1. Biometric Intelligence Trainers- Charlottesville, VA

Trainers will have at least one year minimum teaching experience and possesses a trainer or teaching designation or certification.
Trainers will have single or all-source intelligence analytical experience with a minimum of three years of overall production experience and a minimum of six months experience in specific biometrics applications, including the Automated Intelligence Management System (AIMS), Biometric Intelligence Repository (BIR) systems, and Biometrics Automated Toolset (BAT). Additionally, they should possess a minimum of six months experience in at a minimum of one of the following: Distributed Common Ground System – Army (DCGS-A) applications, Catalyst, or Tripwire Analytical Capability. Throughout the period of performance, the contractor shall remain proficient on new/emerging teaching and or training capabilities, new biometrics intelligence processes that support worldwide operations, National and COCOM intelligence priorities, and other applicable intelligence and training topics.

Position Description:

Applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications:

a. Graduate of a TRADOC approved Systems Approach to Training course (e.g. ITC)

c. Valid state driver's license

d. Fluency in MS-Office products (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

e. Physically fit and able to lift/carry 45 pounds, walk up to six (6) miles per day with a rucksack over varying terrain in both rural and urban environments and during inclement weather, and provide up to eight (8) consecutive hours of instruction

f. Pass an initial psychological evaluation that is to be performed by the SERE clinical psychologist

g. Pass a physical examination

h. Former military (E-4) or higher

i. Minimum three (3) years of honorable service in the US military

j. Graduate of an approved DoD SERE Level "C" High Risk Course

k. Graduate or be willing to take the PGD/HD Course

Position Description:

Applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications:


Communication Specialist. The individual must be a SME on tactical military and civilian land mobile radios. The person must be a SME on Ku/X/L Band and tactical satellite terminals which provide network connectivity between TSG field deployed teams and the DTRA OPCEN. The individual must possess the required qualifications/skills.

Responsibilities:

* Install, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot various secure and non-secure radio communications systems to include, but not limited to, Internet Protocol (IP) based VSAT and TACSAT communications systems used by the TSGs.

* Install, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot secure and non-secure Tactical Local Area Networks (TACLANs) including configuration of "CISCO" routers and Microsoft Exchange servers supporting the TSG IP based net centric communications architecture.

* Install, operate, and maintain Special Purpose Communications Vehicles.
* Oversees the repair, maintenance, and accountability of all communications equipment.

* Advises the TSG Chief on all communications matters.

* Lead trainer for the TSG on all communications equipment.

* Keeps up to date with emerging technology to determine the feasibility of incorporating new equipment or systems into the TSG communications architecture.

* Trains the civilian and military staff of the DTRA OPCEN on satellite communications. systems. As needed, assists the DTRA OPCEN with trouble shooting their communications systems.

* When directed by the senior contractor representative based on guidance by the TSG chief develops communication and training plans and coordinates internal TSG readiness exercises.

* Must be technically proficient in the use of all TSG search equipment.

* Must be able to perform the duties of an Instructor Special Operations/EOD Technician.

* Maintains property accountability for all TSG deployable communications assets as sub-hand receipt holder in the TSGs.

* Assists CSC COMSEC CUSTODIAN with management of COMSEC material.
