4. Position: CJ6 Mentor ( Afghanistan)

Responsibilities: Train the ANA G6 in providing architecture, governance, portfolio management, strategy, C4 IT acquisition oversight and operational capabilities to enable superior ANA operations. The ANA G6 staff will establish information, communication and technology functions, develop a maintenance tracking system, provide simultaneous contingency communications, develop a signal leaders reference materials and guide, create an information assurance program, and shall assess and validate the ANA G6/CSE's current state of training. Mentor the ANA on proper doctrine writing and enable the G6 to produce the signal operational doctrine within the first year. Advise the ANA training command to develop a list of documents to support the creation of the ANA signal operational. Advise the Deputy of Operations and Planning (DOP) to develop, update and maintain the G6 organizational military table of equipment (MTOE) and table of distribution and analysis to follow the Command Plan Review (CPR) process to obtain approval MTOE and TDA changes on a semi-annual basis. Coach the ANA Deputy for Maintenance and Support Officer to demonstrate a sustainable capability and develop a program for data collection and analysis necessary to track, revise repair logs as determined with ANA G6 ANA Director of Maintenance and Support activity. Monitor the CSE's ability to sustain the ability to provide simultaneous contingency communications in support of the NMCC, up to two ANA Corps Headquarters and up to two other geographically separated units. Coach the ANA G6 Director to approve, publish, and distribute the Signal Leaders Reference Materials and Guide (SLRG) to ANA communication personnel.

Qualifications:
Former Officer O4-O6 or Command Sergeant Major with Battalion or Brigade Staff experience as either CSM, XO, S3 or other primary staff responsible for training and doctrine development or maintenance support operations.
At least 15 years direct experience in functional area.
Recent operational experience in Afghanistan or Iraq training international forces is highly desired.
Bachelor's degree in associated field with 8-10 years experience is required, Master's degree desired.

7. All-Source Analyst TS SCI Clearance Charlottesville, VA and OCONUS


This position is based in Charlottesville, VA but will require a 6 month (or longer) deployment downrange

The All Source Analyst will provide analytical support to the Counter IED Targeting Program (CITP) operations. You will produce CITP related assessments and target support packages in collaboration with analysts involved in the counter insurgency/ counter IED mission while Coordinating with CITP action officers in the planning, preparation, coordination, and dissemination phase of scheduled targeting and intelligence survey packages. Additionally the All Source Analyst will provide expert all-source research analysis and intelligence analytical products. Maintain and updated databases identify intelligence gaps. Track all tasks and ad hoc products to completion. Research, review, evaluate, and integrate all-source data to contribute to and/or produce draft and finished all source assessments. Must deploy OCONUS as a member of an analytical team for a period no longer then 180 days.


Education: Must have minimum of 3 years analytical experience and up. Duty positions at the Novice, Journeyman, and Senior level commensurate with years of experience. Bachelor's degree desired; may substitute primary experience for education requirement.

Required skills:
Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.

Selected candidate will support our client in securing adequate protection of the Global Information Infrastructure (GII) against information attacks and Information Warfare (IW). Primary Responsibilities:
Analyzes and defines security requirements for Multilevel Security (MLS) issues. Designs, develops, engineers and implements solutions to MLS requirements. Responsible for the implementation and development of the MLS. Performs risk analyses which also includes risk assessment. Provides daily supervision and direction to staff. Serves as the technical expert responsible for the monitoring, operating and managing, troubleshooting and restoring to service any of the components comprising the DISN or DRSN networks. These include data/voice communications equipment, multiplexers (such as modems, circuit switching units, data switching units, secure telephone switches and PBX’s), data terminal equipment, (such as front-end processors, routers, 3270/SNA devices) and transmission media (such as coaxial and twisted pair cables, satellite, microwave, and fiber optics both vendor-provided and government owned). Performs pro-active monitoring of network elements alarms and alerts to identify those components/elements that may lead to or already are causing network degradation or failure. Accomplishes this through use of network management system(s) and associated assets on a continuous (rotating shifts) basis. Interfaces with functional users as well as remote operations centers in both routine and reactive monitoring situations. Maintains logs and records associated with reported problems or situations. Applicants will aid the IT Management Office (ITMO) in mapping, analyzing
and improving current processes as well as developing new processes from
scratch. Also, they will provide technical, data collection, coordination,
evaluation and development of IT processes within the Information Technology
Infrastructure Library framework. This support shall be provided to
J61-Information Technology Management Office (ITMO) Branch. Some travel will
be required.

Duties

Provide support by providing expert assistance in the analysis of current IT
processes, and the development of improved processes. In addition,
preparation and presentation of briefings are part of this support.

Serve as the ITMO Process Improvement Design Team, responsible for analysis
of current IT processes, improvement design and publication of updated
processes.

Assist in the preparation and production of briefings to senior level
leadership.

Maintain a reference library consisting of "as-is" and "to-be" processes.

Serve as the primary point of contact for IT processes in the ITMO. The
contractor shall develop guidance and provide training material to assist
customers throughout the headquarters in the new processes.

Travel may be required to provide the above support for those processes that
are Enterprise in nature.

Security Requirements. Individual(s) supporting this task will be cleared at
the Top Secret level at the start of the task. At the discretion of the
government, selected individuals supporting this task order will require
access to Special Access Program (SAP) information. Access to SAP
information requires the requisite security clearance based on a security

Position Title: Servicer Department: Maintenance
Hours of Operation: 24 hours Monday thru Sunday Location: Hampton
Prepare company vehicles for service. Provide diesel fuel and gasoline as needed to fill storage tanks. Check engine oil, transmission fluid and coolant levels to ensure proper levels are maintained. Safely drive bus on facility, on public streets as required and through bus washing equipment to wash exterior surface. Ensure vehicle is in proper running order (tires, lights, fuel, engine oil and transmission fluid, coolant, cleanliness, etc.) and ready to be returned to active service. Interact effectively, courteously, and professionally with operations department employees and other HRT employees regarding vehicle repairs and other shop business. Assume primary responsibility of assigned projects. Report equipment abuse or component tampering to the shop supervisor. Provide assistance, guidance, training, and direction to other shop personnel as needed. Accurately record vehicle mileage and fuel/fluid levels added to each vehicle serviced. Capture Manager

Qualifications:
* Instructional experience with foreign militaries

* Experienced in the planning and development of training curriculum.
* Hands-on approach with a determined can-do attitude.
* Ability to interface with all levels of Command.
* Ability to conduct research using tools such as SIPR, periodicals, journals, open source Internet, etc. to identify and interpret evolving threats and innovations in techniques, tactics and procedures within the Southwest Asia Area of Operations.

FIELD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

The position requires approximately three (3) weeks of training at the development facility in Dahlgren VA prior to deployment. As such a minimum of six (6) months in country is required for each deployment. Deployments greater than six (6) months is considered to be beneficial to the government as it reduces the need to train additional personnel. Contractor is responsible for ensuring that this position remains filled continuously for the entire duration of the period of performance.

Experience Qualifications.
• Experience working closely with military units in a war zone.
• Experience training military units in the use of technical hardware/software.
• A minimum of five (5) years of direct experience performing basic maintenance and trouble shooting of communications/tracking equipment and related support systems (server architecture, proprietary software, configuration control).
• TS/SCI clearance required

Typical Duties and Responsibilities.
• Brief high level military commanders and users on system status and program effectiveness.
• Trouble shoot installed hardware/software on site.
• Work with CONUS based team to resolve outstanding hardware/software problems.
• Track and distribute additional equipment as it is shipped from the manufacturer to the end user.
• Test and verify functionality of received hardware.
