POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Manages, and supervises personnel within a supply support activity (SSA), Central Issue Facility (CIF), and Ammunition Supply Point (ASP), Food Service Support Office, and Petroleum Oil & Lubricants (POL). Supply Manager is responsible for implementing STAMIS systems policy and functional procedures IAW Army supply regulations..




DUTIES:
o Responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and issuance of supplies and equipment at the technical supply or DSU level in accordance with established policies and regulations.
o Plans requirements for stockage and control based on accumulation of demand data.
o Controls management of operational float stocks to ensure compliance with Army policy.
o Inspects supported units to ensure supply performance standards are being achieved.
o Provides technical guidance to personnel of supported units/activities in order to assist, establish, and maintain adequate stockage levels for mission accomplishment.
o Conducts periodic inventories of stockage supply items, initiates action for disposition of excesses, and makes recommendations for changes to the authorized stockage list (ASL).
o Develops standard operating procedures and performs administrative duties related to the supply activity.




REQUIREMENTS:
o 10 years of US Army Supply / Logistic Management as a Logistics Officer/ Warrant senior Noncommissioned Officer (NCO) or DOD civilian with DOL leadership and management experience.
o Ability to gain cooperation and coordinate the work of others.
o Skilled in written and oral presentations.
o Capability to adjust work operations to meet emergency or changing program or production requirements within available resources and with minimum sacrifice to quantity and quality of work.
o Ability to establish program objectives or performance goals and assess progress.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Transportation Manager will be located on site and report to the Project Manager. The Manager will Provide leadership and guidance to all transportation personnel. Will Coordinate and recommend all department improvements to better utilize assets and personnel where needed.


DUTIES
o Monitors and calculates equipment requirements to maintain budget status.
o Advises and coordinates with the customer on transportation issues and to monitor their satisfaction.
o Initiates procedures to better track all missions, driver's performance, maintenance and accountability of everything that is transported.

Position Description
KBR is seeking a Transportation Coordinator for Ft. Bliss. Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


o Assist in the development of transportation plans, policies, and procedures necessary to provide support in the areas of services.

Budget support shall entail preparing the agency budget submissions within the financial and budget management systems (BASIS/PARIS).

Duties


Support the senior Budget Officer and Comptroller in the areas of budget execution and formulation.
Preparation of the annual budget submissions; assist in providing guidance to directorate and center personnel on technical program and budget matters.
Review and verify program and budget data submitted by directorates and centers.
Preparation of accurate reports and providing of value-added analysis of budget and financial data.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is in the Strategic Solutions and Industry Initiatives group within over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives collateral management. The scope of this group from a business perspective extends to all trading and sales activity involving collateralized OTC derivatives across asset classes. The geographic responsibilities of the unit are global and hence members of the team are distributed in all major time zones. The key rational for creation of this team is recognition of complexities involved with a global function that supports complex products across asset classes and strategic nature of its impact on competitive advantage, risk and hence capital and profitability of the firm. This is in the backdrop of siesmic shifts in industry landscape particularly regulatory changes effecting the OTC derivatives products. The focus of the group therefore is internal controls, industry initiatives involving portfolio reconciliations and dispute resolution as well as collateral process for special purpose entities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop functional policy and process to identify key risks and controls across OTC derivatives collateral management process.

• Develop key management matrices to monitor and conclude on design and operational effectiveness of critical controls.

• Develop risk mitigation procedures around following key areas:

o Non-straight through processing; manual adjustments resulting in changes to collateral amounts
o Credit data warehouse to collateral system reconciliation particularly ARCTIC to ALGO
o Balance sheet sign off process for collateral-related general ledger accounts (BSAO)
o 14 key controls identified in a recent high level analysis.
o Develop key management matrices to monitor effectiveness of these controls

CORE COMPETENCIES:

• Any or combination of the following disciplines:

o Valuations, P&L reporting, operations (trade booking, confirmations, settlements),
collateral management as well as balance sheet attestment and reconciliations preferred.

o Product experience: OTC derivatives and or fixed income preferred

o Managerial experience: 3-5 years preferably in financial services industry

o Educational qualifications: CPA or graduate level degree in finance and or accounting

o Communication skills: Ability to present complex issues/ideas in an easy to understand manner.

Supports projects relating to change initiatives impacting multiple businesses unites, product lines, or business processes. Projects require cross-divisional coordination, communication, influence and negotiation. Provides advanced analytical support for change initiatives. Responsible for development of requirements, UAT testing deliverables, significant contributions to the design, development and completion of project deliverables. Works with the project team members on all phases of initiatives and may have some leadership responsibility in directing and evaluating the work of more junior analysts. Works on portions of projects as directed. Typically a minimum of 4 and up to 8 years experience in change management. 4 year degree.

Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of structured project management methods (e.g. PMBOK)
- Knowledge of structured business analysis (e.g. 6 Sigma, DMAIC)
- Experience of working in Financial Services, especially Investment Banking (fixed income, derivatives, equities, etc)

Position Description:

Manages, supervises, and coordinates the efforts of contractor personnel (analysts) in their provision of support. Determines required resources to complete work effort. Recommends contractor travel plans to support events away from resident site. Possesses detailed and functional knowledge of the Marine Corps and joint/combined Planning Process and Naval Construction Force, Marine Corps and joint doctrine related to military engineering functions. Conducts tactical and operational planning at the conceptual, functional and detailed levels for Naval Construction Force units at various echelons from the Division to Battalion level. Advises and/or performs the functional responsibilities of event billets that may include but are not limited to Battalion, Regimental and Division staff sections for Naval Construction Force, service and functional component headquarters and Joint Force Headquarters IAW area of emphasis. Performs research of concepts and plans and conducts analysis of factual data and prepares reports, briefs, and documents in support of event scenario development and higher and adjacent headquarters functions. Participates in, and conducts reviews and structured walkthroughs of events, operation orders and plans, and information gathering requirements. Creates and edits documents, analyzes problem areas and postulates feasible solutions. Attends conferences and meetings and represents the Naval Construction Force position at both the resident site and other locations off-site. Compiles data, reports and other documents required to create a planning book and scenario scene-setter to support story lines and events. During actual event acts in advisory role to the training audience as required. On occasion, is expected to perform responsibilities associated with government counterparts. Assists in reviewing classified material and recommends a lesser classification for use in events, demonstrations, reports, and/or briefings.

Position Description:

Threat Finance Instructor for full-time teaching positions to work at the Joint Military Intelligence Training Center (JMITC). Team member will travel approximately 30% of the year. Instructor should be an All-Source Analyst with 3+ years of specific threat finance experience, though other backgrounds with extensive threat finance experience will be considered. Candidate needs to having working knowledge of Iraq or Afghanistan threat finance cells, fraud investigations, formal and informal banking procedures, hawalas, money laundering, cash smuggling, and other sources of terrorist financing. Candidate must be able to identify facilities and participants which influence operation and funding of threat organizations, identify working relationships between financial elements within the organization and outside entities, and maintain liaisons with other organizations.
