Responsibilities: A General Engineer shall serve as a Facilities Engineer, Program Manager/Coordinator, and/or Technical Advisor responsible for all life cycle phases of the Government's facilities program. A General Engineer shall perform any or all of the following functions as specified in the task order:

• All personnel working shall be either United States citizens, host nation citizens or foreign citizens sponsored by GPS and able to obtain clearance and access by the Base Military Security or Provost Marshall's Office.

Experience, Skills and Background required: The Facility Security Officer must have a minimum of ten years experience, including 6-years managerial experience. This will include scheduling work load of performance engineers and communicating status of all work to project managers, IPT manager and Senior IT and business management when required. Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:

1. Determine requirements and, if necessary, set up arrangements to go to the field to analyze situations as required utilizing the necessary equipment, i.e. mechanical, hydraulic and electronic test equipment and submit detailed reports on each situation to determine cause and implement corrective action.

2. Meet professionally with other company personnel, i.e. Product and Test Engineers and contact Quality Analysis to initiate and follow up on any corrective action required in resolving field situations.

3. Coordinate communications pertaining to Product Service and installations in response to individual service questions.

4. Take responsibility for new product installations in the field consisting of verifying performance, alignment, hydraulics, control, etc. Write and present concise reports on the installation noting changes that should be made to make the product more salable.

5. Design and implement technical service training programs to qualified personnel on company products at customer sites and at the company including production of service manuals.

6. Be knowledgeable on all products, product changes and new products with regards to design, applications, operation and installation and changes to service manuals.

7. Travel up to 25% as needed to support field service.

Ideal Background:
I have 3 one hour phone interview slots for Wed. April 28th.

-Experience with mechanical/hydraulic products.

-BSME or BSEE plus a minimum of five years experience in product application analysis testing and installation or technical degree
with equivalent experience.

Someone not afraid to get dirty and help with an install! Must have a good presentation skills too. They will be talking with a lot of
customers.
