AE designs and construction projects.
Ensures all work is performed in accordance with local Project Management Plans (PMPs), Quality Management Plans (QMPs), Standard Operating procedures (SOPs), and US Air Force requirements.
Managing department personnel ensuring maximum efficiency and compliance with PWS requirements. Ensures project execution in accordance with the government’s budget and timelines.
Responsible for updating base leadership on design progress, construction execution and project modifications. Responsible for design/construction quality.
Coordinates support with other Civil Engineering divisions/sections.
Signs off on engineering project plans.
Ensures that all staff follow the latest documents and templates.
Manages, develops, and revises SOPs, project design templates, PMPs, QMPs, etc., as needed for the Engineering Design Department.
Provides the Civil Engineering Manager with reports on project status upon request.
Works with civil engineering personnel to create process improvements.
Promotes improvements in customer service and satisfaction.
Completes additional duties in direct support of departmental mission requirements as directed by the Civil Engineering Manager.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be vaccinated in accordance with all Executive Orders, Government mandates or requirements, contractual requirements, and company policy
Minimum of 10 years’ experience with facilities/infrastructure design and construction with experience as an engineering manager or engineering supervisor.
Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.). Understand, read, write, and speak fluent English.
Bachelor of Science degree Engineering or Architecture from an accredited institution.
Master of Science in Engineering Management preferred.
Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) licensed in the State of Colorado, or if registered in another state, able to obtain reciprocity registration for Colorado within six months.
Must possess and maintain a valid Colorado Driver’s License.

Scope of Work:
This technician performs non-routine and complex assignments involving responsibility for planning and conducting a complete project of relatively limited scope or a portion of a larger and more diverse project, selects and adapts plans, techniques, designs, or layouts, contacts personnel in related activities to resolve problems and coordinate the work, reviews, analyzes, and integrates the technical work of others. Scope of Work:
Communications technicians maintain, construct, and repair the equipment used for electronic communications, cable televisions, satellites, wireless devices, phones, radio, and broadband equipment. Scope of Work:
The Instrumentation Technician III applies advanced technical knowledge to solve complex problems that
typically, cannot be solved solely by referencing manufacturers' manuals or similar documents. Examples of such
problems include determining the location and density of circuitry, evaluating electromagnetic radiation, isolating
malfunctions, and incorporating engineering; changes. Work typically requires an understanding of the
interrelationships of circuits, exercising independent judgment in performing such tasks as making circuit analyses,
calculating wave forms, and tracing relationships in signal flow, using complex test instruments such as high
frequency pulse generators, frequency synthesizers, distortion analyzers, and complex computer control equipment.
Work may be reviewed by supervisor for general compliance with accepted practices. This position may provide
technical guidance to lower level technicians.
Responsibilities:
Discusses layout and assembly procedures and problems with engineering personnel and draws sketches to clarify design details and functional criteria of electronic units.
Recommends changes in circuitry or installation specifications to simplify assembly and maintenance.
Plans, directs, and records periodic testing.
Sets up standard test apparatus or devises test equipment and circuitry to conduct functional, operational, environmental, and life tests to evaluate performance and reliability.
Analyzes and interprets test data.
Adjusts, calibrates, aligns, and modifies circuitry and components and records effects on unit performance.
Writes technical reports and develops charts, graphs, and schematics to describe and illustrate system's operating characteristics, malfunctions, deviations from design specifications, and functional limitations for consideration by engineers in broader determinations affecting systems design and laboratory procedures.
Diagnoses cause of electronic or mechanical malfunction or failure of operational equipment and performs preventative and corrective maintenance.
May assemble experimental circuitry or complete prototype model according to engineering instructions, technical manuals, and knowledge of electronic systems and components.
May operate bench lathes, drills, or other machine tools to fabricate parts, such as coils, terminal boards, and chassis.
Minimum Requirements:
6 years in related field
High School Diploma
Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to work well in a team.

Conducts evaluations, assessments, and inspections to identify, evaluate, control, or eliminate critical health and safety hazards in the workplace which may cause sickness, impaired health, significant discomfort, or inefficiency. These include, but are not limited to, industrial hygiene monitoring, testing ventilation systems, investigating accidents, conducting ergo- nomic evaluations, performing respirator fit-testing and training, conducting health and safety inspections, personal protective equipment (PPE) assessments, health and safety audits, hazardous materials surveys, chemical and physical exposure assessments, and safety reviews of construction and renovation plans, specifications, and activities, and responding to indoor air quality complaints.
Uses a variety of industrial hygiene sampling and monitoring equipment to document personal exposures and environmental conditions.
Develops corrective actions to eliminate or minimize identified critical health and safety hazards in Department workplaces.
Develops revised work procedures, specifies PPE and engineering controls, arranges, or conducts appropriate training, and specifies recordkeeping and documentation requirements.
Collaborates with workplace personnel, supervisors, and facility managers to implement corrective actions and provide adequate follow-up to ensure the hazards have been adequately mitigated.
Manages, develops, and serves as focal point for implementation of strategies and strategic visions for environmental and energy programs that include the development of performance metrics and objectives for the programs.
Acts as “program administrator” for certain health and safety programs, and is responsible for the development, periodic update, and occasional intimal auditing of the programs.

