The Creative Director is responsible for all creative projects and the supervision of eight-person creative team. The Creative Director will manage all creative projects from creation to completion, overseeing emergent edits and changes in the product during production and will help in the creation of creative concepts for radio and TV products. Knowledge of editing/final cut pro, film production, copywriting and graphic design is required. They should also possess some leadership, communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities
The Media Analysis Manager will conduct research, assessments and provide analytical reports on open foreign media sources from a broad range of conduits but not limited to TV, newspapers, radio, internet, periodicals and press agencies. The Analyst must be capable of developing timely professionally written reports and proficient in preparing presentations and results to senior military civilian leaders and staff officers. Reports will require analytical writing that details media conduits, trends and patterns, and market surveys of varied audiences within the country. Additionally, the analyst will be required to translate select audio, video and text materials from Arabic into English for additional analysis.

Required Qualifications
• BS or BA in journalism, sociology, anthropology or other liberal arts discipline

Position Summary
The Operations Director will have responsibility for the day-to-day management of all operational activities of the Program Fusion Cell that contains Research and Analysis, Information Operations, Creative Design and Media Analysis. This position will also direct the synchronization and coordination of program activities related to program performance and effectiveness. Position Description Candidate will provide systems engineering support to the SEWS Lead Engineer to include integration with Global Command & Control System (GCCS), Radiant Mercury for SEWS, TRS/MATT radios and participation in various working groups and COCOM health checks to ensure correct implementation of SEWS systems. Candidate will be responsible for identifying new R&D initiatives capable of propelling the SEWS PO to new technological areas. Candidate will utilize extensive systems architecture experience to design future systems designed to keep the Shared Early Warning System relevant. Provide systems engineering support for development of SEWS systems. Monitor and analyze trends, policies, operations and technology evolution and provide input to SEWS strategic planning and risk analysis/mitigation process. Specific Requirements • Strong Research and Development skills are critical to this position.

• The candidate must have an extensive missile warning background in IBS-S, IBS-I, radio suites (TRS and MATT), SIBRS, DSP, and be able to utilize this background to solve varied and complex problems across multiple computer platforms, communication and cryptographic methodologies. Candidate must possess a complete understanding of networks, radio frequency communication, serial communication (RS-232, 530, etc) and be able to flawlessly integrate these different communication methods.

General Description:
The Global Distance Support Center (GDSC) is located in the Supply Chain Management Department, Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego, CA. The GDSC is the single point of contact for worldwide customers. GDSC representatives are customer advocates and recognized specialists in supply logistics operations. They are call demand analysts responsible for performing a wide variety of complex tasks using multiple data base systems to provide information, perform trend analysis, solve problems, process material requirements and provide problem solutions for worldwide fleet and shore activities. A detailed knowledge of integrated logistics support, service peculiar maintenance philosophies, requisitioning behaviors and material management techniques are required. Functions assigned to this position encompass both manual and mechanized operations involving various professional fields and technical operations.

Computer skills Microsoft Office as well as email and excellent customer service experience is required.

Specific Requirements:

• Knowledge of multiple complex software systems and databases to assist and provide customers' worldwide support.

• Detailed knowledge of Customer Tracking Program (Support Magic) software.

• Knowledge of practical analytical skills, personal computer operations and the ability to execute daily work in Microsoft programs, databases, and programming and spreadsheet applications is required.

• Must have either an active current security clearance or recent National Agency Check with Local records check (NACLC) with credit check.

• Knowledge of Navy Supply System is preferred but not required.

