1. The Operations, Intelligence, and Security (OIS) Business Unit of SAIC is seeking to hire a DCGS-A Subject Matter Expert to work in Suffolk, Virginia.

NOTE: Candidates are required to have an active Top Secret Clearance in order to be considered for this position.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The successful candidate will support sophisticated enterprise architectures to meet challenging mission goals, scalability requirements and that allow for a flexible system evolution and agile development. Typical system requirements include large data sets, large numbers of users and various distributed computing and middleware services. The candidate will be a key member of the team working on a program that bases the entire architecture on a central enterprise wide implementation of Oracle 9i/10g and other databases. The successful candidate will provide integrated services to an Army and Joint Enterprise Architecture on multiple networks and will work directly with the customer to ensure that the applications meet operational requirements. He/she will utilize hands-on configuration of systems and applications to integrate and manage data ingestion services that process a wide range of data sources; plan, implement, and monitor data replication across world wide networks and install and configure target applications on remote systems.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as the subject matter expert in the implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and integration of WSS for DCGS-A;
Attend meetings with Government sponsors, brief systems status, discuss current and planned activities and deconflict event or project timelines with actual workflow;
Create sql, xml and other scripts to ingest data from various sources into the Oracle databases; sources include Microsoft SQL Databases, Web Services, RSS feeds, GCCS and other C4I systems, file systems, messaging systems, other database systems, etc.;
Create scripts to export data from our databases to other DCGS-A systems worldwide;
Maintain and modify DCGS-A web pages and web applications;
Serve as an event planner, working with various JFCOM and Army G2/G6 agencies to plan DCGS-A dataflow for training exercises and events being supported. Planning includes determining data flow design, methods of data ingestion and replication topology to other DCGS-A or non-DCGS systems worldwide.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor?s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline (or equivalent systems) and 8+ years of operating systems work experience. Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
An active Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.

DUTIES: Receives emergency 9-1-1 calls from persons reporting fires or requesting emergency medical services; operates a two-screen computer console connected to a computer-aided dispatch system and telephone equipment to receive and process 9-1-1 calls; obtains pertinent information from callers to determine location and extent of fire including conditions at the incident scene and if hazardous materials are present; obtains pertinent information from callers requesting emergency medical services and uses a triage computer screen to determine whether requests are of an emergency and life threatening nature; makes determination based on information provided and informs callers whether an ambulance will be dispatched; assigns priority codes and provides pre-arrival instructions to callers awaiting emergency medical services; relays emergency request information to Fire Communications Operators II for dispatching; records reported interruptions to water, telephone and utility services, and traffic flow problems and relays information to dispatch personnel.

Qualifications
High school graduation or GED certification. Current certification as an Emergency Medical Technician/B (EMT/B). As of the date of application, candidates must have reached their twentieth birthday. Must be able to type a minimum of twenty-five words per minute

This position requires applicants to complete a written test / skills assessment with a proposed minimum score of 70%. Bidders who receive a passing score on the test will be hired in seniority order according to the collective bargaining agreement. External applicants who receive a passing score on the test will be hired in lottery/random order.

Gym Manager

Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee multiple subcontracts and ensure that all aspects of the prime contract are properly administered. The candidate will:

The Customer Engineer will be responsible for TIER 3 technical support of local and remote JIEDDO sites. Responsibilities will include support and training on geospatial-related applications tools and products for TIER 1 (local site) and TIER 2 (24/7 support team) personnel; developing documentation on the use and troubleshooting of tools and products for TIER 1 and TIER 2 personnel; and testing releases of new versions. Will be embedded within a team of 30+ software developers who are responsible for the creation and enhancement of the various tools being supported.
Experience Requirements:
Position requires a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering or related technical field and 5-8 years of experience in software and user application/technical support.

