Position Description • Prepare correspondence related to contract awards, unsuccessful offeror notifications, modifications, Contracting Officer Representative (COR) memoranda
• Create and label new files for contracts consistent with naming and labeling conventions for filing
• Researching and pulling current contractor CCR registrations and/or ORCA records; assist Contracting Officers (CO) with putting files in order on new contracts
• Assist CO in bid openings; may serve as bid recorder
• Maintain and update as needed payment and invoicing logs for each contract
• Payment and invoice status research for COs, CORs and Finance
• Run various reports in SAP-based Financial and Business Management System (FBMS) for contract payment totals, obligated/expended reports, workflow status reports
• Sending invoices that need approval and or acceptance dates for FBMS payments
• Creating Service Entry Sheets and Goods Receipts, training and/or assisting CORs to complete their own

General Requirements • Experience and demonstrated skill in using SAP-based systems for financial and contract management is critical to this position and therefore extremely desirable.
Specific Requirements • Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of the federal acquisition process, along with ability to apply this knowledge to a variety of acquisition programs is required.
• Advanced knowledge and experience in the use of PCs in support of an office environment is required.
• Knowledge of the nature and capability of word processing and other office software programs to perform a substantial range of functions such as generating documents, tables of contents, importing graphs or databases, creating glossaries, aligning multiple columns, headers/footers, creating form letters and mail merge functions, preparing spreadsheets, sorting and presenting data appropriately, preparing presentations, creating and/or editing reports or other written communications.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and similar software programs is essential.
• Knowledge of how to operate standard office equipment, such as copiers, fax machines and scanners to perform a substantial range of office automation support.
• Must have the ability to type proficiently – at a minimum, 40 words per minute.
• Knowledge of correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, capitalization, and format to be able to prepare and edit written official contract correspondence, reports, and transcribed material.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and positive relationships with clients and peers in a fast paced, demanding environment.

Description: The HR Manager will be responsible for all areas of HR within the Plant. This is a hands-on generalist position that will partner with the management team and oversee the following areas: safety, payroll and benefits administration; employee relations, recruitment, hiring, performance reviews.

The Job: Provide strategic support to management and coach management team in the areas of performance counseling, employee retention, policy interpretation and conflict resolution. Develop and implement strategies for immediate and long-range recruitment initiatives. Drive recruiting and staffing process to include sourcing, screening, interviewing and final selections. Process new hire paperwork and new employee orientation program. Oversee safety management within the plant by providing new hire and monthly training to all personnel, routine safety audits, accident investigation and reporting, maintaining compliance documentation and postings. Process weekly payroll & related reporting. Maintain employee personnel files and other required record keeping. Responsible for Benefits Administration including new hire enrollment, annual enrollment and COBRA administration. Oversee and drive annual performance review process. Experience Required: Experience working in manufacturing or plant environment; High level of proficiency with Windows; Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality; Knowledge of all applicable laws and regulations related to HR; Spanish-speaking skill preferred – but not required.; Ability to multi-task and problem solve; Experience with payroll processing software.

Education Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience is required.

This person will be responsible for the design and documentation related to the pre-sales and proposal development phase of a Video Information Systems project. This position will interpret customer requirements/specifications and then designing complex audio/visual systems, specifying and assigning specific products and how they integrate together to achieve the desired result. This will include interfacing directly with potential clients and meeting tight deadlines.

This person will:
• Design and configuration of videoconferencing and integrated audio/visual technologies (videoconferencing, multimedia, displays, video projection systems, audio reinforcement systems, cameras, microphones, document cameras, streaming technologies, etc.) and A/V based collaboration technologies
• Design and configuration of audio/video systems with AMX and Crestron control systems.

Requirements include:

SWRA, Inc seeking a part time investigator to cover Utah and SE Idaho. Position will handle insurance investigations, Intellectual Property investigations and possibly some EP work based on qualifications of the person hired. There is no surveillance component to this position. There will be UC ops in relation to the IP work that we have in the area.

The client needs leaders capable of executing the plan to help the country of Iraq standup without a lot of direct US assistance, adjusting to developments as they arise and producing results. Generating effects of an effective and efficient national governmental capability at the department and section level within the Iraqi system is THE product; technical expertise and experience is secondary to judgement, commitment, and communication skills to generate action and influence. The successful candidate for this position will understand that the use of both art and science are integral and imperative elements of success. Candidates selected for these positions will work directly with governmental leaders in Iraq to effect the execution of the plans for Iraqi governmental operations after the responsible retrograde of US forces is completed.

Team/Group Overview: Fleet Analytics group is responsible for analyzing data collected from global United States Marine Corps helicopter operations and extracting actionable, value-added analysis from this information.
Data pertaining to aircraft usage, maintenance activity and aircraft health are collected and used by the Fleet Analytics group to affect The Firm’s decisions relating to product support and engineering. The Fleet Analytics group function is critical to the company’s identification of, reaction to, and prediction of cost and reliability issues facing the United States Marine Corps.

Position Overview: The Fleet Analyst position is critical to the Fleet Analytics group’s ability to understand fielded product data and its implications to The Firm and the customer. The candidate will serve as a subject matter expert pertaining to aircraft maintenance, logistics, and operations to enable the group to translate field data into actionable intelligence. The candidate should have a working knowledge of operations research, statistics, aircraft configuration and aircraft maintenance practices. Day-to-day activities include reviewing source data entries, analyzing maintenance and operational trends against design criteria and drawing conclusions from a wide variety of data.

Areas of Responsibility:
• Responsible for the delivery, quality, communications, and accuracy associated with all outputs, with emphasis on owned deliverables, as detailed above.
• Aid in identification and understanding of cost and reliability issues facing the Marine Corps helicopter fleet, and support corrective action tracking and implementation.
• Support the establishment/maintenance of incoming source data streams
• Interface with other Fleet Analytics team members to share best practices and discuss creative way for solving shared challenges
• Communicate analytical findings to management and customer on a regular basis.

The Ideal candidate will possess the following:
• US Marine Corps (or other US Military) veteran/experience preferred