Coordinates, monitors, and reviews reports submitted to outside regulatory agencies.

Responds to emergency situations involving chemical, bio- logical or radiological threats. Response actions may involve the use of personal protective equipment such as disposable clothing, gloves, and respirators. Utilizes appropriate sampling equipment to determine the nature of the threat.
Identifies best practices and incorporate them into company standards to continuously improve company safety policies.
Communicates safety team expectations and give frequent and appropriate guidance and feedback to site safety teams and ensure they are executing to the core competencies of the company.
Demonstrated ability to judge and assess safety talent and select appropriate bench strengths to current and future business needs.
Measures site safety performance against government standards and identify a plan to address all deficiencies.
Analyzes safety metrics and review incidents weekly and monthly to discover trends and propose action plans.

Minimum Requirements:

Essential Job Duties:
Perform Routine, Urgent, or Emergency Work Requests for changes to dial or push-button combinations on all makes of safes, vaults, access doors and other security containers or devices.
Replace combination locks and install locking devices and/or systems in a professional manner per applicable accepted industry regulations, standards, practices and procedures.
Install and maintain Simplex Unican Push Button Locks with key overrides.
Disassemble, lubricate, adjust, and reassemble locks.
Change combinations on all makes of locks, safes, doors, and vault doors, and perform related general maintenance such as but not limited to tightening of mounting screws, bolt level screws, loose spline keys, etc.
Open and repair security containers, vault doors, and doors leading into security-controlled areas on which the combination lock has malfunctioned or when the combination is unknown.
Change combinations on various electronic and mechanical combination locks, cypher locks and electronic keypads.
Instruct the custodian or alternate in the proper operation of the lock and equipment to which it is attached.
Neutralize lockouts of containers, vault doors, and other security equipment utilizing group 1 combination locks, using drilling techniques that shall do the least amount of damage to the security equipment.
Replace all drilled security containers, vault doors or other equipment that is controlled by a combination lock with a new combination lock of the type specified.
Release security container locking bolts that are binding, sticking, or shall not release when the drawer is closed.
Adjust the unit locking mechanism of drawers that are not locking or releasing.
Repair or replace body slides, suspension runners, channels, or cradle suspensions.
Repair or replace vault door bent or defective bolt mechanism, cam assembly mechanism, handle/arbor, door alignment.
Install new thumb latches, handles, and/or mechanism to eliminate cause of defect or breakage.
Level safes, storage containers and vault doors for proper operation.
Open and repair control drawer when handle of containers become defective or disengaged.
Repair/adjust bolt release lever.
Repair/replace defective screw/roller on gang linkage mechanism.
Report any unauthorized, defective, or in any way altered lock work.
Maintain receipt, issuance, safeguard maintenance and accountability for spare keys, special keys, designated locks, and security-associated items that require restricted servicing, handling, or storage.

JOB OVERVIEW:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage unit vehicle fleet and function as a liaison to Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron for tracking of all vehicle repair issues.
Monitor, identify, schedule, and facilitate individual vehicle training for security
personnel.
Investigate and track vehicle abuse and accident cases, utilizing AF Form 1168 and SF 91, and recommend courses of action IAW AFI 24-302 Chapter 9 section 9E.
Conduct training on all unit equipment type vehicles (i.e. ATVs, MRAZRs).
Conduct any additional location specific vehicle training for required personnel.
Required Skills:
Candidates must have three (3) years of experience in managing a fleet of police and tactical response force vehicles.
Must have a current state and Government Driver’s License.
Training documentation for use of military specific vehicles, such as HUMVEE and JLTV is desired.
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
OSHA 5-20K Forklift certification is desired.

• Develop target nominations, create database records, and database target intelligence products.

