Position Description We are seeking a candidate to be responsible for the Labs & Developmental Shops (L&DS) operations and maintenance of Kennedy Space Center (KSC). This individual will manage all of L&DS' maintenance functions and maintains a single work control system to track activities. This person will serve as a focal point to assist NASA with L&DS consolidation studies and implementations which will ensure personnel safety and operational readiness while controlling costs and operational risks. The opportunity is a 2nd level position (senior level) requiring *broad* experience with *multiple* research and technology development labs or development shops. Additionally, will be responsible for workforce management of 50+ people initially, growing to 250+ if option labs are exercised in the outyears. Duties include but not limited to managing of all Labs & Developmental Shops maintenance and L&DS related task orders; maintaining a single work control system to manage all L&DS activities; and L&DS personnel safety (safety plans, safety walk downs, fire inspections, personal protective equipment, etc.). Responsible for a broad spectrum of labs dealing with physical science, electrical, developmental, and/or testing. Key interfaces include NE-I.
Desired Skills / Experience • Past experience working with KSC (Kennedy Space Center) Labs.
• Experience with Maximo asset management software
• Exposure and experience in hazardous environments

13. Weatherford Group, Inc. has a potential requirement for a Physical Security Analyst (PSA) to support the Area Support Group - Qatar (ASG-QA) Provost Marshal Office (PMO). The PSA is responsible for the review, analysis and monitoring of the ASG-QA physical security (PS) plan and all PS operations throughout the ASG-QA Area of Responsibility (AOR). The Physical Security Analyst (PSA) is the principal specialist on physical security and is responsible for the overall management and execution of the physical security program.

Security Clearance: Current Secret Security Clearance.

Location: The primary place of performance is the ASG-QA, Camp As Sayliyah, Qatar. The employee may be required to travel to other locations within the AOR in support of the mission.

Contract Duration (Period of Performance):

Position Description:

Responsibilities and Duties:
Support the Training Branch with the execution of C- IED training support for all US Services (active and reserve), and
coalition partner forces deploying to all theaters. Develop and maintain the continuously changing "Road to War" of
all units. Identify unit mission, IED enablers, ideal C-IED training, what is scheduled, what is not scheduled and notify

Job Description:
The PSA is responsible for the review, analysis and monitoring of the ASG-QA physical security (PS) plan and all PS operations throughout the ASG-QA Area of Responsibility (AOR). Hours:

The Contract Administrator's recommendations will be accepted as authoritative and serve as the basis for committing the corporation to high profile and high dollar value contracts supporting customers nationwide and/or worldwide.

The work consists of managing administration activities for complex programs and equipment. Typical complexities include: design instability in the early phases of the acquisition cycle, resulting in frequent design and performance changes; difficulty in developing time schedules; lack of precedent and cost data; use of a wide variety of cost and fixed-price contracts; cost sharing arrangements, incentive formulas, progress payments, and escalation clauses; multiple year, long-term contracts; sole source negotiating environments; programs involving several contracts with the same or different contractors; changes to one contract frequently affecting other contracts; and/or extensive use of subcontracts.

The Contract Administrator will follow guidelines to include corporate policies, the FAR, the DFAR, and other broadly stated Federal agency contract laws, regulations and policies. While helpful and pertinent to assignments, the guidelines embrace a range of administrative and technical criteria involving concepts and principles for which the Contract Administrator must either adapt, extend or develop supplementary criteria due to complicating conditions or individual characteristics of assigned procurement actions or initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities
-Performs post-award contract administration functions involving contracts of significant importance to the company
-Issue contract modifications to clarify questions concerning topics such as specification changes, language ambiguities, and clarification of contract clauses
-Perform incorporation of change orders; issuance of stop work orders; issuance of cure notices or show cause letters; incremental funding requests; preparation of rate and cost adjustments; redirection of effort; coordination of time extensions; facilitating final payment; and contract close out activities.
-Serve as an advisor in procurement planning meetings
-Participate in post-award conferences with prospective subcontractors to arrive at a clear understanding of what is required under proposed subcontracts
-Participate on a variety of procurement teams, studies, or projects to raise issues of significance; articulate positions; resolve problems; and improve the corporate contracting-related processes

Required Experience:
