Key Role:
Provide intelligence support to information operations (IO) and computer network operations (CNO) mission areas, including computer network attack (CNA), computer network exploitation (CNE), and computer network defense (CND). Perform all-source intelligence research, analysis, production, collection management and dissemination, and cyber-related strategic Joint Intelligence Preparations of the Operational Environment (JIPOE). Develop inputs to the client's documents, including operational plans (OPLANS), concept plans (CONPLANs), concepts of operation (CONOPs), implementation plans (I-Plans), capstone requirements documents (CRDs), operational requirements documents (ORDs), mission need statements (MNS), and architectures. Develop warning problems and WATCHCON change reports (WCR) and produce fused open source driven intelligence products under the authority of the US Network Activity Team (US- NAT). This position is located in Omaha, NE.

Basic Required Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with performing classified and open source data gathering and analysis, documenting results of analysis in formal written reports, and preparing and presenting oral presentations
-3+ years of experience with conducting real world computer network operations
-Experience with DoD intelligence community analytic and collection requirements generation tools, processes, and procedures
-Experience in interacting with staff from USTRATCOM, DoD, USG, US IC, Allied nations, academia, and the private sector
-Knowledge of the US intelligence community and DoD
-Active TS/SCI clearance
-AA or AS degree

Additional Desired Qualifications:
-Experience with the cultural or language skills for the Middle East, Asia, South Asia, and South America preferred

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities Include: This is a Forward Deployed position to an OCONUS location (IZ or AF) for four to five months duration in addition to one month CONUS Training and Pre-deployment activities. Superior performance may lead to contract extension.

This engineer will be forward deployed to perform on-site technical duties on numerous projects/requirements being supported by the team.
• Provide on-site network engineering support in forward deployed locations with direct customer contact and support to evolving crisis needs, presenting solutions, and working toward full implementation.
• Provide analysis and recommendations pertaining to network optimization and enhancements in order to improve performance, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Implementation of network equipment (hardware and software) and perform configuration changes as documented in Customers Engineering Orders (EO). This also includes the maintenance of the equipment and infrastructure following implementation.
• Generation and maintenance of all network related documentation for the forward deployed location to include current and future floor plans, rack elevations, equipment lists, router/switch configurations and spare inventory.
• Facilitate Technical Exchange Meetings (TEM's) as needed to further develop system requirements and design, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Coordination with on-site customer and appropriate IT/IS peers for the scheduling, tracking and status of Authorized Outages (AO).
• Technical Collaboration with the Crisis Team (CONUS) for all issues to include design through implementation and for Reach Back support needs.
• Perform site surveys and generate the associated documentation to include: site layout, power, infrastructure, floor plans, rack layouts, cable distribution systems, HVAC and other environmental impacts.
• Management of all Government customer IP address space utilized at the forward deployed location. This includes the documentation of device name, MAC address, location, and port assignment of all equipment that contains a Government customer provided IP address.

Network and System Administration.

KEY ROLE.

Function as a the Client Support/Functional System Administrator.

Install, upgrade, test, and maintain network infrastructure components in 25 communication rooms/8 different buildings.

Install, upgrade, test and maintain over 30 information systems/data center hardware/software components including, but not limited to, Pharmacy Systems, AudioCare patient communication system, Coding Compliance Editor, Digital Transcription, Digital Dental Radiology, Digital Radiology, and MTF specific Office Automation systems (i.e., SQL, IIS, VERITAS, MS OS).

Provide analysis, programming, implementation, maintenance, modification, and re-engineering and technical leadership on complex problems involving information technology equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Provide technical knowledge of applications, systems analysis, and programming. Shall be responsible for multiple phases of a project.

Maintain inventory and device management lists and databases by updating records when changes occur. These records include inventory databases, Internet Protocol lists, and other device management tools.

Responsible for making equipment and process improvement recommendations to management. May be required to attend meetings as a technical expert to obtain management buy-in to recommended changes.

