Duties: This may be located in any section of the Transportation Operations Branch. Incumbents operated gasoline or diesel powered vehicles with GVW of more than 7000 pounds but less than 22000 pounds. These vehicles, which include special purpose vehicles equipped with power takeoff, which is a mechanical device for transferring engine power to special purpose equipment, and levers, buttons, pedals, etc. to control the equipment are also capable of carrying loads weighing more than 1 ton but less than 4 tons. Included are such vehicles as cargo, van and stake trucks. The vehicles have up to 5 forward speeds and up to 6 driving wheels and are equipped with such driving controls as gear shift lever, brake pedal, accelerator, and clutch (when vehicle is equipped with manual transmission) and levers for supplying power to driving wheels. May also operate small busses with a capacity of 10-20 passengers regardless of GVW. Operates vehicles transporting personnel, explosives and general cargo to private establishments and other Naval Activities and within station limits either on a specific trip basis, or on regularly scheduled routes. May also on occasion haul dunnage and banding. Assists in loading and unloading cargo. Checks materials received against bills of lading to ensure against discrepancies. Obtains signed statement in event of discrepency in load being picked up, describing the reason therefore, keeps record of trips on log showing departure time, arrival time, delays, mileage, and materials hauled and weight transported. May occasionally operate automobiles and station wagons and/or vehicles with rated capacity in excess of the above. Place tarps or nets on loads to prevent loss of material along highways and use other load securing equipment issued to drivers. g. May occasionally be required to replace Mobile Equipment Dispatcher, due to Leave or RDO, or other related duties.

Vehicles are equipped with transmissions having four or more forward speeds, often having two or more gear ranges, two or more driving wheels, and equipped with air brake connections between the truck or tractor and trailer or semi-trailer. The vehicles are equipped with such driving controls as gear shift lever, brake pedal, accelerator, clutch, and air brake control and levers for supplying power to the driving wheels. MATERIALS HANDLING EQUIPMENT MOVEMENT. Hauls materials handling equipment Center-wide in support of Crane Army Ammunition Activity's production storage operations. This also includes batteries (pickup and delivery) for such equipment. May be required to assist in loading or unloading truck. Where appropriate, checks material against shipping documents to insure against discrepancies and reports discrepancies in loads and reasons therefore. Responsible for proper receipt of loads delivered, and maintains daily log of time started, trips made, material and weight hauled, miles driven and performance deficiencies of vehicle. Incumbent may be required to work various assigned shifts, will assist in snow removal operations and is subject to call in at any hour for required work or emergencies.

Ammunition Advisor. Purpose: to work with NTM-A/CSTC-A CJ4 to train and advise MoI personnel in developing ammunition strategy and policy outlining ammunition supply procedures as part of the overall logistics system. Further, shall train MoI personnel on the ammunition policy and procedures. • Shall train and advise ANSF ammunition supply point personnel, to include but not limited to: advising on ammunition management, receipt, storage, warehousing, issue, and shipping; Advise the Stock Control branch on maintaining accountable records; Advice assigned ANSF personnel on Key Control procedures, Storage Compatibility criteria and Net Explosive Weight limits, how to conduct ammunition inventories, vehicle operations, and all aspects of ammunition storage procedures. • Shall train and assist MoI personnel to establish initial accountability of all ammunition issued to ANP from existing CSTC-A FMS case files and property issue records held by NTM-A/CSTC-A. • Shall train and assist in transferring ammunition directly from the National Stock Record Account to the gaining ANP organizational property book. This shall be done in part by establishing initial accountability of ammunition and then the status of these transfers shall be audited monthly in order maintain accountability. • Shall training and advise ANSF Ammunition Supply Point personnel, to include advising on ammunition management, forecasting, receipt, storage, warehousing, issue, and shipping. • Shall train and advise the MoI in validating quarterly the information and maintaining for accuracy, as part of the overall ammunition supply system. • Shall train and advise MoI/ANP on Arms Room and Armory operations and provide RLC/PSPs contract personnel the ability to train on Arms Room and Armory operations. • Shall work directly with Shipping and Receiving Branch on conducting operations to include vehicle inspections, proper document control, proper tie down, loading and unloading ammunition vehicles, correct storage, observe proper Key Control procedures, train personnel on Material Handling Equipment (MHE), and conduct operations in a safe and secure manner. • Shall work directly with Surveillance Branch on all aspects of ammunition inspections; to include maintaining surveillance records, conducting various types of ammunition inspections, facility inspections, site safety program, reports and monitoring suspensions and restrictions. • Shall assist MoI/ANP to develop and implement processes and procedures for ammunition supply points at the Regional Logistics Centers and Provincial Supply Points. • Training: to include forecasting and planning techniques.

