1. Tactical Site Exploitation Instructor (Ft. Polk, LA)
Description: instruct an approved Government curriculum that includes, but is not limited to, search / tactical site exploitation theory and practical application. Instruction shall include, but is not limited to, the skill set areas of IED expertise, intelligence collection (i.e. DOCEX, MEDEX, etc.), potential crime scene documentation, phone and SIM card exploitation, and forensic / biometric evidence collection. Research TTPs being used in Iraq and Afghanistan regarding search / tactical site exploitation techniques and current IED practices.
Mandatory Qualifications:
• Former US or Foreign Military with tactical site exploitation (TSE) experience (at least 1 year within the last 3 years) in the CENTCOM (OEF/OIF) area of operation.
• Experience instructing and training IED Search / TSE.
• Knowledge of CREW and RHINO systems.
• Know all vehicular mounted systems (The Government will assist the contractor in developing and providing points of instruction for both IED-Defeat and CREW prior to the start of each class. This is to ensure the most current data and information is being utilized in the training.)
• Possess the skills, knowledge, and training to satisfactorily perform the services required by this contract.
• Read, speak, and write the English language and have the ability to communicate clearly with students and Government personnel.
• Fitness for Duty- Contractor personnel must be physically able and prepared to work in a field environment and able to travel as required to support this mission.
• Computer Usage- All personnel must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, the ability to conduct research, construct reports, and be able to prepare Power Point Presentations and other class materials.
• Must have a working knowledge of IED components, emplacement, and concealment as used in the current US Theater of Operations (OEF/OIF).
• All Contractor personnel serving on this contract shall obtain and maintain at least a secret level security clearance, at no cost to the Government. Personnel identified as requiring a clearance shall obtain and maintain the identified clearance (or interim clearance) prior to contract performance. The contractor shall comply with DOD 5220.22M (Industrial Security Manual for Safeguarding Classified Information), DOD Regulation 5220.22R (Industrial Security Program), DoD 5200.2-R, DoD Personnel Security Program and AR 380-67, Personnel Security Program, as applicable. All Contractor personnel shall have a final SECRET clearance granted within 60 days of the award of the contract.

This company produces large quantities of nitrocellulose, nitroglycerine, single and multibase propellants and TNT. All ammunition used by the Army, Air Force, Navy and Marines contain products produced by client.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Manages all subcontracts and services related to programs. Main contact for supply chain activities and disciplines and company. The PM is responsible for total supplier performance for the program. Will supervise others.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Communications - main person and contact for the assigned program(s) and supply chain management function.
Execution - responsible for communication program contractual requirements to subcontractors. Candidate must have technical knowledge of the programs managing cost, schedule and other related items with subcontractors. Reviews, edtis and prepares final documents such as subcontracts, PO's and RFPs. Leads the kick off meetings and may act as Deputy Program Manager as needed.
Program Execution - communicate overall program and subcontract objectives and establish long-range strategy for strategic subcontracts. Manage safety, environment, reliability, cost and schedule issues. Manage subcontractor selection process including use of six sigma and lean principles and tools. Use data-based decision selection processes.
Life Cycle Management - creates proposal instructions, forecasts and business models. Manages estimating & costing ground rules.
Financial Performance - manages all costs associated with subcontractors and materials for an assigned program, creates and monitors monthly sales forecasts and report variances and establish corrective action; uses SCM metrics/initiatives and keeps track of foreign currency management and advance release requirements. Establish an acquisition plan to achieve program financial objectives.
Compliance - Apply Import/Export regulations such as ITAR, EAR, DDTC registration etc. Apply security regulations concerning vendor visits or information exchange. Apply government contract requirements such as FAR, DFAR, ISO, CPSR, DCAA, SOX etc to appropriate agreements. Support auditing processes such as DCAA, CPSR, SBA, internal, etc. Critically review SCM policies and procedures for compliance and continuous improvement. company Customer Interface - Assist in balancing the interests of the customer, ATK and its subcontractors.
Technical Performance - Drive Technical excellence by working closely with Program and subcontractor engineers, setting program standards, success criteria, challenging threats, balancing risk, and delivering performance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible to oversee operations and maintenance facility work, repair and improvement projects, and housekeeping of a US Army Hospital which recently relocated from Ibn Sina to Sather AB.
• Direct reports consist of 3-4 expats and a workforce of approximately 60-70 TCNs.
• Responsible to schedule and oversee all assigned work.
• Serves as the point of contact with the government and is responsible to conduct overall management coordination with the government.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• The project manager shall have a Bachelor of Science degree from a U.S. accredited institution of higher learning in one or more of the engineering disciplines.
