Computer Systems Engineer (Open) - Huntsville, AL.
Computer Systems Engineer to support the MDA IT Services organization. Duties include design, configuration, installation, test, and troubleshooting of IT systems primarily consisting of a large Microsoft Windows 2003 Active Directory and Exchange 2000/2007 environment throughout a geographically diverse enterprise.

Duties include implementation support, pre and post-implementation testing, service transition, and training of IT systems primarily consisting of Cisco and Juniper firewalls, McAfee HBSS, IDS and HIDs systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing detailed designs and implementation plans for implementation readiness and provide feedback to the design engineering team, developing test and transition plans, developing training documentation, creating change tickets, authoring Remedy knowledge articles, creating as-built documentation, and supporting service transition to the O&M RBA staff.

Business Process Engineer (Open) - Huntsville, AL or Colorado Springs, CO
The Business Process Engineer is responsible for the development and integration of ITIL processes affecting IT Service Management. This activity includes business analysis and process engineering in support of the IT Services Portfolio for projects, tasks and standard requests for service and continuous process improvement following the ITIL lifecycle methodology. This function will participate in the rationalization and automation of IT process flows within the MDA approved core business tools, primarily BMC Remedy. The Business/Process Engineer will perform evaluations of IT Service Management processes, requirements, will document and maintain process design documentation, workflows and supporting documentation in coordination with stakeholders to include Service Owners and Crew Leads. This function will participate and represent IT Services in the JRDC Process Integration and Development Group (PIDG) and similar forums; will work in tandem with IT Service Level Manager and Request and Delivery Management to mature IT Service Portfolio Management processes. This position will report to the Service Portfolio Management lead.
Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or IT technical field with 8 years of related IT experience and five years of requirement and/or business process engineering. Must have ITIL Foundations Certification. Must be able to successfully multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, work well in a team & customer oriented environment, have strong interpersonal skills, and have a positive attitude. 2. ISR Support Technician (Saudi Arabia)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under general supervision, this position is responsible for the operation support of the mission equipment and maintenance. The individual will also serve as a full spectrum support specialist of the ISR asset, assisting multiple levels of operational user maintenance as directed for safe operation of the asset to include:

Maintain/ Operational Support for infrared LLLTV sensor systems, and illuminator equipment.
Performs mission support, general mission maintenance.
Assists in navigation and fire control planning maintenance and support for multi spectral targeting system Electro-Optical/ Infra-Red operations.
Pre-flights and post-flights infrared and LLLTV sensor systems, illuminator equipment, and allied components.
Monitors mission status and support of infrared and LLLTV detection systems which search for, acquiring, and identifying targets.
Provides user interface maintenance & guidance to fire control personnel to ensure hostile target destruction. Coordinates with other aircrew members to verify and validate targets and battle damage assessment.
Assists the PIC in ground and flight operations efforts including mission planning, execution, briefing, debriefing, aircrew resource management and safety.
Operates the payload of the ISR PLATFORM, on the ground and in flight, in support of customer requirements and successful execution of the mission if required.
Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company. Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
Prepares mission and maintenance reports. Prepares in-flight mission reports and assures proper documentation of equipment malfunctions in required forms and reports. Participates in maintenance, operations, and intelligence briefings as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Six months of deployed ISR Platform operational experience is strongly desired.
• Equivalent professional or military experience in ISR Platform or aviation may be substituted in lieu of education.
• Knowledge is mandatory of: functions and performance of the infrared and LLLTV sensor systems, illuminator dispenser equipment, and allied components• Ideal candidate has three or more years of previous sensor systems experience or ISR maintenance experience with the operation of complex, integrated systems, preferably airborne sensors.
• Must demonstrate general understanding of ISR Platforms, Tactical Reconnaissance and aviation principles.
• Must possess ability to travel OCONUS as duty requires full time living and operational support in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and travel within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to accurately interface with all levels of employees, military and civilian customers, contractors and aircrew
• Must possess operational experience with: Multi-Spectral Targeting System EO/IR, Operator Workstation, Video Server plus streaming, Video Data Link, Satellite Phone (Inmarsat), VHF/UHF Radio, Ground Digital Air Systems such as: Video Data Link, LINK 16, Video Server plus streaming, Inmarsat (voice and Data), VHF/UHF Radio

Individual will receive full training and program understanding here in the US at the Prime Contractor location. While training CONUS, candidates will receive 55% of full pay rate until training and employee evaluation is completed. All expenses and per diem will also be paid during training. Training program is expected to last 3 months.

Upon entering the CONUS training program, candidate must sign a commitment letter for a minimum of 120 days or agree in full to return pay, in full, for training received. This ensures personnel do not receive training and certification and then opt out of Saudi Contract.
