Successful candidate will be the full time Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) supporting multiple classified infrastructures and programs. The ISSO will be responsible for the certification and accreditation of various classified AIS as specified within the appropriate Program Security Requirements and ensures that operational security is maintained for each AIS. The ISSO ensures that all AIS are employed and operated in accordance with an approved Master System Security Plan/System Security Plan (MSSP/SSP) and meet all government audit requirements. The ISSO shall also be responsible for installation, user training, management, and monitoring of multiple classified communication systems that support various government cognizant agencies.

Successful candidate will be the full time Information Systems Security Officer supporting multiple classified infrastructures and programs. The ISSO will responsible for the secure operation of various classified AISs as specified within the appropriate Program Security documentation. The ISSO ensures that all AIS are employed and operated in accordance with an approved MSSP/SSP through integration of all the security disciplines and are consistent with the personnel, physical, and administrative security procedures maintained by specific program requirements and meet government audit requirements. The ISSO is responsible for administering the operational security requirements for each AIS during its operation. The ISSO shall also be responsible for monitoring the secure operation of the various AIS within the environment defined by the appropriate MSSPs/SSPs including the auditing requirements per customer guidelines, (e.g., weekly). Also, that the audit records are properly archived for future reference. ISSO position also requires that all MSSPs and SSPs are maintained for the site and work with the Designated Accrediting Authority (DAA) to seek and/or maintain accreditation in support of all company programs.

Candidate must have 5 years minimum experience in the areas of stand alone, multi-user and networked classified systems. Candidate must have experience in securing classified infrastructure including understanding of DCID/ICD, JAFAN, NIST 800-53, DITSCAP, and DISA STIGs. Experinence with PKI and DoD PKI policies in particular a plus. Experience in computer incident response is a must. Must be conversant and competant with the most common operating systems for Windows (Servers and Work Stations).

Desired certifications include: CISSP, ISSM/ISSO, Chapter 8 NISPOM and COMSEC.

Candidate must possess a current TS/SCI clearance and either hold or be prepared to submit to a polygraph.

6. Program Manager (Afghanistan)
Duties: Serve as contractor's primary point of contact and representative authorized to interface with the Prime Contractor, Government Contracting Officer (CO), Government Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Government Program Manager and customer agency representatives. Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes and goals of the organization to subordinate contractor personnel.


Responsible for the overall contract performance on a multi-year program to provide logistics, procurement, facilities maintenance/O&M, life support and security and shall not serve in any other capacity under this contract. Provide contract status reports to responsible Client Representatives, to include Government Program Manager and/or Government COR. Interface with customer agency staff on status of contract performance. Coordinate program review meetings, including overall responsibility arranging for facilities and equipment, developing agendas, preparing attendance lists and publishing meeting results. Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and implementation of all contract support activities. Formulate and review project feasibility studies, determine costs, ensure conformance to work standards. Manage systems safety studies. Identify, acquire and utilize company resources to achieve project technical objectives.


Experience; Qualifications: At a minimum should have a bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related scientific/technical discipline from a college or university accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. At a minimum should have a total of twelve (12) years of relevant work experience in federal contracting with supervision experience of large federal programs. Experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above. Prior military service desired. Prior experience in theater desired.


Working knowledge of U.S. Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and principles of project/program management is required.


No Security Clearance required, however, the candidate must pass a comprehensive background check and be suitable to receive a US Government clearance.


Location is Kabul, Afghanistan with scheduled R&R. Travel around Afghanistan (via air transportation) will be required.

Required Qualifications:

Position Description Provide support to land mobile radio operations. Work with other engineers focused on wireless systems for two-way and multi-point applications. Must have a detailed understanding of land mobile radio technologies and recommend new approaches, solutions, and procedures for utilizing land and mobile radio technologies.
Specific Requirements • Associates Degree or 5 yrs Telecommunications experience
• LMR experience with M/A COM and other P25 compliant systems
• 2 years CISCO and BROCADE, UHF/VHF Line of Site Radio Transmission experience
• 2 years QA for installation projects

Position Description Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems. Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems. Provide support to IT systems including: day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client problems. Provide second level problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems. Provide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remain involved in the resolution process. Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
Specific Requirements • Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA) or higher with at least 5 years of Microsoft Windows Support with 3 of the five specifically supporting Active Directory based hosts.
• Level IV will be involved in overseeing the Active Directory operational health, ensuring TD and IC IT policies are enforced.
• Must possess experience in one or more systems and architectures and associated hardware: mainframe, mini, or client/server based.