Job Description:
T2C-Global is seeking an analyst with extensive knowledge and experience in Airborne ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance), and Targeting Sensors and Systems (AISR&T S&S) to provide Action Officer support services to the Office of the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations, Information Warfare (OPNAV N2N6). The Analyst will provide Action Officer support to facilitate resourcing/development/staffing of current and future AISR&T S&S requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, organizing, executing and controlling the performance of technical, business and financial services projects, ensuring that goals and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed timeframe and funding parameters.
Analyze the PPBE coverage for N2N6 AISR&T S&S investments.
Coordinate AISR&T S&S POM supporting the PPBE processes, procedures and information systems.
Prepare AISR&T S&S POM briefs and quad charts for submission to N80.
Coordinate with requirements officer in hosting meetings associated with AISR&T S&S PPBE requirements generation, seams resolution, interoperability issues and Fleet requirements
Develop spreadsheets, program descriptions and reports that accurately reflect AISR&T S&S capabilities, financial requirements and associated risks.
Provide support in the execution of the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) generation of capability-based requirements documents such as but not limited to Mission Area Analyses, Functional Needs Analyses, Functional Solution Analyses, Initial Capabilities Documents, Capabilities Development Documents, Capability Production Documents and Test and Evaluation Master Plans, in conformance with CJCSI 3170 (Series) and SECNAVINST 5000.2E addressing support for “capability development processes.”
Utilize the PBIS database and daily PBIS Change Report to determine whether programmatic/funding/budget issues affect N2N6 Program Elements and Line Items. Provide support on appropriate query procedures. In coordination with PPBE Coordinator and the AISR&T S&S Requirements officers, provide recommendations on how issues should be distributed within iRAPS and the NIMS databases.
Attend meetings with OSD, Joint Staff, Congressional liaisons, and other services on joint requirements and issues that support the development of N2N6 requirements. Review and support responses to Joint and Navy unclassified and classified taskers via Navy tasking systems (DON Tracker, HQWeb, SECNAV Portal).
Education/Skills/Qualifications:
10 years of experience (at least 5 years of which were in a managerial capacity) in Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance and Targeting Sensors and Systems.
2 years of experience on an Air Wing staff, ship’s company, national intelligence agency, Joint Staff or Combatant Commander’s staff
At least 2 years of experience in the Department of Defense Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) Process
A general background in intelligence is required, but an in-depth focus on a specific type of intelligence (e.g., SIGINT) is desired.

Job Description:
T2C-Global is seeking a Maritime Communications Analyst to provide support services to the Assured Command and Control Division of the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations, Information Warfare (OPNAV N2N6) in the area of Maritime and Terrestrial Communications Systems. Maritime and Terrestrial Communications Systems consist of Navy, Air Force, Army, National Security, and Allied Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) systems, along with associated submerged, afloat, ashore and aircraft integration systems. The analyst will support N2N6 in its task to establish and validate requirements, set priorities, and direct overall planning and programming for networks and communications capabilities and systems with an emphasis on program wholeness and total ownership costs.
Job Responsibilities:
Support the Government in conducting a thorough analysis of current Navy radio communications architecture and provide improvement recommendations to support Navy POM.
Provide technical expertise support to the Government by accomplishing the following: drafting, reviewing, and staffing recommended Navy plans, instructions, data calls, and requirements documents related to HF radio terminals, Battle Force Tactical Network, amphibious/Blue-in-Support-of-Green (BISOG)/US Marine Corps communications systems and initiatives, terrestrial long haul network circuits; and other current and future systems.
Education/Skills/Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements
Candidate must have excellent communication, teamwork, leadership and conflict management, and critical thinking skills.
PCM must possess the ability to bring people together around a common goal. This is done by helping team members set goals, establishing parameters for how work is performed, and ensuring that PCAs have the resources necessary to do their jobs efficiently.
Time management skills: not only being able to effectively budget their own time, but also that of employees. Duties and Responsibilities: The Senior Specialty Trainer – Engagement Team Trainer will be the Team Lead’s principal trainer and mentor for the development of engagement teams within a battalion or unit in support of task order requirements. Engagement training and mentoring builds the capacity of those established teams/sections tasked with enhancing the battalion’s awareness by identifying, mapping, and engaging vulnerable and at-risk populations. As the UN requires engagement teams to have at least 50% women, these teams are sometimes referred to as Female Engagement Teams (FETs).
Qualifications:
• Completion of a U.S. or foreign equivalent recognized FET or civil affairs course for land forces.
• Experience working in sub-Saharan Africa.
• Minimum of eleven years U.S. or foreign military experience, including service after September 11, 2001.

Overview

Responsibilities
The Support technician shall: Troubleshoot, and repair the systems, peripheral equipment and network connectivity and determine if problems are related to hardware, software, connectivity or combination of both; coordinate with co-workers, system developers, vendors and functional users to effect successful problem resolution; suggesting system modifications to preclude problem recurrence use various operating systems (currently Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Windows 7, Microsoft Windows 10 and LINUX), and diagnostic and utility software packages to correct computer configuration problems; replace faulty computer parts and components (i.e., hard-drives, Dual Inline Memory Module chips, boards, Keyboards, video boards, and other computer hardware components) with replacement parts furnished by the Government; uninstall and/or reinstall software to resolve problems; and determine whether problems are user oriented or result from equipment, hardware, software or networking failures.
The technician shall be knowledgeable when installing computer upgrades to existing equipment to ensure that all components are compatible, and no conflicts or system malfunctions occur.
All non-functioning equipment shall be repaired or required report part reported to and ordered by the Government or processed for warranty shipment within the 24 hur period following breakage. Ordering of equipment shall be executed and funded by Government. Items shall be repaired and placed back into a ready status within 24 hours of receiving repair part or item’s return from warranty repair.
