We have spent the last 2 years ensuring we have a strong positive reputation in the community. Our company participates as a member of our local Senior Resource Council and we have been nominated as the President-Elect for the Colorado Springs American Business Women’s Association (ABWA). Recently, we have recruited and hired, an experienced Presidents Club winning Sales Manager with extensive connections in the Colorado Springs healthcare market.
Colorado has recently established licensure criteria for all home healthcare companies which is effective January 1, 2010. The requirements will burden the non-franchised companies which do not have well defined process in place. Some have started to close their doors, which should result in better market share for the established companies. We feel strongly that our Franchise brand, our recent staff acquisition and our strong positive reputation will result in expediential growth for the next owner.
Asking Price and Selling Terms: We feel this is an exceptional price for a large territory with an established company at $95,000.
