Description
The MCIT FSR position will provide onsite support for the Mobile Counter IED Trainer (MCIT). The MCIT is a set of four 40' CONEXs configured with training displays and digital media providing mobile counter IED awareness training to DoD personnel. The FSR will be responsible for daily preparation, operation and maintenance of the MCIT and its systems. The FSR will write status reports and communicate on a regular basis with the MCIT Project Lead and other stakeholders. Responsibilities also include training soldiers on use of the MCIT, answering questions and providing guidance to individuals and small groups of junior enlisted personnel and officers. The FSR will collect operating and maintenance data from the MCIT on a daily basis, capturing such information as system uptime, component failure rates, and student throughput. Data will be collected and shared with the project team via oral and written communication. The FSR should be capable of working independently with military base support personnel to coordinate infrastructure support and be able to effectively troubleshoot and repair (when possible) physical displays and information technology systems. Four years of conventional Army experience is required. Recent Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) or Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) experience is required. General knowledge and familiarity with Counter IED Tactics Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) is required. General IT hardware and software experience is desired. Must be eligible for Secret security clearance

Job Functions:

Job Description:
Develops and executes test plans, procedures and scenarios for unit, process, function, system integration and acceptance testing. Job Description:
Project requires a junior network engineer with up-to-date training or experience with modern TCP/IP enterprise networking systems to join a multi-disciplinary team to support multiple simultaneous short-duration, high-impact technical targeting hardware, software, network and data systems. This person will also provide backup systems administration responsibility for department wide account and resource system administration, troubleshooting support, and virtual resource provisioning in a mission-oriented, extremely rapid development space.
This position will support closed network interfaces with consumers and information providers throughout the Intelligence Community.

Network Administration Responsibilities include:
* Manage and maintain network
* Monitor, update, patch, manage, and maintain multiple network systems and technologies -- including stand-alone analytical enclave systems and VLAN-connected systems.
* Work on infrastructures supporting software that melds analytic capability with use of high-performance computing to support real-time targeting operations
* Support multiple on-going activities, including:
* Multiple targeting software engineering projects
* Other technical targeting activities of a 60+ person technical targeting department
Systems Administration Responsibilities include:
* Track, manage, and document user access approvals and removals (using various resources such as AADS, Wiki's, Group Member Manager and other utilities as appropriate).
* Submit, coordinate, carry out (according to system) user accounts

Analyze and study complex system requirements. Design software tools and subsystems to support software reuse and domain analyses and manage their implementation. Translates detailed design into computer software. Implement COTS packages. Test, debug, and refine the computer software to produce the required product. Prepare required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation. Enhance software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency. Provide technical guidance in software engineering techniques and automated support tools. Provide technical direction to programmers to ensure program deadlines are met.

RONCO is seeking logistics and base support specialists to provide leadership and management to all logistics and sustainment operations associated with RONCO programs and projects. The Manager serves as the corporate senior subject matter expert for all logistics planning and operations. • Selects, in coordination with purchasing agents and program/project staff, vendors providing arms, vehicles, personal equipment and communications and other equipment and supplies necessary to mobilize and sustain a work of force at the project site.
• Manages and provides visibility on purchasing actions for review and approval by designated senior operations, program, finance, accounting, and corporate staff and execution by RONCO purchasing agents.
• Monitors logistics and procurement actions and recommends systematic improvements such as alternate vendors, improved transportation methods, and other modifications, as appropriate.
• Coordinate directly with program/project managers and their staff and/or RONCO Country Management Offices (CMOs) regarding the status of shipments and actions necessary to support receipt, duties, and local customs office clearance. Gather information from the projects and CMOs regarding unique customs office requirements, duties and licensing for those countries in which RONCO will operate.
• Assist the project managers and their staff in developing life cycle maintenance and sustainment plans for all arms, vehicles, equipment, material and facilities assigned to the project. This includes repair parts, services, calibration, real property maintenance and cleanings as necessary. Review all said plans and recommend changes/improvements to Program and corporate Operations Directorate leadership.
• In coordination with project and program Managers, project recapitalization/replacement requirements for all project equipment, supplies, material and facilities.
• The Logistics and Base Support Manager must be prepared for deployment to project sites located in remote, austere, and potentially high threat locations as necessary. Normally this is during mobilization or demobilization of projects.
• Serves as the subject matter expert and Senior Manager for the logistics modules in the Aegis WPS Program Management Information System.
• Supervises Logistics Specialists and Travel Coordinators within the Operations Directorate.

Skills:

• Expertise in the acquisition and life cycle management of military, paramilitary and dual use equipment, material and supplies from commercial sources.

