Provides design, development, administration, troubleshooting, documentation, security, debugging and implementation of the hardware, operating system, and application software of Windows 2003 servers and various Storage Area Network (SAN) platforms. Researches and keeps abreast of changing technology that may enhance the operating environment. Provides support with other team members to develop an overarching architectural plan for the data center. Research and ensure adherence to implementing security updates, IAVA vulnerability patches based on guidance from the DOD/Army/RCERT/MEDCOM and scans/reviews of security policies. Provides Exchange e-mail and web software support to the enterprise local level Active Directory structure. Provide support to the customer’s Tivoli Storage Manager requirements. Performs system backups to ensure expedient restoration of the systems/applications/databases. Provides documentation to meet DOD and FDA certification requirements.

1. Establishes state-of-the-art techniques for designing, developing, modifying and troubleshooting highly complex hardware and operating software systems and

5. Creates, evaluates and fine-tunes hardware components and application configurations to achieve peak efficiency within the collaborative environment.
6. Ensures storage media is utilized effectively, economically and efficiently.
7. Sets standards for the configuration management of storage across multiple platforms

8. Establishes procedures and guidelines and recommends policy to create, modify, delete, purge, achieve and recover files.
9. Acts as platform hardware specialist to determine cause of problems that are resistant to problem solving techniques.
10. Provides third level support and troubleshooting windows platform issues.
11. Interacts closely with vendors to suggest new technologies to enhance the operational environment.
12. Provides Tier III support (the Help Desk is usually Tier I/II) to assist in trouble shooting user/customer related errors/concerns.
13. Evaluates new and existing system software and recommends changes to improve
efficiency or functionality.
14. Work with customer representative to develop and communicate customer requirements.
15. Tunes system software and performs workload analysis balancing to optimize system efficiency.
16. Ensures all software running on servers is in compliance with DOD’s Networthiness requirements.
17. Prepares and delivers presentations and briefings as required.

3. Director of Academic Programs, Air Force Center for Intelligence Analysis Studies (Maxwell AFB, AL)
Overview

The Director of Academic Programs will lead the planning, development, implementation, operation, and assessment of all academic programs for the Air Force Center for Intelligence Studies (AFCIAS). In doing so, the Director will develop and foster a community of learning among intelligence analysts throughout the Air Force and ultimately, in the greater Intelligence Community (IC) and related security fields. Although AFCIAS academic program staff and offices will be located at Air University, Maxwell AFB, Alabama, the Center’s diverse academic programs will be delivered at national and international sites, will include residential and online delivery, and will range from intensive training to graduate certificate study, often in collaboration with other academic institutions.


Duties

The Director of Academic Programs will:

• Ensure that all academic programs of the Air Force Center for Intelligence Analysis Studies are fully aligned with the greater mission, objectives, and other elements of the Center.
• Lead and coordinate all academic activity of AFCIAS, including academic policies and standards, course content and delivery, curriculum development, scheduling, and ongoing program and faculty evaluation.
• More specifically, administer the Advanced Intelligence Analysis Certificate (AIAC), a graduate certificate program; and the Advance Intelligence Analysis Skills Course, a two-week, mobile, intensive training course.
• Develop additional course offerings for AF and other IC intelligence analysts as required.
• Ensure that all education and training programs achieve and maintain the highest academic rigor, quality, and relevance; lead continuous improvement of those programs.
• Direct the efforts of faculty, advisors, and readers who deliver the Center’s academic programs.
• Oversee the learning management system and other academic sections of the AFCIAS’s virtual presence and profile on the web.
• Establish processes for and administer the admissions, enrollment, registration, student services, and academic records functions of the Center.
• Supervise support staff assigned to support Center’s academic programs.
• Provide academic and educational leadership through the exercise of such professional qualities and skills as integrity, decisiveness, team-building, responsiveness, and innovation.
• Identify all resource requirements for AFCIAS academic programs, including funding, personnel, equipment, and facilities.

