Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in developing / providing instruction related to MARSOC Intelligence Operations; assist in the design, development and implementation of Programs of Instruction (POI) and Master Lesson Files (MLF) for intelligence related individual training course (ITC) and individual advanced skills course (IASC); assist in the design, development, and implementation of MARSOC Field Intelligence Course (MFIC) Program of Instruction and serve as an instructor / evaluator during ITC and IASC; develop and write complete class advance sheets, class schedules, instructor outlines, instructor power point presentations, instructor notes, practical exercises sheets, and evaluation/testing criteria; develop, build, and scope the POIs to include a classroom culmination exercise; develop and incorporate realistic scenarios/events based on overseas contingency operations with varied scenarios in an urban/rural environment that test and evaluate students on all the intelligence subjects taught; provide written input to the end of the course after action report (AAR) regarding the proficiency and effectiveness of the conduct and execution of an ITC or IASC.

Required Skills:
DOD TOP SECRET security clearance in JPAS; Intelligence Officer/Warrant Officer/Sr. NCO or Special Operations Intelligence NCO; ten years experience developing, managing, implementing, and conducting Intelligence Operations and Intelligence Support for Special Operations Forces; ability to work within a coordination team to develop and build individual and team scenarios for Intelligence applications in multiple environments; experience and ability to conduct detailed planning and packaging of all required elements and modules of MFIC into a seamless, professional and relevant program; travel as required to various CONUS locations for training and exercises in support of individual and advanced training programs; Formal School Instructor Course (FISC) certification or equivalent.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
Previous experience as a Program Manager or Lead Instructor in the Intelligence arena; recent experience in specific Overseas Contingency Operations at a J2 Joint Special Operations Task Force and/or Joint Inter-agency Task Force.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Sniper employment; sniper employment in Urban operations; sniper tactics, techniques and procedures.

Required skills:
Secret clearance; Subject Matter Expert (SME) as an operator within Special Forces or Special Missions Units; conducted Special Reconnaissance (SR) and surveillance missions in specific Overseas Contingency Operations; experience as an SME building and managing complex exercises for special operations organizations; Field Trade Craft (FTC) qualified; SME in Other Government Agencies (OGA) SR and surveillance training programs; graduate of a U.S. and/or allied Special Operational Forces (SOF) Assessment & Selection and Operator Qualification course; formal training and experience in SOF Special Reconnaissance in overt, clandestine, and covert SOF Operations; familiar with Operational Risk Management; capable of receiving a Camp Lejeune Range Safety Officer Certification; recent and relevant combat experience; familiar with current Special Reconnaissance and Site Exploitation Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP); experience as an instructor at a SOF Special Reconnaissance Course; Formal School Instructor Course (FSIC) or equivalent; advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and Power Point); capable of wearing organization personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended durations of time throughout training days; advance marksmanship skills; graduate Marine Corps Sniper instructor Course or graduate Special Operations Target Interdiction Course; Senior/Staff NCO; 10 years SOF or SR experience.

Preferred Skills:
Former instructor of Special Forces Target Interdiction course or Marine Corps Sniper Instructor course.