15. Position: C++ Software Engineer (Colorado Springs, CO)

Software Engineer to support the Threat Modeling Center (TMC) on the JRDC Program.
Professional mid-level software engineer supporting the TMC's efforts to ensure threat modeling software and supporting tools provide state of the art code and missile modeling capabilities required to meet the Missile Defense Agency's requirements. Primary responsibilities include: designing, developing, maintaining and modifying code used to integrate missile and air models into high resolution simulation media to support Ballistic Missile Defense System events. Develop specialized tools, routines and utilities to support graphics, missile modeling databases and complex algorithms to ensure intelligence credible and conceptional engineering missile model parameters are represented accurately. Will be called on to support both high and low level software design efforts along with code validation, verification and testing activities. This is a technical software orientated position. The selected candidate will be required to mentor junior software and missile modeling engineers. Limited travel may be required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline is required. A minimum of 5 years experience in software development is required. A strong background in C and C++ programming is required. Must have a working knowledge of ballistic missile flight characteristics and missile modeling parameters to ensure organic software can be integrated efficiently. Attention to detail is a must. Must be a "self starter" with the ability to work without supervision. Must have a final DoD Secret security clearance, with the ability to qualify for Top Secret and SCI access.
Familiarity with intelligence, missile defense doctrine, concepts of operations, tactics, techniques, and procedures is desirable. Knowledge of the flight characteristics, motion, atmospheric dynamics and missile performance parameters necessary to model ballistic missiles is preferred. Network Security Engineer to support the JRDC program.
Description:
Network Security Engineer to investigate and analyze all response activities related to computer security incidents. These tasks include, but are not limited to: creating and maintaining incident tracking information; planning, coordinating, and directing recovery activities; and incident analysis tasks, including examining all available information and supporting evidence or artifacts related to an incident or event. Use data collected from a variety of CND tools (including intrusion detection system alerts, firewall and network traffic logs, and host system logs) to analyze events that occur within their environment. Perform assessments of systems and networks within the MDA and identify where those systems/networks deviate from acceptable configurations, enclave policy, or local policy. Network Engineer responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing a High Speed Transport (DWDM) capability for the JRDC program. This position is contingent upon contract negotiations and is a temporary 6 month assignment with possibility of becoming permanent.

Network Engineering duties include developing an enterprise class engineering solution for a fully redundant, highly available optical network capable of transporting secure and non-secure data throughout the MDIOC. DMETS AEGIS Operator: to operate all equipment associated with
Distributed Multi‐echelon Training System (DMETS) and provide AEGIS

warfighters by operating the missile defense training simulation systems.
Specifically the individual must have current experience working with
AEGIS BMD baselines, combat system and tactical voice reporting

starting and stopping training events for warfighters. Daily coordination
of activities with DMETS teammates including personnel operating the
Distributed GMD System Trainer (DGST) and the training C2BMC Suite.
Operator must be able to work well within a small team of two to four
personnel. An operations manual is provided but does not cover every
situation therefore the operator must be able to overcome obstacles and
continue to provide training. DMETS is scheduled to operate 80 hours
per week from 0600 to 2200. No one is required to operate more than
40 hours per week, and the shift will change weekly from 0600 to 1400
and 1400 to 2200. However, there are times that shift work and
weekends are required based on the needs of warfighter and the
availability of DMETS support equipment.

Minimum Requirements:
Associate’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Well versed
in voice reporting via tactical communications. Experienced with AEGIS
combat system at an operations level. Excellent interpersonal and
written communication/presentation skills. Able to clearly and succinctly
communicate complex concepts, issues, and status to senior contractor

Position Description:
The contract C2 Systems Administrator shall support the Chief of AOC Systems and C2 Systems Team to ensure servers, workstations, peripherals, communications devices, and software is on-line and available to the user as outlined in AFI 13-1 AOC Volume 3. The successful candidate shall be able to: Install, configure and maintain C2 systems servers. Administer C2 system operating systems. Load C2 system application software and patches. Complete Description:

23. Position: Digital Simulation Event Lead (Colorado Springs, CO)

Brief Description:
Digital Simulation Event Technical Lead on the JRDC program.
Complete Description: The Digital Simulation Event Technical Lead is responsible for development of event technical documentation including the Event Case Description Documentions and the Detailed Scenario Description Documention as well as configuring scenarios and thread data on the Digital Simulation Architecture (DSA) system to support Modeling and Simulation (M&S) events. Develop Technical Event Documentation. Work with event customers/stakeholders to determine DSA-based event architectures. Coordinate delivery of scenario data for events. Perform analysis of BMDS behaviors.
Must possess a strong understanding of the BMDS and physics-based models and simulations. Analyze and map data classes from multiple simulation products.Oversee Configuration management (CM) of event configuration files. Analyze event objectives and requirements. Incorporate customer and or user objectives into current event software technology while evaluating concepts for future upgrades. Recommend event system design configurations, requirements, and specifications based on proposed use or objectives, to include integrating with related software systems.
Oversee and review analysis and testing of event software capabilities and recommend software design fixes and changes to software configuration files. Plan and coordinate system test requirements to verify or assess the functional adequacy of the system to ensure conformance with event objectives. Ensure necessary technical interface with other simulation products and customer personnel. Prepare or assist in preparing trade studies and developing analyses, work statements, schedules, and manpower estimates in conjunction with specific system development efforts. Write, prepare, and present briefings, event documentation, reports, analyses, and other technical communications as required.
Minimum Requirements: Knowledge of missile defense including element-level and system-level, concepts of operation (CONOPS), and Integrated Missile Defense (IMD) system architectures. Must understand stakeholder objectives and design/development of event architectures enabling quantitative and qualitative assessment of those objectives.
Masters Degree in a technical field and 10 years of relevant experience. Excellent interpersonal and written communication and presentation skills. Must be able to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Self-starter. Proven record of high achievement.