Primary Purpose:
In this position, you will serve as the subject matter expert for technical and operational applications needed to support a variety of identification badging units, and electronic security equipment used in support of disaster operations.
Specific Duties:
• Serves as a subject matter expert for technical and operational application needed to support a variety of identification badging units, and electronic security equipment used in support of disaster operations.
• Responsible for the status and inventory of the Security ID Badging systems, Cadre Communications Equipment, Issued Cadre Computers, Air Cards, Administrative Go-Kits, Alarm Kits, and other computer based equipment.
• Manage all computer and communications technical applications associated with the Office of Security, Command Information Center.
• Transmits advice and guidance from the Chief, Disaster Security Operations Branch or designee to the Security Cadre concerning appropriate communications processes to be employed on security disaster assignments.
• Manages the inventory, maintenance, purchase, upgrades and ensures IT compliance with FEMA Network Infrastructure.
• Implements security policies and procedures in all matters pertaining to the protection and safety of FEMA disaster personnel and facilities.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
You must have one year specialized experience. Specialized experience is experience that equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position and is typically in or related to the work of the position being filled. Specialized experience must be equivalent to at least the next lower grade level for the occupation.
To qualify for this position at the GS-12 grade level you must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in federal service providing technical and maintenance of computer and electronic security equipment used in the support of disaster operations and experience in maintenance, installation and management of identifier for Windows and Video Imaging Identification Software.

EDUCATION:
GS-12: There is no educational substitution at this grade level.

A-T Solutions is currently accepting resumes for an EOD Group C-IED Integrator in Edgewood, MD.

Duty Description:

Act as the Counter-Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED) subject matter expert (SME) for an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group (EOD) and the senior commander's resource for C-IED integration. Assist the Commander the integration of the EOD Group Headquarters and subordinate units with associated Corps, Division, and Brigade elements. Assists in the coordination of C-IEDD enablers such as Biometrics and Electronic Warfare Mobile Training Teams; liaisons with U.S. Army Forces Command Mission Support Element (MSE)Counter-Improvised Explosive Device Integration Cell CI2C and installation Battle Command Training Center (BCTC) to maintain awareness of home station training capabilities and limitations. Provides suggestions to the installation BCTC and MSE CI2C personnel regarding their ability to meet the EOD Group's C-IED training needs. Supports EOD Group staff with a broad scope of studies and analysis related to C-IED operations designed to defeat enemy IED Networks / Attack the Network (AtN) / Advanced EOD Training and Weapons Technical Intelligence (WTI).

Duties/Responsibilities: Assist the assigned command training department/division in the delivery of individual and unit level C-IED training in accordance with DOD, JOINT, NAVY and NECC directives.

Maintain awareness of HSTL training capabilities and limitations and provide suggestions to higher regarding the HSTL program's ability to meet NECC C-IED needs.

Liaison with HSTL Staff in order to ensure synergy of effort between CI2C personnel and the HSTL sites.

Assist CI2C staffs with the development, design, integration and planning of individual and collective C-IED training by integrating EOD enablers and assimilating emerging tactics, techniques and procedures from the combat theater.

Act as the primary interface to government leadership on engagements. Prepare and conduct briefings to senior leadership, advise senior leaders, and manage teams

Track status of recurring reports.

Maintain a master library of all applicable references.

Research IED intelligence via SIPRNET.

Liaison with Intelligence specialists regarding current worldwide IED threats. Draft related correspondence

Develop and recommend an integrated EOD/Supported unit training strategy to the effectively employ Counter-IED solutions, assist deployed forces in analysis of counter-IED operations, and proactively assist in identifying and addressing counter-IED capability gaps.

Interface with members of all Trainer/Mentor teams regarding COIC and JTCOIC capabilities, training of the teams, assist in the development and production of intelligence products during the Road to War (RTW) process, pre-rotational CTC briefings, and after-action meetings and reports.

Assist in the development of all-source intelligence products including, but not limited to, IED network analysis and IED trend analysis in collaboration with representatives of multiple military and government agencies.

Researches and disseminates current and developing IED trends, techniques, and procedures. Develops products for the RTW unit in response to unit requests for information, and develop storyboards and lessons for use during various after-action reviews.

Prepare EOD Groups, Battalions and Companies in the nuance of C-IED Integration efforts, Weapons Technical Intelligence (WTI) and Combined Explosives Exploitation Cell (CEXC) tasks associated with deploying forces.

Review policies, concepts, plans, CONOPS, OPLANs, CONPLANs, FUNCPLANs and procedures as they relate to C-IED operations at the strategic and operational levels of war.
Develops talking points / position papers / directives / instructions / guidance / memoranda / briefings for C-IED and secures necessary senior leadership approval to foster mutual assistance and support between all communities of interest.

Supports coordination efforts with other Combatant Commands (including their JTFs), Services, Joint Staff, JIEDDO, the Joint Training Counter-IED Operations Integration Center (JTCOIC), COIC, and National Ground Intelligence Agency (NGIC) for C-IED awareness and integrate relevant operational and strategic best practices and lessons learned into Joint Doctrine, 20th SUPCOM Exercise, Training and Educational programs.

Responsible for coordinating with the JATAC program the training of advanced IED Defeat capabilities to tactical EOD forces during their "Road to War" training cycle.

