18. Foreign Materiel Munitions Operations Support Specialist (Washington, DC)

Clearance Required: Minimum Active Secret Clearance

McNeil Technologies is seeking a Foreign Material Munitions Operations Support Specialist in support of a client in Washington, DC. The candidate will provide direct support to ongoing intelligence logistics operations in support of OEF/OIF missions.
2. Support inventory control using the Foreign Materiel Management System (FORMMS), dealing with commodity categories of general munitions, explosively formed penetrators (EFPs) and other improvised explosive devices (IEDs) and weapon systems ranging from small arms through artillery and armored combat vehicles, as associated with the threats to U.S. and coalition forces in OEF/OIF.
3. Research, prepare documentation, file and track Interim Hazard Classifications (IHC) for all munitions acquired for intelligence exploitation and weapons development in support of OEF/OIF and Foreign Materiel Program (FMP) missions.
4. Prepare documents for tracking shipments of munitions, weapons systems and components.
5. Identify ammunition by type and constituents to determine hazards associated with munitions. (At least one of the two contracted individuals must be Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) Qualified.) Prepare documentation to assign interim hazard classification (IHC) for foreign munitions.

Required:

Equivalent MOS qualifications from other military services or civilian munitions certifications will be considered. Unexploded Ordnance certification is a definite advantage, active Secret clearance, munitions depot operations to include receipt, transporting, inventory, storage, and disposal experience is highly desired.