24. Cable Installer (Colorado Springs, CO)
Tasking includes: Terminate and install BNC’s, fiber-optic ST and SC, Cat-5/6, RGB and coax cables. Build cable connectors following standards RS-449, RS-530, 568A, and 568B. Maintain a working knowledge of
cable color codes. Operate and troubleshoot using the following test equipment: DSP2000 and DTX 1800, OTDR, FOM, and VOM. Understand and ensure installation meets current JRDC FIS standards.

Brief Description:
Client Systems Management Engineer specializes in the design, deployment and sustainment of the Missile Defense Agency’s desktop/laptop platform. Position is on the JRDC program.
Complete Description:
The Client Systems Management Engineer provides oversight of the MDA’s desktop/laptop platforms. Analyzes requirements, designs solutions, implements hardware and software, rolls-out solutions and phases-out obsolete systems. Develops strategies and processes to support the release and deployment of product/system/OS upgrades. Analyzes and recommends best-practice tool sets. Establishes standardization of release methodology and sustainment of the MDA environments. Performs trade studies and develops recommendations to maximize performance and minimize cost. Monitors, analyzes and optimizes performance of fielded systems. Maintains and enforces desktop/laptop configuration standards. Authors and provides presentations and reports as required.
Minimum Requirements:
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 20 years of experience. Information Assurance Certification. Must be able to adapt to short term deadlines and work well under pressure. Ability to collaborate effectively with a broad spectrum of JRDC task orders and work well with a diverse group. Excellent interpersonal and written communication/presentation skills. Able to clearly and succinctly communicate complex concepts, issues, and status to senior contractor and government leadership.
Ability to obtain a DOD Secret security clearance or have a active Secret clearance.
Must have at least

Systems Engineer to provide engineering support for the MDA Digital Modeling and Simulation Tool (DMST) Systems Engineering organization in the Modeling & Simulation directorate of the JRDC.
Complete Description
The Systems Engineer will work with a team of engineers and analysts in the development and implementation of a system-level strategy used to verify and validate models and simulations, in the development and coordination of element and system-level performance parameters across multiple organizations within MDA. Provide analysis support for multiple events including performance assessments and digital simulation events. Perform a disciplined system engineering approach to define, develop, analyze, and integrate the Digital Simulation Architecture (DSA) Products. Translate requirements into top level architectures and tasking for the DMST Software Engineering organization. Define interface requirements, support risk analysis, and management activities. Develop architectural views for DSA and DMST. Prepare artifacts for requirements and design reviews. Responsible for organizing requirement and design reviews. Develop test plans and procedures with DMST and DSA Test Engineering organizations. Act as liaison and provide support to integration and deployment organizations and Lead system engineering efforts for multidisciplinary project teams within DMST. Provide systems engineering support for Critical Design Reviews (CDRs), Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), and Formal Qualification Tests (FQTs). Provide technical oversight of all DSA Analysis Documents to include requirements traceability to DSA product oriented variants, Verification and Validation (V&V) plans and reports, requirements baselines and associated changes, and DSA architecture. Works with the customer to develop requirements that will produce a system that meets the end users' needs. Validates or leads validation of requirements to determine readiness for verification. Leverages knowledge of domain specific technology to develop and validate system requirements. Supervise other System Engineers. Education