Coordinate with Corps, Division and Brigade integrators to facilitate training delivery and the integration of EOD and CIED forces into maneuver forces.

Support coordination efforts with other Combatant Commands, Joint Staffs, JIEDDO, and 20th SUPCOM for development and maintenance of C-IED related Universal Joint Task List (UJTL).

Participates in all specified Working Groups, Conferences, and meetings by requested by the EOD Group Commander, Task Force Troy/Paladin weekly VTC's, Force Modernization Working Group, NAVEODTECHDIV Joint Service Military Technical Acceptance Board, and NATO C-IED Community Working Group/conferences/meetings.

Attend various meetings and conferences at COIC, JTCOIC and other sites to maintain awareness of current theater issues and capabilities.

Assist in the development of Master Event Sequence List (MESL)'s for exercises and unified training events and serves as the coordinating link between the EOD group and the 20th SUPCOM Command and Exercise section.

SUMMARY

Maintain customer satisfaction by providing direct technical assistance on BÖWE BELL + HOWELL mail processing equipment.

BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS
High school graduate, w/2 yr. degree or diploma in electronics/advanced mechanics/software training with 1+ years related industry/equipment experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires strong technical and electronics background, understanding of computer program functionality and software troubleshooting skills. Associate degree preferred. Experience a plus.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Good analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawing and documentation
• Ability to use standard and specialized hand and power tools and measuring equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMM, gauges, etc.
• Good project management and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal/customer relations skills
• Clear, concise, verbal and written communication skills; able to carry out detailed instructions independently
• Basic computer skills: DOS, Windows, UNIX

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maximize customer uptime by servicing and maintaining complex mail processing equipment
• Work with support personnel to install new equipment and perform equipment upgrades
• Foster positive customer relations and a high degree of customer satisfaction by communicating effectively with customers
• Analyze parts usage reports and site history to ensure adequate parts availability for maximum customer uptime and including managing parts inventory
• Make training recommendations where appropriate
• Act as a liaison between the customer and other departments/functions of the company

Senior Level Business Process Manager

A-T Solutions is seeking a Senior Level Business Process Manager to help support a Client in Reston, Virginia.

Job Description:
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Researches and analyzes basic and complex issues surrounding the processes and systems of an organization. Evaluates existing systems and/or user needs and makes recommendations. Works with end user groups to identify technical solutions to business problems or inefficiencies. Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Makes recommendations surrounding improving processes, efficiency and practices. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The Business Process Management (BPM) Team requests a full-time key resource team member for Business Process Analysis support to the Total Asset Management "TAM" project. The team member will serve as a Business Process Analyst and Facilitator for the Inventory Management BPA and is desired to continue on to support future TAM initiatives as business analyst for implementation or the next process improvement area for TAM.

The Analyst on the TAM team will work extensively with project sponsors, managers, customers, end users, business/IT partners and SMEs from all levels of the organization to produce high-quality results and deliverables with a goal of transitioning into a successful implementation. This position requires 2-4 months of international travel in the first year. Follow on travel may be required pending the results of the analysis. * Have a strong background in facilitation (i.e. training, Business Process Analysis/Improvement, change management) and be very comfortable/confident facilitating very small interview sessions between 1 or 2 people - to very large (50+) group multi-hour sessions with a diverse group of participants (various backgrounds, organizations, seniority/experience, etc.) through complex concepts/issues in order to achieve an end goal
* Have excellent public speaking skills (demonstrating professionalism and polish) and an ability to keep the audience engaged and maintain a positive and interactive experience
have a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills with an ability quickly build trusting, lasting relationships with customers; must represent the BPM Team and TAM effort in a positive/customer focused manner (Candidate may be the only face of BPM and/or TAM that the field customer sees)
* Have excellent writing skills and ample experience creating/writing high-quality, creative, formal deliverables
* Have excellent analytical skills (e.g., ability to understand "whole-system" process relationships and ability to regularly assess project results and determine path moving forward in order to ensure success)
be able to work independently (off-site) while still being a "team player" and ensuring TAM WMA team is fully engaged and TAM goals are being met. Must be highly effective in working in a small group with other facilitators to plan and execute the BPAs (process improvement initiatives); must value collaboration and should demonstrate examples of how collaborative techniques have helped enable change
*Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
*Have the ability to quickly adapt to change and to work in a high-energy fast paced environment, working against deadlines.
* Has experience with or exposure to Asset Management, Supply Chain Management, or ITIL processes and/or best practices. Extensive experience not required, however candidate must be able to quickly "speak the language" of Support, Logistics, and Accounting professionals.

Optional Skills:
*Has senior experience with Asset Management processes in the Federal Government, especially within the IC and is familiar with their current Logistics/Asset Management organizations and capabilities
* Has project management experience - leading project teams and creating and managing scope, schedule, and resources to deliver project on time, with in scope, and on budget;
*Has experience in requirement solicitation and management from physically dispersed customers in order to build enterprise processes and/or systems
* Has experience developing metrics to measure success of process improvement initiatives;