8. Intelligence Instructor- Subject Matter Expert. Intelligence SME shall: Assist in developing / providing instruction related to: Intelligence Operations. Assist in developing Periods of Instruction (POI’s) and Master Lesson Files (MLF’s) for ITC and Advanced Courses. Develop, build, and scope the POI to include a classroom culmination exercise. Exercise will provide a realistic GWOT scenario in an urban/rural environment that tests and evaluates students on all the intelligence subjects taught. Contractor must detail their exercise methodology and approach.

Intelligence Instructor- Subject Matter Expert:

1. Personnel with experience developing, managing, implementing, and conducting
Intelligence and Intelligence Support for Special Operations or Special Mission Units.
2. Personnel with the ability and experience to develop and build individual and team
scenarios for Intelligence applications in multiple environments.
3. Personnel with the experience and ability to conduct detailed planning for and packaging
of all required elements and modules of MFIC into a seamless, professional and relevant
program.
4. Must possess current Secret clearance
5. SMEs must possess a minimum of 10 or more years experience within Special Forces or
Special Missions Units in USSOCOM/JSOC as a SNCO or Officer with multiple
Successful tours. This requirement is due to enhanced level of proficiency and
familiarization necessary to develop and instruct professional intelligence training
package. Some of the schools or experience that an individual should posses or have
completed may include:

1. Special Forces Assessment and Selection/Qualification Course.
2. Experience as a SF A-team SNCOIC or team/element leader within an SMU.
3. Experience as an Ops chief at the SF company or battalion level or within an SMU.
4. An Ops/Intel course conducted at a SMU.
5. Experience as an 18 F, or equivalent, with Operational Experience.
6. Advanced Non-commissioned Officer Courses.
Clearance: Secret

9. CQB Instructor:

1. Personnel must be a graduate of Service Special Operations CQB course, possess a current weapons qualification and be capable of passing a Combat Marksmanship Qualification.
2. Personnel must be familiar with Operational Risk Management, and be capable of receiving a Camp Lejeune Range Safety Officer Certification.
3. Personnel must have recent and relevant combat experience, and be familiar with current CQB TTP’s
4. Personnel must have experience as an instructor at a Special Operations CQB Course. Formal School Instructor Course (FSIC) or equivalent desired
5. Personnel must have curriculum development experience (graduate of Curriculum Developers Course or equivalent) is desired.
6. Personnel must posses advance Microsoft Office skills in ( Word, Excel, and Power Point)
7. Personnel must be capable of wearing organization PPE for 8 to 10 hours throughout training days.
8. Must possess current Secret clearance

10. Weapons and Tactics Instructor

1. Personnel must be a graduate of Service reconnaissance course, possess a current weapons qualification and be capable of passing a Combat Marksmanship Qualification.
2. Personnel must be familiar with Operational Risk Management, and be capable of receiving a Camp Lejeune Range Safety Officer Certification.
3. Personnel must have recent and relevant combat experience, and be familiar with current small unit TTP’s
4. Personnel must have experience as an instructor at a small unit tactics course. Formal School Instructor Course (FSIC) or equivalent desired
5. Personnel must have curriculum development experience (graduate of Curriculum Developers Course or equivalent) is desired.
6. Personnel must posses advance Microsoft Office skills in ( Word, Excel, and Power Point)
7. Personnel must be capable of wearing organization PPE for 8 to 10 hours throughout training days.
8. Must possess current Secret clearance

11. EMT
1. Must possess a current National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) certification and/ or a North Carolina State EMT certification.
2. Must be prior military service as a combat medic (8404 FMF Corpsman, 68W/91B Army Combat Infantry Medic)
3. Must possess current Secret clearance

12. CMA
1. Must possess a current National Registry of Medical Assistants certification and/ or a North Carolina State CMA certification.
2. High School diploma or equivalent
3. Medical Assistant certificate from an accredited medical assistant school or proof of grandfathered certification.
4. Current healthcare professional level CPR certification issued by American Heart Association, American Red Cross, American Safety Health Institute or National Safety Council.
5. Preferred Experience: Minimum of six months to one-year experience in an emergency department or urgent care, or work as a Hospital Corpsman in a Battalion Aide Station or Clinic