SUMMARY: To plan, organize, direct and control the accounting and control function of the Finance & Accounting Department and to report operational results. The Controller is responsible for the supervision of the general accounting functions including the general ledger, payables, employee payroll, property and statistical accumulation. The Controller is also responsible for the compliance with professional accounting standards and liaison with the external auditors and tax return preparers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Prepares reports which summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations
• Directs preparation of budgets, reviews budget proposals and prepares necessary supporting documentation and justification
• Reconciles general ledger accounts with various registers
• Extracts general ledger information
• Reconciles bank statements
• Advises management about insurance coverage for protection against property losses and potential liabilities
• Provides management with timely reviews of organization’s financials status and progress in its various programs and activities
• Directs determination of depreciation rates to apply to capital assets
• Arranges for audits of company’s accounts
• Prepares reports required by regulatory agencies
• Serves as an escalation point for vendor issues
• Oversee staff accounting functions; including hiring and retaining qualified staff.

• Develop, analyze, and interpret statistical and accounting information and results of operations for the Chief Operations Officer.

Equity:
• Maintain analyses of various types of equity
• Analyze equity and the allocation of equity to individual members
• Ensure that financial procedures for the Association are appropriate, that financial statements are in the proper format and are produced and distributed on a timely basis.
• Coordinate the annual audit and prepare the necessary information for the audit. Take lead role in communicating with the external auditors.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of tax returns to include federal and state income tax, federal and state unemployment tax, sales and use tax and payroll taxes.
• Regularly review entries to the general ledger to assure accuracy and compliance with established accounting principles and procedures.
• Review financial submissions by the operating units. Implement procedures and controls to ensure that operating units are producing reliable financial reports.
• Oversee and participate in the design and implementation of system changes to include the migration to Deltek or a DCAA compatible system.

Budget:
Prepare the CPS budget for all units and collectively
Consolidate the budgets for presentation to the governing bodies
Report variances between actual results and budgets, including differences in financial and statistical results and the compilation of a narrative summarizing the results.
Oversee the preparation of updated projections during the year.
Report budget-to-actual results to managers.
Administer the Performance Bonus Program, based on achieving budget goals.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Accounting/Financial staff. Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

COMPUTER AND SYSTEM ABILITY:
• Working knowledge of automated accounting systems, well-developed financial analysis capabilities and demonstrated ability to manage microcomputer applications.

DUTIES / SCOPE OF WORK:
The Windows System Administrator will provide daily Active Directory support, analyze system faults and troubleshoot, and run diagnostic tests on operating systems and hardware to detect problems. Executive Support Services Crew member to support Agency Executives. The successful candidate for this Executive Support position will be an experienced, seasoned desktop support technician in a Tier II-III support environment. This position’s primary focus is to provide IA expertise to the Enterprise Applications Services. This includes supporting the DIACAP process in all its phases. Tests must include Reading, Listening, Speaking and Writing in English and the Target Language. All tests must be given and graded by an approved, accredited testing organization and the test results must be presented in the ILR format. Tests scores through the Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT) V are favored over all other testing formats (e.g., ALTA Language Test).
For tests adhering to the DLPT V format, a minimum score of 3 for each test must be achieved. A minimum test score of 3 for all other testing formats is acceptable; however, a 4 for each test is highly desirable.

a. Development and revision of spectral courses that are instructional systems design (ISD)-compliant. This effort is to include the integration of multimedia course instructional materials, equipment, and non-traditional (NTM, commercial, advanced geospatial intelligence) data.

b. Provide instruction in tailored intelligence analysis and production utilizing spectral sensors to support customer requirements from offices within the agency and the rest of the Intelligence Community

c. Classroom management and hardware/software oversight.
