SOSi is currently seeking an
experienced Targeting Analyst - Expert Level in support of a U.S. Government
customer. The Expert Targeting Analyst will research and develop targeting
packages addressing unknown intelligence gaps for future MASINT technical collection
capabilities levied against ST R&D system(s).
Responsibilities
Create target packages and
collection strategies with observables mapped to various phenomenology and
various subdiscipline capabilities in support of collection operations.
Identify intelligence gaps of
interest and subsequently work with collection requirements managers to submit

Develops target nominations,

tactical collection needs based on raw intelligence and apply knowledge of

and defeat those WMD, and counter-threat networks. To do this, you will
prioritize and categorize requests for support, conduct analyses of device and

Proposal Summary:
Under this task order, MSI will
provide the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) with a broad range of
support, including but not limited to desk and field research, analysis, data
collection and visualization, strategy development, policy writing and
coordination, assessment, monitoring and evaluation (AM&E) capacity
building, event facilitation, and administrative backstopping to meet current
and evolving security cooperation AM&E requirements. The scope of work will
focus on conducting assessments and monitoring in accordance with a
DSCA-approved framework.

Position Summary:
The program assistant will be
responsible for administrative duties assigned by the program manager and deputy
program manager. They will set meetings for the team and secure meeting space
or set up conference calls. The successful candidate will be an effective
verbal and written communicator with experience handling correspondence and
supporting teams in widely varying time zones. This is a full-time position
based in the Washington, DC area.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree required.
· One (1) year of administrative
experience in a government setting, including drafting memos, preparing
communications on another’s behalf, organizing meetings, reserving
space/providing conference lines, monitoring a team email inbox, routing emails
to relevant team members, managing team calendars, tracking leave/TDY, and

What You'll Do
Provides support to specific COTS

Responsible for implementing

support operational systems.
Applies this insight to the

Technical Knowledge
Identify, analyze, and correct
active and impending problems with the specified COTS product
Support usage of the specified
COTS product by creating accounts, modifying configuration files, or performing
whatever actions are needed to allow users and processes to be given access to
the product or to be removed from access
Establish and operate backup and
recovery processes and procedures appropriate for the specified COTS product
Develop, modify, or enhance
applications utilizing the specified COTS product as a platform
Analyze the specified COTS product
for performance and usage issues and develop configuration and other changes
needed to prepare the COTS product for significant changes in usage levels
Assess applications utilizing the
specified COTS product for impacts due to COTS upgrades, develop plans to
implement COTS upgrades, and implement COTS upgrades in such a manner that it
minimizes user impact
Perform data analysis, data
cleansing, and data migration necessary to move data into or out of the
specified COTS product
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an
accredited college or university in Computer Science or related
discipline. Four (4) years of additional
software development experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
Three (3) years of experience in
software development/engineering

The Operations Manager for EMS
Medical Training oversees all aspects of medical training within the EMS
medical training section. The Operations Manager will provide daily and ongoing
oversight of facilities, equipment, and student records. Maintain a
professional status that supports Raven Medical’s mission and endeavors.
Provide an educational environment conducive to student success. Maintain
program compliance and accreditation standards according to National Registry
of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT), National Association of Emergency

Accreditation for Pre-Hospital Continuing Education (CAPCE), and North Carolina

Maintain current credentials or

Retain a list of on call 1099
(contract), medical personnel to support episodic training.
Manage and supervise contract

Meade, MD. The Collection Operations Manager shall review, edit, publish
intelligence reports, and provide support to collectors focusing on collection
operations against prioritized requirements.
Job Responsibilities
· Integrate the results of source
management information, targeting packages, and analytical products, manage the
production of Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs) and focus collection
efforts against prioritized Army requirements.
· Develop, implement, and assess HUMINT
collection requirements and overall HUMINT collection strategies synchronizing
the prioritization of requirements.
· Research, assess, and provide
recommendations to the operational staff for presentation to internal and
external audiences.
· Perform research and analysis that
include raw intelligence data from AOG HUMINT activities, HUMINT programs of

Required Qualifications
· Eight (8) years of experience within

HUMINT Collection Management.
· Knowledge of Army structure and defense
level intelligence operations: intelligence collection, fusion, analysis,
production, and dissemination for intelligence databases and products.
· Experience with intelligence automated
systems, especially HUMINT systems.
· Knowledge of intelligence oversight and
security guidelines pertaining to HUMINT reporting
· Excellent written communication,
research, and analytic skills - Excellent oral and written communication skills
for preparing, presenting, and communicating complex topics using available
multimedia software and applications.
· Experience with all-source intelligence
