Prepares executive level briefings, studies, and presentations to reflect findings for Departmental and external audiences.
Keeps abreast of the latest foreign language related developments of interest to the Intelligence Community and the Defense Intelligence Enterprise.
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
Bachelor's Degree.
10 years of experience in intelligence with an emphasis on foreign language policy/program planning, development, and implementation.
Current understanding of DoD and Intelligence Community structures, organizations, missions, and internal/external relationships.
A current TS/SCI Clearance.
Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
Performed staff action officer work (OSD/military headquarters, agency or joint command).
Foreign language/ culture experience is highly desirable.
Experience as a Foreign Area Officer (FAO) or as a Regional Affairs Strategist (RAS) is highly desirable.
Background with OSD, Service or Defense Agency Foreign Language programs and policy development.

The ISO shall develop, coordinate and implement a Program Protection Plan and individual Project Classification Guides, to include: develop DD254s and supervise vendor compliance; monitor vendors working in support of the REF and ensures compliance with security requirements; through REF PAO, control release of any information pertaining to Product Manager efforts; coordinate/ assist in the requisite clearances for vendors supporting REF efforts.