Expertise in systems-of-systems definitions and integration. Understanding systems engineering, system design and development. Possess an understanding of systems engineering process and principles. Experience developing systems engineering artifacts, architecture concepts, military systems used in missile defense, including their operational characteristics, communication methods and message sets, and architectures. Six Sigma certification. Working knowledge of UML and DODAF. Experience in cost estimation of systems products.
Experience in Ballistic Missile Defense. Knowledge of Unix operating systems desired. Understanding of simulation capabilities highly desirable. Ability to analyze high level needs and through a structured and logical approach refine the need into an integrated set of requirements that leads to a fielded product. Familiarity with the application and use of systems engineering tools for requirements management. Excellent communications skills desired (written and oral). Brief Description:
Responsible for providing test control support for integration and test activities relating to the Command and Control / Battle Management / Communications (C2BMC), a missile defense battle management system being integrated on the JRDC Program.
Complete Description:
Test Control activities focus on the configuration and operation of a wide range of test stimulus and monitoring tools, to include a major Linux-based simulation system and various tactical message injection and monitoring systems (both Windows and UNIX based). Activity also includes the development of software libraries and tools to support message recording, playback and data manipulation. The test control position is required to support periodic after-hours and/or weekend events as dictated by a team rotating schedule.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor of Science Degree in IT, Computer Science or related discipline and eight years of applicable experience. Knowledge of Windows and Unix environments, to include script development. Familiarity with basic computer networking concepts.

Complete Description:
The DMETS AEGIS Operator: will provide daily training opportunities for
warfighters by operating the missile defense training simulation systems.
Specifically the individual must have current experience working with
AEGIS BMD baselines, combat system and tactical voice reporting
procedures. This position also coordinates a variety of issues to include
starting and stopping training events for warfighters. Daily coordination
of activities with DMETS teammates including personnel operating the
Distributed GMD System Trainer (DGST) and the training C2BMC Suite.
Operator must be able to work well within a small team of two to four
personnel. An operations manual is provided but does not cover every
situation therefore the operator must be able to overcome obstacles and
continue to provide training. DMETS is scheduled to operate 80 hours
per week from 0600 to 2200. No one is required to operate more than
40 hours per week, and the shift will change weekly from 0600 to 1400
and 1400 to 2200. However, there are times that shift work and
weekends are required based on the needs of warfighter and the
availability of DMETS support equipment.

Minimum Requirements:
Associate’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Well versed
in voice reporting via tactical communications. Experienced with AEGIS
combat system at an operations level. Excellent interpersonal and
written communication/presentation skills. Able to clearly and succinctly
communicate complex concepts, issues, and status to senior contractor
and government leadership. Must have at least a DOD Secret security
clearance. Must be able to work shift work and occasional weekends.

Preferred Requirements:
Knowledge of missile defense CONOPs, tactics, techniques, and
procedures (TTPs), and Integrated Missile Defense (IMD) system

The ASSET BU currently has an opening for a Mexico Military Assistance Specialist.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Will work on government site in support of NORAD-USNORTHCOM (N-NC) J59 to fulfill roles and tasks associated with the Mexico Desk by developing document packages regarding Theater Security Cooperation with Mexico, handling a host of senior distinguished Mexican visitors, host conferences and working groups, while providing expertise associated with political and military matters. Additionally, the employee will attend conferences and working groups, both on and off-site (CONUS, Mexico and Canada), in support of N-NC/J5 Theater Security Cooperation (TSC) as well as perform other tasks in support of TSC and N-NC/J59. Coordinate Traditional Commander’s Activities: conferences, visits, mil-to-mil contacts, sponsorship programs, exchanges, and exercise observers.
Translate Mexican government documents and reports from Spanish to English for use by N-NC J5. Research, analyze, write, and coordinate N-NC electronic staff packages in response to N NC Task Management System (TMS) tasks and internal N-NC/J5 tasks IAW the N-NC staffing process and deadline provided for each project. Examples include, but are not limited to, coordination and comment on Department of Defense (DOD) Directives, Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and Joint Staff documents, joint doctrine publications, and support to CDRUSNORTHCOM congressional testimony. Create point papers, executive summaries, trip reports and other document packages IAW N-NC formats and the deadline provided for each project.


REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS:
- Degree in related field or equivalent and 10+ years related experience; Master's degree preferred
- Bilingual Spanish/English, able to communicate both verbally and in writing in both languages
- At least 10 years experience in Headquarters level planning, Theater Security Cooperation, and Office of Defense Cooperation policy and planning
- Demonstrated knowledge of Traditional Commander’s Activities programs and events
- Demonstrated knowledge of Mexico, its language, customs, culture, defense history as well as current issues facing the U.S. and Mexico
- Demonstrated knowledge of Security Assistance and security cooperation resourcing programs with regard to pertinent laws (Title 10 and 22 US Code), regulations, and policies

DESIRED SKILLS:
- Previous experience with NORAD-USNORTHCOM staffing procedures and products