Interface with vendor support service groups and provide internal analysis and support to ensure appropriate notification during outages or period of degraded system performance.

Assists with the timely distribution of equipment and software. Maintains physical control of original software shipped with all computers and equipment. Contractor is responsible for maintaining positive control of all software licensing agreements

Utilize the clients automated management tools to record, troubleshoot, refer, solve and close customer requests for assistance.

Ensure all Air Force Computer Emergency Response Team (AFCERT) messages/Time Compliance Network Orders (TCNO) are complied with in a timely manner to meet established deadlines.

Report security breaches, distribute security information, and assist with System Certification & Accreditation packages development.

Executes tape/disk backups on all assigned systems at specified times to prevent potential data loss from malfunctions and preserve database integrity. Maintains tape/disk library in MTF designated location. Restore files and databases when requested.

Provide configuration, modification, and testing of network routers, switches, and hubs. May also be required to provide configuration for network address translation support where necessary for connections between the base Office Automation LAN and medical network.

Provides support for inside computer/LAN cable installation, testing, termination, and maintenance. Such installation will provide no warranty of installed cable or drops and all material and equipment required will be provided by the government.

Monitors and responds to complex hardware, software, and network problems utilizing a variety of hardware and software testing tools and techniques. Documents solutions and standard operating practices in a continuity folder for future reference.

Notifies/coordinates vendors/mission partners of software/hardware problems and/or upgrades to correct system/equipment faults.

Function as Client Support Administrator.

Analyze and resolve customer requests for assistance or elevate to a higher Tier support level as required.

Utilize the client automated management tools to record, troubleshoot, refer, solve and close customer requests for assistance.

Install, upgrade, test and maintain software and hardware.

Inform users about new procedures and policies established to increase hardware and software efficiency and/or changes to the information technology environment.

Support planning for equipment deployments and reallocations to improve systems productivity and recommend changes to users/management when inefficiencies are identified.

Deploy hardware and software to include desktop and laptop workstations, printers, and other input, output or telecommunication devices and turning in excess or outdated equipment in accordance with client guidelines.

Reconcile Automated Data Equipment (ADPE) inventories in accordance with client guidelines and function as ADPE primary or alternate equipment custodian for the client assets.

Provide assistance for migration of data and orientation to the operation of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Productivity Software and other software applications utilized by end users.

Troubleshoot basic connectivity issues (Network Interface Card to wall plate).

JOB SUMMARY:

Ensures company’s core business in Alaska are developed and marketed in accordance with Strategic Plan objectives to maximize and increase business revenues. Coordinates with subsidiary company Presidents and Business Development Staff to obtain new business within the Alaska Region. Responsible for leading Business Development phases of marketing, capture, and proposal development support in Alaska. Represents Aleut within the community to provide business opportunities for growth. Would be required to visit military sites and meet with contracting officers, other officials, and project personnel in Alaska. Would provide Aleut capability briefings to senior officers and civilian leadership in Alaska.



ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

 Assists AMS Business Development to:
 Research, analyzes and monitors target industry financial, technological and demographic factors to capitalize on current and future market opportunities following Aleut strategic plans and objectives
 Identify and qualify target clients for each core business within Alaska; leads pursuit of new business opportunities; tracks and monitors progress in pursuit of business.
 Coordinate bids for new projects; appraises project profitability, and assesses potential for future business growth.
 Prepare capabilities statements and presentations, qualification packages, responds to request for information (RFI), sources sought, and other government capabilities requests.
 Develop opportunity-specific capture plans, teaming arrangements, and proposals.
 Establish and grow network of key contacts with government customers, contractors and consultants; develops positive working relationships and alliances to obtain information regarding potential new business opportunities.
 Participates in professional organizations and conferences to develop and expand key industry contacts while promoting Aleut companies
 Promote utilization of existing contracts to support new customer requirements.
