Key Role: Analysts perform tasks that arc typically found in an organization using all-source intelligence to produce a fused intelligence product for the Command and DOD consumers. In addition to analysis and production, analysts employ and apply several DOD intelligence capabilities, doctrine, and other overarching documents that support all phases of planning and operations for the Command. This analysis is required to meet global strike and operational deterrence missions by providing analysis and targeting assessments in direct support of USSTRATCOM OPLAN 8010 objectives and effects including integrating non-traditional analysis to include deterrence, cyber, behavioral/human factors, cultural, space, and threat finance. Define and Identify signatures for state and non-state actors to further analytical mission requirements.
Analysis shall include identifying operational centers of gravity leading to target selection, discovering key components and the links between the various systems, the detection of state and non-state actors who are seeking or currently employ WMD and ultimately selecting targets to support Commander (CDR) USSTRATCOM's OPLAN 8010 objectives and effects. Resulting system should provide deliberate and operational planners targets including; critical nodes in adversarial nuclear, biological, chemical, and missile systems that may be vulnerable to interdiction, and High Payoff Targets (HPT). Also all associated facts and assumptions. Will integrate unclassified open source and classified intelligence information as well as engineering and Support USSTRATCOM Global Strike and Space mission areas.

Requires:
" Full understanding of the intelligence community processes, identifying indicators, understanding of methodologies. targeting processes, and contingency and adaptive planning process.
" Expertise, experience and/or education in intelligence, operational targeting to include kinetic/non-kinetic, human factors/behavioral analysis experience. cyber, space, along with a background of skill sets in the planning processes (e.g. Time Sensitive Planning) and effects based operations to be able to identify indicators specific to mission objectives.
" Experience in the operation and maintenance of networks and systems.
" Experience and/or knowledge in analysis and documentation of military war plans and development of concept of operations documents for the military.
" 15 years documented experience in combined Combatant Command/JFCC/Service Space Intel Targeting Support (SITS) and Space Intel Preparation of the Battlespace (SIPB), to include extensive General/Flag officer preparation/briefing skills.
" 5-10 years experience in Space Systems Operations, Radio Wave/Signals Intelligence, Space requirements/allocation experience and JSpOC experience.
