Pre-Test Support
The candidates shall provide technical support in pre-test planning, and shall develop and maintain test plans, test cases/scenarios, test procedures/scripts, and test data collection & analysis plan. Develop Test Incident Report (TIR) data collection and analysis processes.
Test Support
During testing, provide technical support in execution of test procedures & test scripts, data collection & analysis, reporting, TIR & journal/record keeping, and test management activities (e.g. Preparing meeting agendas, etc). Attend Pre-Test Briefs and Post-Test Debriefs associated with the tests supported by the contractor. In addition, the contractor shall attend Technical Review Boards at the conclusion of the data analysis cycle in order to provide technical clarification of any questions regarding test conduct and results.
Post-Test Support
Upon completion of the test, provide technical support in the data reduction and analysis process, including analysis of data extraction files, Program Change reports (PCR), TIR, and Preliminary Trouble Reports (PTR) in order to validate observed performance characteristics. Generate TIRs and a Post-Test Analysis Report for each test. Review the test analysis and provide recommendations on all PCRs, TIRs, and PTRs assigned an operational impact rating in accordance with Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) guidance. At the conclusion of each test, the evaluate any technical issues related to the operation of the System Under Test (SUT). This evaluation shall be included in the Post-Test Analysis Report and is intended to provide the Certifying Official for the SUT with decision-making information.
Document Reviews
The candidate shall review, analyze, and provide written comments on certification test and planning documentation to determine technical accuracy and ensure that technical content satisfies its intended use. The types of documentation shall include but not be limited to technical studies, system performance and requirement specifications, interface and design documents, version description documents, system manuals, engineering and interface change proposals, test plans, procedures, and reports. 12. Several Positions (OCONUS)

I have two positions I have to fill immediately for a 4-man MTT to Armenia. I need two field grade officers to fill the positions - officers that have worked on a battalion or brigade staff as an S3. The MTT will train the Brigade Staff of the Armenian PKO Brigade in MDMP, IPB, METL development, etc. The team will be at Fort Bragg for one week to attend SATTOC (pre-deployment course), and then spend approximately two months in Armenia conducting staff training. The team will reside at the Yerevan Marriott Hotel for the mission and conduct the training locally at the PKO Brigade compound in Yerevan. This is not a proposal - it is a sole source contract that we have won based on our previous performance last year conducting a similar mission. POSITION DESCRIPTION: Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities Include:

This is a temporary Forward Deployment position to an OCONUS location (IZ or AF) of four to five months duration.

This engineer will be forward deployed to perform on-site technical duties on numerous projects/requirements being supported by the team.

Ensure quality control of K9 Teams

Safely maintain controlled substances used as training aids

Detect explosive materials and devices

Prevent the unauthorized introduction of explosive devices or matter

Maintain K9 training records to meet contract requirements

Perform other functions as directed by SOC K9 Program Manager

Designated as support



Qualifications:

Job Requirements:

Must be a U.S. Citizen, as specified in the Task Order
Level 3 English proficiency
Certified in accordance with North American Police Work Dog Association (NAPWDA), national/State/provincial military or law enforcement agency standards as a working K9 Handler
A minimum of: Two years of service as a Military or Law Enforcement K9 Handler One (1) additional year of security-related experience
Experience can be gained in the employ of any national, State/Provincial, Local or commercial entities providing high threat protective services
Able to recognize K9 diseases, be familiar with hygiene requirements, and know the physical condition of the K-9
Required to maintain weapons qualification, as outlined in this contract, with the Glock and the M4
Must be at least 25 years of age
Must have valid, current driver's license and passport
In the case of military service, all military discharges must have been under honorable conditions
Must pass detailed medical evaluation and physical fitness test
Must be able to qualify and remain current in weapons normally carried by law enforcement officers, e.g., semi-automatic pistol, rifles, sub-machine guns, and shotguns
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Personnel Security Clearance and/or Public Trust Certification

Ability to write complex documents in the English language
Capacity to express thoughts orally (e.g., accurately, quick and loudly convey spoken instructions to workers)