Candidate should have a strong background in providing customer engineering and user application/technical support at the TIER 2 and TIER 3 level. Software knowledge and user proficiency should include Tomcat, PL/SQL, and patching operating systems. Linux experience highly desirable. Candidate will be responsible for collection and preparation of sensor data for use in 2-D and 3-D geospatial analysis and visualization. Search repositories for appropriate imagery and terrain data. Process imagery (re-project, pan sharpen, register, mosaic, etc) and terrain data. Use processed data to construct 3-D models of significant structures.
Experience Requirements:
Position (PMR 3263)requires a Bachelor's Degree in a technical field, military intelligence training and 5+ yrs scientific and technical intelligence analysis experience and knowledge of computer analytical software. Related imagery experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

The successful candidate must have professional experience in remote sensing and GIS project development and comprehension of geospatial concepts. Proficient with image processing concepts and techniques and experience constructing 3-D models. Must have ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment in which priorities may shift with short notice.

Desired Technical Skills/Experience:
ArcGIS, ERDAS Imagine, SOCET GXP, ENVI, Photoshop; Google SketchUp, 3D Studio Max or other 3-D modeling tools; knowledge of characteristics of EO, hyperspectral, multispectral and LIDAR sensors; knowledge of military utilization of remote sensing and ISR technology.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
To qualify for this position at the GS-08 level you must possess at least one of the following:
One full year of specialized experience. Specialized experience is described as experience in a position using knowledge of administrative concepts, principles, and practices to eliminate conflict and duplication in extensive office procedures.
Time-in-Grade Requirements: Status applicants must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade in the Federal service. To be creditable, one (1) year is required at the GS-07 level for the GS-08.

Position Description:
This Logistics Management Specialist is the equivalent to the (ALNO),
The ARFORGEN Liaison Officer (ALNO) is the face of the ARFORGEN Integration Directorate to the field. The ALNOs are located at major Army installations throughout CONUS, AK & HI for the purpose of supporting ARFORGEN missions and determining conditional RESET equipment candidates for the Sustainment Level RESET programs.
The ALNO also serves to provide direct support to Brigade Combat Teams (BCT)/Units and Army Field Support Brigade (AFSB) Commanders.
ALNOs provide information on TACOM LCMC ARFORGEN/RESET and coordinate with higher headquarters to set up formal ARFORGEN/RESET briefings.
ALNOs coordinate with unit's rear detachment to find out when the unit will be returning, monitor transportation and arrival of equipment, and request notification of S-Date when declared. The ALNO (in conjunction with a TACOM LAR when and where possible) will inspect and verify equipment condition to make a determination of what equipment qualifies for the Sustainment Level of repair.
While conducting the visual inspection of the equipment, the ALNO verifies the serial number on the asset, as it is a critical data point for accurate tracking purposes.
The ALNOs main task is to serve as the "honest broker" when inspecting TACOM LCMC equipment to determine if equipment is damaged beyond unit level repairs.
The ALNO sends a RESET recommendation listing to his or her TACOM Brigade Combat Team Integrator (BCTI), who will contact the appropriate Item Manager for equipment disposition.
ALNOs coordinate with assigned installation's marshalling/transportation yard personnel and visit regularly to monitor RESET equipment movement on and off the installation.
Locations: (Schofield Barracks, Ft Drum, Ft Campbell, Ft Knox, Ft Sill, Ft Stewart, Ft Polk, Kuwait, Ft Riley)
BA/BS degree in Business Administration or related field and 4 years of experience. In lieu of formal education, at least 12 years of progressive experience in a related field.
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Experience with PBUSE, Army Equipment Maintenance Programs, Logistics operations at TACOM, and experience with Excel and Power Point in the compilation and presentation of information.

REPORT TO: Project Manager

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Multiple U.S. operating location in Kuwait
SCOPE: These positions will lead inventory teams conducting the wall-to-wall turnover inventory between an incoming and outgoing contractors at multiple U.S. operating locations in Kuwait. The work will involve the location, identification, counting, recording and verification of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE). The effort may also involve recounting and re-verification procedures for items in question.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Includes both supervision and execution of the following:
Compiles and maintains records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies stocked in establishment: Counts material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and posts totals to inventory records, manually or using computer. Compares inventories to existing records or computes figures from records, such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory. Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count, or investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies. Compiles information on receipt or disbursement of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies, and computes inventory balance. .
