Position Description We are seeking a candidate to be responsible for the Labs & Developmental Shops (L&DS) operations and maintenance of Kennedy Space Center (KSC). This individual will manage all of L&DS' maintenance functions and maintains a single work control system to track activities. This person will serve as a focal point to assist NASA with L&DS consolidation studies and implementations which will ensure personnel safety and operational readiness while controlling costs and operational risks. The opportunity is a 2nd level position (senior level) requiring *broad* experience with *multiple* research and technology development labs or development shops. Additionally, will be responsible for workforce management of 50+ people initially, growing to 250+ if option labs are exercised in the outyears. Duties include but not limited to managing of all Labs & Developmental Shops maintenance and L&DS related task orders; maintaining a single work control system to manage all L&DS activities; and L&DS personnel safety (safety plans, safety walk downs, fire inspections, personal protective equipment, etc.). Responsible for a broad spectrum of labs dealing with physical science, electrical, developmental, and/or testing. Key interfaces include NE-I.
Desired Skills / Experience • Past experience working with KSC (Kennedy Space Center) Labs.
• Experience with Maximo asset management software

Role and Responsibilities:
Provide full-spectrum capability for planning, conducting, and supporting realistic training exercises for Special Operations Forces (SOF) engaged in all aspects of Unconventional Warfare missions. Develop scenarios, OPORDs, Annexes, synchronization and execution matrices, resource requirement worksheets, intelligence injects, and AARs for each exercise. 13. Weatherford Group, Inc. has a potential requirement for a Physical Security Analyst (PSA) to support the Area Support Group - Qatar (ASG-QA) Provost Marshal Office (PMO). The PSA is responsible for the review, analysis and monitoring of the ASG-QA physical security (PS) plan and all PS operations throughout the ASG-QA Area of Responsibility (AOR). The Physical Security Analyst (PSA) is the principal specialist on physical security and is responsible for the overall management and execution of the physical security program.
Security Clearance: Current Secret Security Clearance.
Location: The primary place of performance is the ASG-QA, Camp As Sayliyah, Qatar. The employee may be required to travel to other locations within the AOR in support of the mission.
Contract Duration (Period of Performance):
One year with two one-year options.

Hours: Normal duty hours will be from 0800 - 1700, Sunday through Thursday, excluding federal holidays. Normal duty location is the Provost Marshal's Office at Camp As Sayliyah, Qatar. The employee is authorized one hour during the workday for lunch and/or personal business. Occasionally, the employee will work irregular hours to support mission requirements. Changes in schedule will not result in additional hours of work. The government representative will provide notice of any such changes as far in advance as is practicable.
Travel: Employee may be required to travel within the ASG-QA AOR. All travel is subject to coordination with and prior approval of the Government Representative. Travel will be in accordance with the Joint Travel Regulation. Military travel and lodging may be provided at the discretion of the Government.
Vacation: One two-week (10 working days) vacation per period of performance is authorized, which will be coordinated with the Government Representative no less than 30 days prior to scheduled vacation start date
Position Description:

Training Execution Senior Advisor
Responsibilities and Duties:
Support the Training Branch with the execution of C- IED training support for all US Services (active and reserve), and
coalition partner forces deploying to all theaters. Develop and maintain the continuously changing "Road to War" of
all units. Identify unit mission, IED enablers, ideal C-IED training, what is scheduled, what is not scheduled and notify
leadership on critical training that is not scheduled. Participate in training related meetings and provide debriefs.
Support process to identify training capability gaps. Promote institutionalization of C-IED training across all services
training institutions and pre-deployment training conducted at major Service training centers and deployment
centers. Provide focus and make recommendations on the synchronization of the efforts of JIEDDO sponsored C-IED
training support. Work closely with international staff members to coordinate appropriate C-IED training support for
deploying coalition partners as well as the US Department of State, US Department of Homeland Security, and other
Federal, state and local law enforcement agencies. Prepare and champion staffing memorandum. Train and review
other staff members on proper staffing procedures. Prepare and deliver various communications and briefings with
all levels of military and civilian hierarchy, up to and routinely including flag level decision-makers. Some documents
include congressional reports, the Annual Report and routine internal reports and briefings.

Job Description:
The PSA is responsible for the review, analysis and monitoring of the ASG-QA physical security (PS) plan and all PS operations throughout the ASG-QA Area of Responsibility (AOR). The Physical Security Analyst (PSA) is the principal specialist on physical security and is responsible for the overall management and execution of the physical security program.
Hours:
Normal duty hours will be from 0800 - 1700, Sunday through Thursday, excluding federal holidays. Normal duty location is the Provost Marshal's Office at Camp As Sayliyah, Qatar. The Contract Administrator will follow guidelines to include corporate policies, the FAR, the DFAR, and other broadly stated Federal agency contract laws, regulations and policies. While helpful and pertinent to assignments, the guidelines embrace a range of administrative and technical criteria involving concepts and principles for which the Contract Administrator must either adapt, extend or develop supplementary criteria due to complicating conditions or individual characteristics of assigned procurement actions or initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Performs post-award contract administration functions involving contracts of significant importance to the company
-Issue contract modifications to clarify questions concerning topics such as specification changes, language ambiguities, and clarification of contract clauses
