Provide political and societal insight and perspective to the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) to support the forecasting process through research, analysis and networking to understand and predict competing groups and bodies related to irregular threats in the context of dynamic evolving environments. Must be familiar with a wide range of regions, political systems, social dynamics, and possess expertise in political factors, leadership, messaging, history and group objective development and behavior. Must be able to determine the system and logic of political and social groups within a given environment and provide predictive analysis on how these systems are likely to evolve given anticipated changes to the environment. Assist in the interpretation of data fusion products, the design of systemic models and provide expertise to optimize the outputs of system simulations. Provide insight and understanding into the political and social aspects of irregular threat behavior, logic, and motivation as well as identify potential / expected vulnerabilities and opportunities for exploitation. Forecast how anticipated changes in the environment will alter group behavior, goals and practices as they relate to terrorism, irregular warfare and other forms of conflict. Determine how new technologies will change system and group behavior. Must possess the ability to communicate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams and senior DoD and Interagency officials.

SOSi Ltd is seeking OSINT analysts and interpreters for an immediate proposal effort.

Description of work
Open-Source Intelligence Analyst requirements include tasks associated with Decisive Counter Terrorism phase of operations to include supporting through interpretation: Sensitive Site Exploitation, Document Exploitation. OSINT Analysts shall be required to accompany Special Forces on Combat missions. They shall support Operation Enduring Freedom - Trans Saharan Human Intelligence and Signals Intelligence Collection missions.
Analysts will be based in Germany and will be deployed for a six-month period within selected countries within OEF-TS AOR (Algeria, Libya, Tunisia, Mali, Mauritania, Senegal, Morocco, Western Sahara, Burkina Gaso, Niger, Nigeria, and Chad). Analysts will support missions of JSOTF persistent elements based primarily within US Embassies that are conducted at the Secret level.

Requirements
Clearance:
Must possess Secret clearance

Language:
Open Source Analysts must be fluent in one or more of the following languages: Tamacheck, Maghreb Arabic, Hasanya Arabic and Hausa. Basic ability to read and write French is highly desired. OSINT Analysts may be required to interpret during discussions and meetings.

Capabilities:
-Must be capable of operating in an austere environment with physically demanding requirements.
-Must be physically fit and capable of maintaining Special Forces work pace.

Education:
-Must be high school graduate or equivalent education.

Experience:
-Understanding of Islamic culture

REQUIREMENTS:
Training and Experience:

29. Construction Branch Manager (Ft. Lewis, WA)

This position manages a multi-disciplined team in the accomplishment
of contract goals and objectives including responsibility for budget,
staffing, and overall performance. You will manage all aspects of the
construction operation: interface with branch leadership including
Area Project Managers and Project Managers, manage all Branch Office
staffing, enforce company policies, maintain client relationships and
ensure projects are completed in accordance with the contract
requirements while maintaining safety, quality, budget and schedule.
You will assist with branch marketing efforts and support division
business development initiatives. You will provide divisional project
oversight on a project by project basis, review project performance

The Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced engineer to support space experiment planning and mission data analysis at the Missile Defense Space Experiment Center (MDSEC) at Colorado Springs, CO. Provides technical knowledge and experience to the MDSEC to integrate and demonstrate space contributions to the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS). Investigates DoD and National Security Space Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) capabilities for BMDS application, collaborates across MDA, DoD, and National Security Space communities, investigates common infrastructure and capabilities to support BMDS space layer maturation. Individual would determine data requirements and conduct sensor data analysis in support of satellite sensor data collection activities. This position is analytical in nature and would include predictive analysis and modeling for characterization of system performance. Individual would support future Precision Tracking Space System (PTSS) studies and analyses.
Requires a BS degree in a technical field with 8+ years experience in a relevant operations, engineering and analysis environment. Highly desired is experience with IR and OPIR related phenomenology and/or analysis. Desired experience in missile defense, satellite/sensor operations and/or sensor design/engineering.
